Casey Gray & team pushed me just enough. I highly recommend the entire team and especially grateful for Casey! My treatment ended 6 weeks early because I was doing so well. Josh, who is the head of Custom Physical Therapy , has his doctorate in physical therapy and he knows the body better than some doctors. He has such an understanding of how things work and what would be best to help heal the brakes, tears, or surgery that you come in with. The support staff is wonderful as well as are the other Physical Therapists. They make you feel like you’re part of a family and take very good care of each person. Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapists at Custom PT on Robb Drive are true professionals- well-trained, competent, excellent diagnosticians. For me, the therapy programs designed have always been successful. The physical therapy interns and the administrative staff are equally good. In addition, everyone is encouraging and supportive of the clients. Finally, they bring an easy camaraderie and sense of humor to their work, both with their clients and among the staff. Bottom line: they do great work and they do it in a supportive and fun way. I will always return there when I need physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I went there because I was told, that their program and staff were the best at helping me get my strength back and handle my balance issues after five years of suffering with a fib and having three strokes and a cardiac ablation I went there for rehab. What a difference they put me through it. They work me hard and they made me so much better. I have not felt this good in 5 to 7 years if you’re an old like me and you’ve got these problems this is the cure.

Experiencia fantástica: Casey is the best bar none, she’s pushes you to do more and with my surgical repaired shoulder, than I thought possible. Yes, it hurts like hell especially for a few days afterwards, but the increased mobility is noticeable and appreciated. She can pinpoint exactly where the pain is coming from and why (my ex-wife, only kidding) and give specific instructions on what to do and how. In my case, my shoulder will never be better than 50% in my opinion, but to go from 25% to 40% in 6 weeks is remarkable. Look no further, Casey is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I have suffered for 20 years with BPV-benign positional vertigo. I have gone to many physical therapists over the years. I’ve had the Epley maneuver done many, many times over 20 years. It has been miserable, but I’ve learned to live with it. My first appointment with Casey (vestibular therapist), we sat and talked and she listened, so she knew exactly what she was dealing with. Casey is the first therapist that saw right away by doing the maneuver and watching my eyes so closely that I had crystals displaced in 2 canals of my left ear. We had set up several appointments. She literally “fixed” me in one session!!! I cannot express how grateful I am! I really feel that she is a Godsend & a Miracle worker! Thank you Casey!! The entire staff was great!! Gwen

He targeted the right spots and program to fit my health needs . I walked in barely able to walk and left with a confident and no pain by the time we completed our Journey . The clinic is clean friendly and a real cool vibe. The front desk was friendly and Efficient all team members approached me on first name basis each day . I recommend custom physical therapy .

Monica, my physical therapist, worked a small miracle getting my back from a train crash to merely a bumpy road and then gave me helpful exercises that allowed me to do the rest of the work, all in the first day. Every day I saw her, I walked out better than I had walked in. Only 3 appointments, and I was able to be discharged. Thanks so much for the help

My therapist Sherri and tech Emily have been super knowledgeable and personable. They answer all my questions and take time to listen me. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. I still have a ways to go and you have already helped me so much!

I could have gotten well over half a year of free physical therapy through my work, but I chose to pay the co-pay to come to this place, for the 12 weeks prior to my surgery and the 16ish weeks after my surgery. The staff are incredible at this very convenient location, from the owner all the way to folks who run the desk. They were consistently hygienic, evidence-based, and friendly while they worked me through what we all know is a terrible phase of life, post-op recovery. I want to thank Kaitlyn (spelling?), Josh, and Andre for making a brutal recovery bearable.

Experiencia negativa: The therapist did not wash hands or used hand sanitizer and worked on me with no gloves! The beds are facing the two restrooms with both doors wide open! Not what expected from a professional place.
