I think this well do it. Thank you Update I am more then satisfied with this group and how clean the location is. Dr. Patal listens to me and does not push my body pass its strength. It is a slow gain for me since I am recovering muscle strength after two stokes about 6 months apart. Everyone is kind. Update we talked and changed my schedule to 3x week including pool therapy. Almost instantly friend and family noted my walking improved. Stay posted. Update, I can't say enough. It has been a journey. I found this practice after two others in Ricmond area. They are kind and supportive. Staff is great! Update, I am still impressed by staff and cleaness. RVA therapy keep me mobile! I am very thankful for their patience , and kindness. I cam in with hand pain and used to rely on a support belt, but thats to their care and wise treatment approach, I no longer have any pain and don't need the belt anymore. Currently, Ramki is working with me on my knee and hip pain, and I'm already seeing great improvement there as well. The staff is professional, attentive, and truly focused on healing. Experiencia positiva: David is mainly doing pool exercises and says that it seems like exercising in the pool seems to be more beneficial. It is somewhat hard to get out of the pool. He wishes there were a ladder to make it easier. David has only been a few times, but so far but everyone seems nice. He is looking forward to one of the pain therapies being used after a workout. He is optimistic his therapy plan will help.

The therapist did a masterful job of evaluating the condition and has developed an indepth treatment plan. In RVA PT, I have been attended with equal importance, and I am improving my mobility quickly. Dr Vidhi has been proficient in various methods of curing. 3/8/2025 Update: Dr. Vidhi has been very courteous. She listened my explanation of pain area and performing therapy to remediate it. She has been very flexible with my workout plan. It has been unbelievable progress. When I first visited the office I could not make a single step. In a month, I am able to walk on my own.

I initially went to them for a knee injury and was really concerned about how long it would take to heal because of the athletic choreography I need to dance. Dr. Karthik helped me resolve the knee pain but fast forward about a week go, I was dealing with hip pain from the past. I have a dance performance this week and so again I was nervous about how long I would be feeling the pain and if it was going to be something I would be thinking about during rehearsal and during the show. I am back this week (12/2024) concerning a lower back issue, after 1 visit, dry needling, cupping and an alignment, I was feeling much better. I will be setting up additional appointments. She was both kind and professional during sessions many months ago for my thoracic region and continues to deliver the same quality service currently with my cervical region. She was and still is more helpful than any therapist I have had over the years at OrthoVa or Bon Secours for my back, neck shoulder, sciatica and knee pain. I couldn’t stand for more than 10 minutes or walk far without serious pain in my lower back and leg that had been going on for nine months and getting worse. A friend recommended Dr. Ramakrishnan Kavaserry at RVA Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab. Along with physical therapy, Dr. Ramky used a combination of dry needling, cupping and water therapy, and it worked! The pain went away and I got physically stronger. However, Dr Vidhi Amin's techniques has me skipping that visit and I no longer experience the extreme nerve pain in my back and right arm. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. “Ramky” is truly a one-of-a-kind practitioner! Not only is he very highly skilled and knowledgeable, he is also warm, positive, cheerful . . . I could go on and on. He is able to multitask and, at the same time, he remains very available & aware of everything that’s going on with all his patients. At the recommendation of a friend, I went to see Dr. Ramky, about a year after a knee replacement. I felt like I could be getting more range of motion than what I had. Dr. Ramky took a different approach, utilizing Dry Needling, Neuro stimulation, Massage, and similar things that most practices don’t offer. Those treatments have helped. He also has a friendly and efficient staff, which always makes the process so much easier and more enjoyable !

The front office staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly! The facility is clean and has a large amount of equipment to access for therapy. They also offer other services such as acupuncture and dry needling. I highly recommend this facility for any type of therapy needs!
