Experiencia negativa: A recent visit for casting at the hand surgery department in bldg D was punctuated with condescending instruction from one of the therapists who apparently believes that 'older people' must be addressed with child-like mannerisms and little requirement to LISTEN to the patient. Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Experiencia negativa: Hardest place to get an appointment or referral through. THey won't do the appointment without a referral but then to get the referral through it's like pulling teeth. Man, check your faxes!! #thestruggleisreal
