Experiencia negativa: I had issues with my right shoulder and my physician ordered me for PT. I had limited range of motion. I started going to this office to help me out loosing up my shoulder and get me relieved from the pain. the PT helped me out at the beginning, but after couple of sessions I felt no change. However, they kept scheduling more sessions even there is not progress anymore & that can be seen in their progress report. When I talked to my primary physician about it, she advised me to stop the PT and see an orthopaedic. I did that and the orthopaedic said I should've got the induction into my shoulder and THEN continue the PT to help the inflammation in my inner tissue. But that was too late because this office has used all my allowed sessions and exceeded the number. They did not tell me that they exceeded my insurance amount which I had the right to know. Also, they billed me a $718 for the extra sessions that they did. I called them and their billing department but I got no help. I had zero co-pay insurance for a reason. I am a student and cannot afford such bill, but they did not care and told me that amount on me. Now I am waiting for my insurance to be renewed and then I will go find another office that could be more honest with me.

Experiencia fantástica: I completed my physical therapy, 11/24/2022 with Brian Kanona (the best). Brian listened to what l wanted to achieve, along with what was required for my condition. I am much stronger and throughly enjoyed my time at Pt. I cannot not recommend Brian, along with the friendly girls in office ENOUGH! Excellent PT office.

Experiencia fantástica: I was initially referred to PT by my Sports Medicine physician due to a knee injury. Brian was my therapist. However, I happened to develpe a sciatic nerve irration due to my self inposed excercise routine. My medical doctor perscribed PT. Brian switched therapies and modalities to address my needs. I experieced good results and recovered from the disability due to Brian's flexability, expertise and knowledgeable application of various interventions. Brian is truly a professional. He explained the various theraputic interventions and their intended effectiveness. He was attentive to my needs, limitations, privacy and dignity while in his care. If and when required, I'd gladly return to to Brian's care and treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing group of physiotherapists-our family have used all three and they are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely want to help their patients. The office manager works really hard and does a really great job of trying to accommodate you. My family only go to this clinic - it’s the best in this area hands down.

Experiencia fantástica: I started treatment with Brian Kanona, PT, DPT at the Beaumont Rehabilitation Services - Medical Center, Rochester Hills. Treatment on 4/7/22 with a very sore left leg and knee, a severe limp and pain. After 7 weeks of treatment with Brian, the pain is gone and my leg is at about 90%. Brian provided excellent treatment that changed as I made progress. I can highly recommend the facility, staff and treatment and many thanks for Brian's knowledge great treatment plan. He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable But most of all he made my pain go away I can move around, bend, sit and walk again without pain or discomfort. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood his instructions. He truly does enjoy his work and therefore helps to make you feel relaxed and comfortable I will be asking for him if I ever have to return The complex is very clean and they make sure the facility is Covid safe. The staff are wonderful very friendly and helpful. When ever I have needed therapy I have come here. They are truly the best

Experiencia fantástica: Dale Waltman was my Physical therapist and was very serious about helping me by working with me to strenghthen my core, improve movement in my neck, back hips and legs. We also conscentrated on exercises to improve my balance, always emphasizing the importance not only doing the exercises, but doing them frequently and correctly, Providing me with handouts for each exercise. Anja and Michele also were very pleasant and helpful with information and scheduling. I was very pleased and appreciative for ALL the help I received from your P.T department. Experiencia fantástica: Brian Kanona is the best Physical Therapist, one that I would recommend to anyone. I had TKR in October, ran into complications and then again in July a revision. Brian was my therapist both times, can't imagine going to anyone else. He is very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable when it comes to his profession. He enjoys helping, and knows exactly what to do. I can't say enough about him. He is an artist, when it comes to taping you for swelling. If you want a good therapist he is the one to go to, and it's nice when the location you are going to is very clean, staff is very nice, and friendly. Great place to go if you are needing Physical Therapy for anything.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with this facility and staff couldn't have been better. My PT was Brian Kanona and I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge and understanding of my problem. I had ankle surgery many years ago and it was so painful I was considering a cane. Brian used a number of procedures along with exercises to give my ankle flexibility and to strengthen my leg. I walked out of there with no pain. I never could have imagined it was possible. I only wish I had gone sooner. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am giving my review on behalf of Brian Kanona, my physical therapist. I arrived with great difficulty walking and using walking sticks to assist me. My primary care physician sent me after reviewing my x-ray. Brian immediately reviewed with me the rehab program he could provide. He was welcoming, thoughtful and confident he could help me. He carefully explained each movement and showed me what I must do. He always let me know what would be helpful. Over the 5 weeks of therapy I could see and feel my improvement. I no longer needed the walking sticks and was able to walk normally and return to my regular way of movement. I am so grateful for his confidence and sensitivity toward me. I would highly recommend him to any future client.

Experiencia fantástica: I had physical therapy beginning in October 2020 to treat cervical radiculitis with Mr. Dale Waltman. I was hesitant to start physical therapy. However, I thought I’d go to the consultation and see if I felt comfortable with Dale and the location before I continued. Luckily I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office staff was very welcoming. The office is very clean. There is plenty of hand sanitizer readily available throughout the office. Also, there is at least one staff member that is constantly wiping down equipment, chairs, tables, etc. They also keep track of which items have been cleaned with green laminated squares. Dale is AMAZING! He was very informative and helped me with my severe pain starting on day one! I met with Dale twice a week for 7 weeks. He listened to everything I had to say about my pain. He never made me feel like I was complaining. Dale taught me many great exercises that have helped reverse my pain. I continue to do the exercises a few days each week to prevent my pain from returning. Dale also manipulated my back a few times which gave me even more relief. I am so grateful to Dale and all the staff at the Rehabilitation Services, including physical therapist Kevin Sweet. He treated me while Dale was out for two of my sessions. He was awesome too! I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: 1st time I went was for Rotator cuff therapy after surgery. They did a great job. This time I was having lots of pain in my hamstring and IT band. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. I will always go back when I need PT.

He is fantastic to work with along with the staff at this location. Mirna Kassis also worked with me and was also outstanding. This team is first class across the board and I can't thank them enough. Experiencia negativa: We called on 5/23/16 to get signed up for Physical Therapy and they sent the paperwork, but never called back in 3-5 day as promised. I had to call today 5/31/16 to follow-up and still don't know if they can fit my son in for PT, just working on the schedule now. I would expect better from a Beaumont Facility, if I called Health Quest he would have had an appointment by the 25th at the latest, but choose to go with Beaumont because of reputation - very disappointed.
