Experiencia positiva: The staff at the Webster Clinic is awesome. The customer portal needs some serious work. I tried to book an appointment and the portal is not functioning. There is no way to send a message to the Webster office to book appointment. If you do not want clients to be able to schedule or send a message the feature should be removed because it appears that is available to us on the portal.

Since I’ve been working with him I haven’t experienced vertigo that much. I’ve scheduled for another month of appointments and looking forward to getting stronger.

She listened to my goals, helped me create a personalized plan of action, and guided me every step of the way. Her expertise, encouragement, and dedication turned a challenging experience into one filled with hope and progress. I’ve been going to physical therapy for almost 6 months now and will continue for as long as it takes. Thanks to Briana and the amazing team at Burd Physical Therapy, I have made incredible strides in regaining my mobility and improving my quality of life. A few weeks ago I was able to once again visit my happy place at Walt Disney world. There were times when I thought I would never be able to do that again. Because of Briana’s commitment to my recovery I once again can hold my head up, I can walk, I can live. I’m beyond grateful for all the hard work and dedication from everyone at Burd. Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Ms. Maureen Saada for a few months now and I can confidently say she is the best Hand/Occupational therapist around. With her detailed knowledge of human anatomy coupled with her unrelenting, positive attitude, I was able to achieve full mobility again. Despite working with multiple other organizations in the area I was seeing little improvement. Within a month of working with Ms. Maureen I saw massive increases in my physical strength, upwards of multiple times stronger each time I came in for therapy. Even though she always pushed me to perform my best she was never harsh and her reassuring instructions/warm demeanor helped me go from hardly able to pick up a simple 5 pound weight to having a grip strength of over 100 pounds. For this reason and many more I would highly recommend any friend or family to attend their Pittsford location--which is not to mention that they have many other qualified clinicans at their facility--that are all conveniently located in the heart of the greater Rochester area.

Slowly but surely, thanks to Bri’s AWESOME work and patience with me always being late for my appointments, I’m actually seeing improvement! Bri and the rest of the staff are so knowledgable, patient, and friendly regardless of any last minute cancellations or even just a complete no-show once. Experiencia negativa: The best thing about Burd Therapy Pittsford is Jen. It was her that initially got me in there when making my initial appointment. But the facility leaves much to be desired. Very small, no privacy ( I am used to private therapy with your therapist) There is very limited equipment. My therapist spent a lot of time typing and coding instead of addressing my concerns. Of course when I addressed these concerns, I was asked not to return. I guess you need to be a cookie cutter patient who asks no questions. Do not recommend

She has taught me a lot about my injuries which is so helpful! I go twice a week and I’m always greeted with warmth and smiles. The front desk always acknowledges me and the place just has good energy. I don’t feel like just a number, I feel safe there. It’s bright with natural sunlight and clean! I’ve gotten a bit stronger and am a bit more flexible in just 12 sessions. I hope to continue going until it’s time for my surgery!

She sets the good energy of the space as soon as you check in, and just today she even thoughtfully reached out to offer a shift in my appointment when there was a timeslot that worked better for my schedule. Maureen is clearly super knowledgeable at her craft. She walked me through what she suspected was going on with my hand/forearm, and I felt immediately so much better and actually hopeful that there was a path towards healing. We keep building more exercises into my routine and I can tell progress is being made. Anybody would be lucky to work with her and I truly feel in good hands (pun very much intended).

Not only do I feel progress happening from visit to visit, I also sense her thinking through what needs to be done next; she talks with me easily explaining procedures to me at my level of understanding. She works with me beautifully giving direction for me to be able to do my part to help her help me. She easily answers my questions proving not only her knowledge but explains in a way indicating she is in tune not only to my medical needs but allows me to relax mentally and physically into the prescribed procedure. I’ve never known her to be anything but considerate in her step by step plan for healing and all staff make me feel welcome when I walk in the door. It is a healing atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: I am 44 year old female that was very active and did not like to sit still. At the end of February of 2023 I woke up unable to stand or walk or pretty much do anything from the waste down confined to a wheelchair. After spending time in the hospital I was advised to contact PT. I called a couple office where I was turned away or booked out a few weeks. I was told by a close friend to call Burd so I did. The second I called the office I felt a warm presence and was paired with Megan G. A few days later I had my first appointment and as helpless and vulnerable I was, Megan made me feel welcomed and comfortable along with the fact I didn’t think I would laugh at every appointment but we do. All the questions I asked were answered and if she did not know the answer she would look it up or ask her co- worker Alison for some advice. These girl work so well together and they never would say “ I’m busy, or she is not my patient.” They will never allow any unsafe transfers and will always have your safety as their main concern. Fast forward to today I am 80-85% recovered and able to actually stand/walk and feel normalish again. With my diagnosis I was told this could be a long journey but I feel that I have come an extremely long way in less time than expected. I thank my recovery on megan and the staff everyday and would/ have strongly recommend Burd to everyone. You are in great hands here and you are treated like a family member with every hurdle you surpass. I’m not sure how much they know I appreciate them but there are no words to explain it.

They don’t only center on one joint but get to the root of the problem and work on my entire leg to strengthen problems areas to prevent more injuries. I am in great physical shape but have been dealing with this tight sensation in my upper back area that would spread into my shoulder and into my arm for almost a year. It became very frustrating with everyday life. Throughout that time, I tried Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, and a different Physical Therapy location. After my third appointment with Megan I immediately started to feel better. She is very knowledgeable and kind. All the staff there is so welcoming and the whole place is clean like a whistle. Jen at the front desk was very accommodating to my schedule and she always smiled and helped me with checking in. Allison did my physical therapy, helping me to get stronger so that I would be able to return to the pickleball courts in a healthy and strong way. My general experience with Burd PT was that the environment was very friendly. You could tell with how the staff treated each other as well as their patients. Experiencia fantástica: I came to Burd Physical Therapy after dealing with an unrelenting hamstring/leg issue for the past couple of months. They were extremely thorough in testing my injury and stepping me through a detailed plan for recovery. Such a professional outfit with the tools and knowledge to make a difference It turns out the pain in my leg was mainly due to a back issue. Over a few months of dedicated work, they were able to help reduce the pain in my leg to the point where I could go back to playing the sports I love, unhindered. I would strongly recommend Burd and my PT Allison to help with any nagging injuries or general pain that you are feeling.

I struggle with debilitating veritgo daily, and Allison never gives up. She adapts treatment plans, researches, and listens to you, ensuring the best recovery possible every time you walk through the door at Burd Physical Therapy. Allison is a huge asset to the Burd Physical Therapy group. I have been working with Allison for five months, and she has given me hope and progress towards my "normal" life before life every day vertigo. VRT is a very specialized physical therapy, and Allison is the best there is. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone struggling with vertigo. Vertigo isn't talked about enough as it is caused by an injury no one can see, and treatment options are extremely limited. Doing VRT with Allison has reduced my symptoms significantly and has given me a step forward towards normalcy each and every day. I'm beyond thankful for her and Burd Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I heard of Burd through a friend and knew right away that this was where I would be going for my therapy. I am so glad I made the choice to come to this facility! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The PTs and OT that I have met thus far are very welcoming and engage in conversations with every patient regardless of if they are treating them or not. My PT, Allison, is very personable and consistently problem solves with me which allows me feel like I play a big role in my therapy sessions. In the past with my other PT experiences at different facilities, my PT would be juggling with 3-4 other patients at a time and I did not feel like I was receiving quality or personalized care. For most of my sessions, Allison only has one other patient there at the same time as me resulting in high quality of care and individualized treatment. Additionally, the staff does a wonderful job of keeping the waiting room stocked with snacks and drinks as well as keeping the facility very clean. I have no complaints about Burd and will be recommending this facility to friends and family would like to receive PT!
