Experiencia negativa: Tiffany Reid called me at 4:26 pm on Friday to confirm an appointment on Monday at 8:30 am. She ended up cancelling my appointment because i missed the call due to being at work. I tried to call the office back but they already ghosted for the weekend. Terrible intake coordinator on Tiffany’s part.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. O'Shanick is a good provider. You can tell he genuinely care about his patients. Unfortunately, I tried to reschedule an appointment recently, and was told I could not because I cancelled 4 appointments between 2 to 3 years ago. This was incredibly disheartening, and they no longer will see me as a patient. I work at a medical clinic, and I've never heard of a policy that counts cancellations from years ago against a patient. If you're interested in becoming a patient here, I would keep that in mind.
