Experiencia fantástica: We love Carrico so much, I wish my son could receive all of his therapies here. He goes for OT. Great location with plenty of parking. Clean and spacious waiting room. The front desk people are always polite, understanding, and efficient. They give reminders for appointments and are prompt when they need to cancel and reschedule. They have a newsletter detailing all of what is new and going on monthly, along with some challenges for the kiddos to complete for prizes. The therapists are amazing. We saw Ms. Tiffany who moved locations and then Ms. Jackie took over and they are both friendly and welcoming and good at what they do. My son can feel the good vibes coming from this place which makes him feel much more at ease. He also had a PT eval here and that therapist was great too, he ended up not needing those services. The only downside is that they no longer provide speech services at this location. I would love for my son to have these services here as I think he would be making greater strides than at the other places we've tried. I would recommend this place to anyone needing OT or PT services.

Experiencia negativa: Shout out to the therapists here! My daughter loved coming here! She felt safe and was flourishing. But do to misinformation they dropped us. Left my daughter after 3 years of working with her with no therapy even though she really needs it. It’s unfortunate because I would recommend this place but the way they dealt with us was unforgivable. They literally waited till the last minute to inform us they no longer took our new insurance even though I was told they did! The therapists are amazing. Although, I will say I noticed many where leaving maybe do to how they were managed! Because it is managed in my opinion poorly. I truly thought they would be more communicative and cared more especially knowing how delicate these kids are and if they knew they didn’t take our new insurance that should’ve been communicated from the beginning. Not from one day to the next! So if you still sign on with them just make sure u keep track of you stuff or they’ll just drop you without warning! Because to them you’re just another case we the parent are the ones who truly care and have to be the voice of our children! Shame on you Carrico!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has been coming to carrico sonxe she was 10 months old and shes now almost 4.5. She started out with physical therapy with Maria in the San Dimas location. Then it went to one session with Maria in San Dimas and the second with Jasmine in Rancho. They were exactly who my daughter needed. They helped her progress so much. Then we got into OT with susanna in Rancho. She also helped harley so much. Now were working with megan B in rancho. The staff is so friendly and so helpful and caring. I can't even explain how much they really care for their patients and their family. I was in an accident and couldnt make make our session in 2021 and they reached out to us to find out how not only i was doing but my daughter as well. If in person sessions aren't working for you, they can do a telehealth session. Everyone has been exceptional and working with us to find a schedule that works for everyone.

My daughter had her for physical therapy a while ago and let me tell you! She was always so friendly and sweet to my daughter. She always took her time to help and answer all my questions or concerns. My daughter has made so much progress all thanks to Megan's hard work and dedication. Thank you Megan M!

She’s always so excited to come in and see all of her friends and she has made sooo much progress here. Thank you to her therapists Emily and Lindsey for making it such a great experience for us!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place, I’ve been with Carrico Rancho Cucamonga since my daughter was 3 months. Now she has completed her PT and achieved so much from it. Megan M her PT was great, patient and a sweetheart. The staff was very nice, the receptionist ladies were all very nice greeting you when you come in. Place was very clean. Experiencia fantástica: We started with Carrico several years ago when they had one location in Rancho Cucamonga and received services directly from Lan! My son has a lot of medical issues and equipment and the staff was always so kind and accommodating to us. Unfortunately, we switched insurance and we’re no longer able to attend Carrico. With our new insurance we spent the next two years trying to secure referrals and services for our son to no avail, before we finally dropped that insurance and switched back to Kaiser, just so we could go back to Carrico again. We were thrilled when we were able to get on their schedule rather quickly and get services started right away. We were so excited to hear that Lan now had several locations throughout the inland empire and added speech therapy to the practice. Let me tell you this place runs like a well oiled machine! The center is clean and inviting. The staff is always communicative, collaborative, professional and most of all knowledgeable and great with children with special needs. Our son loves Danica and Alexis and doesn’t mind leaving mom and dad to go play. They have been great at providing us with the explanation and tools we need to continue to reach his goals. We’ve seen progress in him and are excited to continue to watch him grow! Our only regret is the two years we lost NOT attending Carrico. Whatever they are doing clearly works! I’m confident you will love them as much as we do!!!
