Experiencia fantástica: I love Scott. He’s helped my wrist years ago and now he’s helping my feet and pretty much my entire body. My hips and pecs still hurt in a good way from the fascia massage but my feet feel so much better! Have never found a therapist who does what Scott does. It’s like he can see where your pain is just by looking at you and where to massage to fix your issue. Who knew my feet pain were cause by my entire body from head down?

It is a breath of fresh air. Small facility and you come in being their number one, not number one of 10 patients they are seeing at one time. Scott is a magic man! His Vulcan death grip is doing amazing things for my back. Big plus is they are honest about results and not trying to push you out for the next client. Experiencia fantástica: WHY HURT. Last year I had a severe debilitating pain in my arm, shoulder and neck. It forced me to sleep upright with a neck collar for approximately 3 weeks. During this time I sought consultation from a chiropractor, acupuncturist, sports medicine physician and pain specialist. Eventually I was diagnosed with a bone spur in my neck. Although I had the area injected and was placed on various medications, I believe the most significant factor in my recovery was seeking treatment from Scott Roberts PT. I was eventually able to discontinue the medication and become pain free. Recently I have had other areas requiring manipulation, massage and dry needling in order to maintain my activity level. The results have been somewhat miraculous. For this reason I have referred patients, friends and family members for evaluation and treatment. His services are professional and have been extremely helpful to all those I have referred. In the course of my dealing with Mr. Roberts I have found that he is not only capable and competent but also conservative and freely refers to the appropriate physicians or other ancillary medical professionals for problems that are not within his domain. At 64, I feel that I am too young to give up my favorite activities which are swimming, hiking, skiing and regularly working out. If for no other reason an evaluation is well worth the time and effort to avoid the consequences and expense of being on unnecessary medications or having procedures performed which are not truly warranted.

Scott and Paige’s dedication is easily noticeable by their knowledge and that of their staffs. For those that don’t know Scott’s story let me quickly share it. Scott suffered a traumatic brain injury from an auto accident when he was a teenager. He had to learn how to walk and regain his strength. With the help of a PT. Since then this has been his dream. His calling. He prides himself on knowledge base and rightfully so. The amount time and money spent on CE, to be able to be the best, is apparent. Looking at some of these reviews are so laughable. So many trolls so little time. Much love!

Not only that but Scott has the strongest hands I have ever encountered. There is no knot that he can’t get to go away. When I lived in Richmond I visited him regularly for dry needling to manage my hip and back pain resulting from a torn labrum. Not only did the therapy help manage the pain, his techniques made it so that I would forget that I had even had this injury. Now that I live in PA and there are very few places that effectively do dry needling I live with hip pain daily and have adopted a very disciplined stretching, massage, and strength program to try to get close to the results that I got from Scott’s dry needling. Thanks Scott!

They have helped me with numerous ailments over the years, a major one being migraines. I had suffered for many years and had been on a concoction of medication. Within the first few months of going, there was a huge relief from the migraines and I was able to be weaned off of the medication, which has also made a huge difference for me. This is an awesome family business that truly cares about their clients.

Experiencia fantástica: I had knee surgery and my orthopedic did not prescribe any post surgery therapy. Having had rotator cuff surgery earlier, I knew how amazing the physical therapy was for recovery. Well, I was in pain and popping Aleve like tic-tacs for three years!!! I finally got tired of it and went to Scott only own. On my first visit, Scott was able to diagnose my issue (my knee pain had caused me to throw my hip joints out of alignment). Scott and his team worked with me and not only was I pain free but my mobility returned I had not imagined for years. They are great folks, extremely competent therapists, and I never had one issue with insurance. I don't know where some of these "loons" come up with their absolutely ridiculous reviews...but as for me and my house...Roberts Physical Therapy and Massage is a FIVE STAR business. Thanks Scott...the makers of Aleve are not too happy...but I am thankful and blessed!!!

Scott and Paige work tirelessly to make sure their clients are taken care of. Running a business is no easy task, and dealing with difficult people can really take the wind out of your sails - especially when all Scott and Paige want to do is help you feel better! Insurance issues are not their fault! Don't believe the bad reviews - they are either fake or they are from disgruntled and unhappy people that have nothing better to do than try to bring other people down. It's sad and angers me because I see how hard Scott and Paige have worked to build their business. They are both willing to go above and beyond to help their clients and make sure they get the relief they are looking for. Take it from me - a REAL client that has been worked on by Scott many times over the past 10+ years - this place is top notch!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! After suffering with chronic sciatic nerve pain for over 15 years I found relief when I went to Roberts Physical Therapy and Massage. I was told by a previous Drs I went to that it was due to Osteoarthritis. So glad I moved to VA from MA where I was previously treated. I have not had Sciatic pain in 10 years. I go for routine maintenance to keep ahead of problems. Key is to be Patient and follow through with your recommended treatment how ever long that will take. Miracles don’t happen overnight.

About six years ago I began therapy for neck and shoulder problems. Dry needling and deep tissue massage solved the problem. Since then I've been visiting every other week, taking advantage of the student massages. It's a joy to work with a student, see their progress and then see them advance on to their certification.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are in need of physical therapy services- you need look no further than to Roberts Physical Therapy. I was referred for physical therapy due to neck and balance issues. I was fortunate to find Roberts Physical Therapy and especially Robby and Janelle, the two the therapists who worked with me. Both of them are THE BEST, bar none! In the past when I have been referred to PT, I have consistently found therapists who were working with multiple clients at the same time, thus not giving their full attention to my needs. Secondly, scheduling appointments with other PT services has always been difficult- trying to match my schedule to theirs. My experience at Roberts thankfully was just the opposite!

When I first went in a could not bring my elbow/arm up past my shoulder and I had a lot of pain to bring it up that far. Now I am without pain and lifting 10 pounds overhead with my elbow going above my eye level. Friendly, efficient staff. Great business model.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an injury and had seen many doctors and physical therapist, but still had significant pain. Then I was referred to Scott and his technique of dry needling. It was amazing the progress I made in mobility and pain relief. With Scott’s patients, determination and his great team; I have resumed normal activities and my exercise programs. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: I got excellent recommendations for high success rate here, but 2-3 phone calls and never s call back. Shame to lose good care bc they can’t call back in over one month time.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely TERRIBLE bookkeeping! I NEVER write reviews but these people more than deserve this. Let me start off by saying I have never had a late bill and have almost perfect credit. I went there a few times for a back injury and made the mistake of paying cash for my co-pay a couple of times. During roughly the same time, my wife visited them while pregnant with our son for her lower back pain. To make a long story short they sent BOTH OF US to collections without ever having tried to contact EITHER OF US about our supposed “late payments”. Luckily I had proof on my credit card statements (from over a YEAR ago) from the one time I did pay with credit card, so I was able to get out of one of the fabricated charges. You would think this would be a sign to them that we did indeed pay the other times we visited, but no. Not only would they not budge about our supposed “late payments”, but they wouldn’t even budge with their penalty fees until my wife left them a bad review, and then all of the sudden they were willing to take away the late fees, but not the charges. The physical therapists were very nice and did a good job, but the bookkeeping left a very sour taste in my mouth, especially considering I had to pay for some of the visits twice.

Refused to turned my claim into my health insurance after a car accident so they would receive the full amount after my treatment was over instead of what insurance would pay. I only went 9 times for whiplash... and he charged me $5000. That is a lot of money for only 9 sessions. I even offered to pay out of pocket in the beginning until it was all settled... he refused. THEN CHARGED ME LATE FEES... $325 WORTH.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give these people a ZERO I would. Over a year after any visit there, after paying in full as a self pay customer at every single visit, I received a bill for over $800. This is a rip off and dishonest. The bill states that after the agreement with my insurance company, a YEAR AND A HALF LATER, that I owe. I had no insurance company! I pay in full at each visit I go to. Rip off place.

It is a full service therapeutic complex and physical therapy is one of several offered services. The massage therapy discipline is assume offering many techniques. It is an accredited institue offering courses in related disciplines.
