Experiencia fantástica: Andrew Peggy and Dawn have treated me with respect and kindness on my trip of healing my broken ankle. This is the most wonderful place to go for physical therapy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Experiencia negativa: I didn’t Care for the person that was trying to get me moving again. Her attitude was not nice, and while I was doing my exercise I would notice her looking at other helpers with a certain look on her face, this happened multiple times. I would see the other helper looking at my physical therapist from time to time, and neither of them spoke, just wierd faces not normal. I felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait until my sessions came to an end, I made 11 of the 12 sessions, I took my dog to the vet on the day of the last session. I ended up going to another physical therapist in the next town over about a month later for more help again, the woman was very nice and I benefited a lot more than Athletico. I do not recommend, sorry

Experiencia negativa: They are trying to charge me 400 bucks for 3 sessions. I was there and the "therapist" did nothing but judge me, criticize me, and tell me I was a lost cause. If it wasn't for my insurance coving 1400 dallors I would have owed 1800. This place is a scam.

Experiencia fantástica: I have found that the physical therapists and office personnel are not only professional, knowledgeable but are friendly and caring. They are concerned about your issues and strive to do whatever they can to help you with your therapy to improve your quality of life. They don't limit their clients to an in and out session in forty minutes. I would highly recommend their facility to anyone needing their expert services. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by my doctor to Athletico for help handling my fibromyalgia and hyper mobility. Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable, and the building is very clean. My physical therapist was primarily Jacob and he was great. He provided excellent care, answered all my questions, and gave me lots of tools and resources that will help me past our physical therapy sessions. I saw Andrew, the other physical therapist, for a few sessions while attending physical therapy, and Nathan helped me out too several times. They’re both also great, super knowledgeable and friendly. I saw a variety of different people with different needs come through during my sessions, and can honestly say everyone who work here are just wonderful people. They treat everyone with kindness and respect, and truly care about their patients and want to help them any way they can. They accommodate the different needs of their patients very well. If I need to go physical therapy again in the future for any reason, I’d be happy to go here again and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Athletico Rockford North is fantastic! All of the staff members are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They all helped me recover from the replacement surgeries of two very arthritic knees. I am most appreciative of my therapist, Andrew, who enabled me to meet my goal of walking one mile without having to stop because of knee pain - something I haven’t been able to do in several years.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and Physical Therapists were friendly and knowledgeable. I was there because of a damaged Achilles tendon and I learned exercises I continue to do at home to help strengthen my core and regain some balance. I had never had PT before and was surprised I enjoyed the encouragement of “you can do this.”

Experiencia fantástica: This place just OOZES WELLNESS! I went to Athletico Rockford North with what turned out to be a sports injury - my "sport" being Pilates (ironic since Pilates is just a "fun" version of physical therapy). My therapist Andrew, the clinic manager, after a full evaluation, concluded that, due to arthritis in my lower back, I must be doing something wrong in my daily workouts. He devised a therapy plan that focused on exercise workarounds that didn't aggravate the arthritis so that I could get back to my daily routine without injury. I felt like I was meeting with my "personal trainer" at each session. Other reviews have noted how this facility feels like a "family" and I concur. Along with Andrew, there is Jake, the other physical therapist, Nathan, the therapist's assistant, Peggy, the receptionist, and newest assistant Lexi. They all give off the same competency vibes and work together in a way that makes you feel like they're all rooting for you together. So, if you are in need of physical therapy, don't hesitate to call the well-oiled machine that is Athletico Rockford North.

I've been going here off and on for 20 years I started when it was called Robound Therapy, the owners may have changed but the Level of care has not changed They are very knowledgeable and experienced In helping you with whatever problems you may have I will recommend them to anyone that needs help with whatever problems they may have, stop by or Call and they will get you right

He spoke very highly of Andy and I had been having some hip pain & was in need of some PT. Andy was very knowledgeable of the signs that I had described to him & planned a program specifically for me. Experiencia fantástica: They're on schedule, but don't make you feel rushed. They provide you with tools to take home and instructions on how to continue your therapy at home. The facility is pleasant and clean and all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my neck in a car accident an had to wear a collar for a month and a half. Once I got my collar off I made an appointment with Andrew at AthletiCo of Rockford and with in a month he was able to get me back were I used to be and got me back to work. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy. There a great group of people and hospitality was amazing. Thanks again guys for all the work to get me back going agian

Experiencia fantástica: After having total knee surgery in Feb. I went to Athletico ( North main st Rockford) for my therapy. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to get the best therapy. I worked mostly with Andrew, but everyone there was very caring, kind, professional and helpful in my recovery. Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with at least 10 different physical therapy groups and practitioners. This was the best results I've had. Andrew my therapist (also site mang. I think) and his assistant Nathan were brilliant. They knew their stuff, communicated well, were compassionate and just delightful. Based upon my observations of their interaction with other patients, they were just as great no matter the patient limitations or attitude, they were treated with professionalism, kindness, and compassion.

Experiencia positiva: All staff were friendly. Many times while working with me the staff would also work with others. Did not make me feel like I was getting their full attention. Perhaps this is normal because i have never been to a physical therapist before.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a shoulder injury that need some attention, after seeing Andrew he was able to help me diagnose a neck injury that most likely happened at the same time as the shoulder injury but was missed throughout the process of going to the doctor's over this last year. Andrew finding that it was a neck injury was a lifesaver cuz it made all the difference in the world. We were able to set up a plan that helped me get my neck back in place a shoulder stopped hurting we worked on that and I'm back to work full-time.

Experiencia fantástica: Enjoyed my experience at this Athletic location. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and well-maintained. My intake interview was thorough and I felt that Andrew (my PT) listened to my comments and concerns and was able to adapt my therapy to my specific needs. They seem to have the philosophy of getting you back on your feet with the skills you need to maintain your health going forward. Once you are assessed, the therapy is largely self-guided with your progress being evaluated along the way. The atmosphere is informal and you get to know the other patients over the course of treatment. The location can be tricky to get to since you can only enter the parking lot while heading south on N. Main or east on Riverside. But, if that is the only negative thing I can say, the rest of it has to be pretty good. If you're in the market for PT and live in the NW side of Rockford, I'd recommend Athletico Rockford North..

The flexibility to meet your schedule, the willingness to take you early or late on a whim just to make sure you are getting what you need from them. They truly took the time to actually get to know you and make the therapy enjoyable even when you were sore or exhausted or in pain. The comradery amongst them made you feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this facility to everybody.

My attitude upon entering therapy was one of apathy and lethargy, but the dedicated staff quickly diagnosed and treated my malady - providing much needed care, comfort and, ultimately, relief. It is both refreshing and, frankly, fascinating to witness such devotion toward restorative care. Ask for Andrew - he’s my boy!!!

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend anybody to come to this location.The staff was very unprofessional. They made me feel uncomfortable every time I stepped into the door. I would say hi to everybody and they would just keep talking.My therapist,Andrew gave me the hardest time during my sessions.He made jokes about me and my name.when he made these jokes they would laugh.I felt like I was in middle school all over again.He ask me was my hair real in front of other patients and staff.he also ran his fingers through my hair for no reason.when I would do exercise he would leave me all the time.Than when I come back up front he would ask me if I did all of my exercises. I would say yes and he would say that I was lying in front of everybody.Also he kept offering me his tablet so I could put a good review for him and I kept refusing.On my last day he ask me was I ticklish.I feel as a grown married women you shouldn’t ask that. I was embarrassed and humiliated I never want to see this place or the the people in it that was such a nightmare :(

I recently found myself needing PT after back surgery so naturally scheduled myself here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to schedule my appointments around my work day with ease. Everyone here makes working hard not seem so hard to do. Experiencia fantástica: This is a great therapy place. Staff is so personable, and friendly. Always able to get in when I needed to! I had massage, exercise, electronic and flexibility therapy's they always tailored what kind of day i was having to what therapy was needed. Which meant some times it was the same, different at other points. (I have NO family or friends that work here either! Lol but some of them I have adopted..lol)

Experiencia negativa: So I am supposed to have a functional capacity exam here today. The business hours listed are 7-7. The person who has the keys to unlock the building doesn't show up till after 8 which is when my appointment is supposed to be at.

Experiencia positiva: I have been going here for about six weeks and the therapist really know their stuff, and have me doing so much better. The one thing I want to share is when you walk in there you feel like your home it’s just like one big fun loving family. They make it fun to work and hurt and reach your goal! I would recommend this facility to anybody that needs help with physical therapy!!!
