Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend this facility for outpatient therapy! I work in The Subacute arena so I tend to be very critical, however I was extremely impressed! Karin, PT was amazing! After major surgery I spent 3 months with her. I would not be as far as I am in my rehab without her. The facility is clean, the equipment is dynamic! The only thing I would improve is: It is hard to talk to the front desk when calling. You often have to leave a voicemail with no return call.

Experiencia negativa: Was sent for pelvic floor physio due to incontinence. Facility changed the code to "muscle weakness" and charged $ 2082 for 2 sessions! That's $ 1041 for 1 session of physio therapy of which one 2 was only introduction. Insurance won't cover and facility won't budge after insurance paid $135.22 and made my share $ 1692.00. Ridiculous claim, wrong coding and abnormal chararges for physio therapy sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: My Physical Therapist was Holly, she was absolutely amazing. She helped so much in a 2 month span for pain that I had been having for years. She was kind and listened to everything that I had to say about what was going on before determining the best way to move forward. I can't tell you how many questions I asked and she always knew the answer. I went in for pelvic floor therapy which can be intimidating but she made me feel at ease immediately. She gave me the tools needed to continue on my road hopefully to a full recovery. Best Christmas present ever! Thank you Holly

Extremely nice caring and educated me on everything that I need to know about me getting back to a pain free life. I’m getting a lot better. You only get what you put into therapy. Experiencia fantástica: I am amazed by how wonderful my time in Physical Therapy was in this facility! I chose this facility partly due to the fact that it is nearby where I live, but also because I have had a wonderful time with Beaumont facilities. This facility is no different! My PT, Stephanie Walker, treated me with so much kindness and respect throughout the whole process. She made sure that I wasn't feeling any pain from my exercises, and developed a plan that worked amazingly. I had been in pain with a torn meniscus, walking with a cane, for 5 months before getting it treated (only recently insured) and in the 4 weeks working with Stephanie in this facility, my knee has not only returned to how it was before my injury, but may actually be better than it was before. I've always had weak knees and ankles, and was afraid to exercise in ways that might exacerbate that. Stephanie gave me all sorts of exercises to do to strengthen my leg muscles without pain or injury, and my legs have never been better. As a fat person, I was always told my ankles and knees wouldn't get any better without losing weight. Well, maybe they just need a good physical therapist, because I didn't lose any weight and my joints feel incredible! In that same vein, I would like to mention that weight loss was never mentioned as a goal or outcome, and as an anorexia survivor, I appreciate that a lot. Everything was made to work with my size and scaled to my strength level. I am always worried about going to medical facilities due to my size (if you're larger you know what I mean) but I never felt that this was an issue here. The only time something was made in a way that I could not use it right away, Stephanie adjusted it to make it work like it wasn't a problem at all. I appreciate that so much! The very few times I felt discomfort from my knee, Stephanie noticed and changed what we were doing immediately. She shifted to a similar exercise that was less stress-bearing, and came back to the exercise that hurt later, cautiously, once I had gained more strength. To my own surprise, I was able to do it without pain! I also really appreciate other features of this facility. They are taking their COVID precautions very seriously, and I appreciate it immensely. They wipe every surface after use, there is hand sanitizer everywhere, everyone is wearing masks (correctly even!), and the people at the door take your temperature before entry. There is also parking specifically for people attending physical therapy, which is great because getting a sticker for the car for a disabled spot is such a pain - but reducing the walk to the facility with an injury is a life saver for sure. This facility also uses the My Beaumont Chart app to keep a schedule of appointments and request intake paperwork, which made things very simple and easy to remember. If you are looking for a place to do PT or OT, I absolutely recommend this place, and my PT Stephanie Walker. I will never forget this experience, as it has absolutely changed my life for the better.

Experiencia fantástica: After having problems after surgery for 1 year I was finally sent here. Having a case so bad that my pt had seen she was amazing! I spent 6mths here and she fixed me! Neeru Arora is amazing and I think about her daily she gave me my life back!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in in pain and left feeling GREAT! Melanie Regan was amazing! She was very encouraging and offered exercises for me to do at home and at the gym. If you need to have therapy, ask to be scheduled with Melanie.

Experiencia fantástica: Ronald DeBusschere MS, OTRL. Ron is an excellent therapist! He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and has great communication skills! He helped with many issues like - using a dressing stick, using a stocking apparatus, and replacing regular shoe laces with elastic ones. I was very happy to have him as my Rehab Therapist!

Experiencia fantástica: I received physical therapy here while recovering from a fractured tibia plateau. Neelima and Bianca were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. Due to their great therapy program and encouragement I am now back to my regular routine and working toward getting stronger. I would definitely recommend this team and location.

Experiencia fantástica: I spent several weeks working with Kamini Komarraju and she was extremely helpful throughout my time there. She was very detailed with every explanation as to why parts of the body work as they do, what to do increase mobility, reduce pain, and how to focus on form during exercise. She made the experience less intimidating. I’m very grateful to have crossed paths with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I not only was experiencing lower back issues, I also had pulmonary issues which limited my cardio exercise and weight restrictions for lifting items. I had three Occupational Sessions with Ron DeBusschere. He was very conscientious of my limitations, yet was able to be of great help in teaching ways to manuveur thru my daily schedule with less strain on my back. Each session was helpful. I found his manner very warm and caring, putting me at ease. I would without hesitation visit with him should the need arise again and I would recommend his services to anyone needing Occupational Therapy

Experiencia fantástica: Kamini Komarraju was my physical therapist for 10 visits and she helped me out a great deal. I am not in as much pain as I was before seeing her. Now that I am done seeing her, she gave me exercises to do at home to continue to feel good. She was very professional and really knows her stuff!

Be sure to see Lori or Ron for any OT services. Their attention to detail and commitment to care will surely show you the five star experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Jason Yonkos, PTA guided me through a four week program that began with an evaluation and basic exercises and cautiously progressed each visit. He was patient in helping me learn how to do each exercise correctly. As a result I realized increased mobility and decreased pain with each visit. On my final visit Jason provided me with a great exercise program to do at home tailored to my needs. Lori Sweeney, OTRL proved invaluable in helping me understand ways to prevent reinjury. She made recommendations based on both my occupation as well as common daily activities. Even better, with the help of on sight equipment Lori was able to recreate real life demonstrations so I could experience techniques first hand. With just three sessions I feel much better prepared to get back to my normal routine.

Experiencia negativa: READ this before you make an appointment. Overpriced and out of the market fees for physical therapy. Hospital invoiced my insurance company an amount five (5) times higher (~$600 per each 45 session) than the amount they quoted me before I started the physical therapy which I am been pushed to pay out of my pocket due to my deductible. I strongly recommend you doing your physical therapy at ATI instead (or a different provider). You will get same exercises and same 45 min routine for a price of $100 per session which is fair and aligned to the fees charged by other providers

Experiencia fantástica: After having my full knee replacement my doctor recommended The Beaumont Physical Therapy as the location to use for my therapy. I was nervous due to the pain I was going through. My therapist assigned to me was Nicola. As nervous as I was she was thorough with my exercises making sure I did what I was suppose to do working toward a successful recovery. After 2 weeks she went on vacation again nervous working with a new therapist. Andrew filled in for one day and was complete as Nicola. The following week Bianca was assigned to me and again was thorough with the tough routines working my way to a full recovery. My knee flex started at 85 degrees and with this GREAT staff I am currently at 107 degrees with more sessions to follow hoping to get to 120 degrees. This staff are so professional yet so friendly I would strongly recommend them for anyone who needs to go through any rehab they offer.

She genuinely cared about how I was doing and encouraged me to continue. Always positive and cheerful, I really appreciated that as well. Just a great experience, would recommend her to anyone. I also worked with few other different therapists and they were also very good, I definitely recommend this location to anyone that is looking to get better and get back to normal life after surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: Kamini Komarraju is the best! I came in with shoulder pain and couldn’t lift my arm up or do simple tasks. After working with Kamini, I have all range of motion back! Kamini is kind and encouraging. She explained the at home exercises to me clearly. If I was doing something incorrectly, she gently showed me the proper way. During session, if I was having difficulty with an exercise, she located the problem and would massage it out so I could do it! I recommend BPT & Kamini 100%!

Experiencia fantástica: Went for PT after knee surgery. Kelsey was the therapist who handled the majority of my PT. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She has a very positive attitude and explained things very well. I had some sessions with other therapists there who were also very good. Very nice facility with a great staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with both Stacy and Bianca after a car accident and throughout the process of three knee surgeries. I could not be any more pleased with the quality of service I’ve received. Stacy and Bianca are very knowledgeable about how to help strengthen my knee and get me back to a decent range of motion with improving stability. They made sure I was comfortable with the exercises and that I felt the appropriate stretch instead of increased pain. I wouldn’t want to work with other PTs (or PTAs) and the office staff were very accommodating of my needs and requests. The staff truly feel like family (dysfunctional at times) and I have been very fortunate to have been able to rehab with them!

Experiencia fantástica: There those times in life where we hate the challenges we face and one is when the doctor say I need you to go to therapy. This was not the case for me when once again I was to go into Aqua Therapy. This was my 2nd year with Margaret (Peg) She is truly awesome and very patient with you. Peg takes her profession to another level because she listens when it's a bad day & the tears are falling due to your pain. Peg did something different this time, she suggested I go into PT and OT because her assessment was that there was a great need for both. OMG it have to be contagious because Ronald (Ron) my OT was as pleasant & it didn't matter how you were when you walked into his area he would make you smile. Ron goes over and above his job. I would mention something I had a problem with no matter where it was, he would try to find a solution. I was very amazed he worked hard to solve or find an answer to whatever problem I had. This was the first time I had a complete OT. Then there was my PT person Bianca that have such an understanding of patience. She always had that big smile & her first concern was how you were feeling that day. Bianca let you know to work at reaching your goal but not at the expense of causing more harm. Thank each you for every encouranging word, deed and for working with me to make my life better and easier. Much appreciation to the entire staff of the Rochester Hills Therapy Department.

Experiencia fantástica: Bianca Foumia and Neelima Vadiraj the PTA and PT were assigned to help me with my neck pain. Their caring and concern were greatly appreciated. I worked mostly with Bianca whose patience and knowledge put me at ease and helped me to understand the importance of continuing the exercises that she instructed me on.

KUDOS to her and the entire Beaumont Physical Therapy Staff including assistants (Maureen, etc..) who provided post therapy icing. In addition, I extend praise & THANKS to my PTs' (Melanie & Jason) who provided PT for my right knee replacement back in September/October 2018. OUTSTANDING therapy provided.

Both very friendly and professional, gave me exactly the help and information I needed to rehabilitate from my injury. I also intend on joining the facilities' gym services which includes a pool!

Experiencia fantástica: Receiving PT for a frozen shoulder. My range of motion was very limited and it felt like it would never function normally again. From the initial evaluation and throughout therapy my PT Stacy explained everything about a frozen shoulder, the recovery process, treatment and home exercises. Recovery can be a slow process. During my treatments Stacey was very supportive and motivating. She pushed me each day to reach a bit further than the day before and was very encouraging and engaged in my recovery process. It’s been a positive experience and I’m very thankful that I found an awesome therapist and facility. I highly recommend Stacy and this facility.
