Experiencia fantástica: I went to Engage for PT for a sore shoulder. I was very impressed with the initial evaluation by Sue and her explanations which helped me understand why the pain was occurring and how she planned to help me alleviate it. At each visit, I was shown which exercises to perform and how, and was given print outs to take home so I could work on my own between visits. Each time, we talked about the exercises and how they were going for me, and I was reevaluated to see where we needed to tweak things. I would definitely recommend Engage for anyone who wants that one-on-one focus and care so they can get back to their pre-injury self.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience and excellent care from Sue Kanter. She listened to my concerns. Talked with me about her plan of care. Showed me HOW to do the exercises and adjusted them if they were too difficult… or too easy. She was patient and told me, or showed me again, how to do the exercise. She also helped my 84 year old mother. We thought my mom had back issues again, but after talking and working with Sue it ended up being a hip issue that Sue was able to resolve. Would highly recommend Engage Physical Therapy! 5 stars!!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Engage with a chronic running injury. I had tried to treat it in many ways in the past without long-term success. Finding Engage was my last-ditch effort to be a runner before giving it up for something else. That is now how it turned out, though! I could not be happier with how Sue and the whole Engage team approached my return to running. The methods were sound, holistic, and best of all they really worked. Beyond that, I found Sue to be incredibly willing to talk through rationales, science, anatomy, performance... it was extraordinary. In December I could not run for five minutes without injury. I am posting a screenshot of a recent session to show how much has changed. Furthest run I have ever done. October Twin Cities Marathon feels not only possibly but likely!
