Experiencia negativa: Run from this place. There are only a handful of decent employees. They are lazy and put older people with cognitive issues in diapers with huge pads, so they don’t have to take them to the bathroom. Communication is very poor with management. The day my loved one was being discharged. I found her hearing aids on the floor and they accused her of throwing them around, which is so not true. The clothes were in a heap in the closet, even though I brought a ton of hangers and they were responsible for doing her laundry, several articles of clothing that were labeled were never returned to us. I am so grateful they discharged her when they did. She is not incontinent like they tried to make her and say she was, and she is continuing therapy and doing amazing now.
