Experiencia fantástica: I went into PT being a total non-believer ....and was I ever wrong. I had almost written off a climbing trip to the Grand Canyon this April due to a shoulder injury that was not getting better. I started PT around the fall 2024 with Rachel,...who knew my goal and set up my plan to meet that goal. It was hard, but the plan was specific to me, to my goals and "we" achieved them. Highly recommend Lattimore at White Spruce..they have a awesome team...who listen, understand what the needs are and ensure you stay on course to recovery .

Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn't go anywhere else for therapy. I was in such a bad place before Lattimore PT. I was at one of the lowest points in my life because I was pretty much immobile. Now there's no more walker or cane for me. I couldn't be more grateful for each and every one of them cheering me on and pushing me through. Even when I wanted to quit. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: Have heard good things about this place. My experience, Over the phone and scheduling the appointment was good. I came in for my appointment this early morning and no acknowledgement that someone even came into the practice even though I heard a sound when opening the door to walk in. Two people walking around talking one looked right at me. I sat down in front of the check in window thinking ok maybe they will be right with me. After about three minutes I stand up and look into the check-in window and there was a person sitting there the entire time! I came closer as she was typing away on the computer. It's like they weren't even expecting anyone and I was their first appointment! I stood in front of her and said good morning, stood there for minutes straight and no acknowledgement or answer so I left. As I turn around the same receptionist is watching me walk out smh terrible customer service I'm really shocked and disappointed as I need Pt. But if this is how I'm treated before even having my eval appointment, no thank you Lattimore.

Its never crowded. The people are super friendly and professional. I have tried other places but Lattimore is head and shoulders above the rest.

Andy is always positive and with his personality you can't help but get well. Paula and Mandy are also AWESOME! You cannot go wrong using these services.

Experiencia fantástica: I herniated a disk and was in so much pain. I could barely walk, sit, sleep. I was relieved that Lattimore was open during the Covid19 pandemic. Andy took excellent care of me! He knew exactly what would help me, within days I was feeling so much better. I was able to continue working. Experiencia fantástica: Knowledgeable , caring staff that knows how to get you back to normal function. I have used this facility after total knee replacement twice. They got me back to work in six weeks after each surgery for each knee. My range of motion and strength surpassed my expectations. They are the only physical therepy group I would use in the future.
