Experiencia negativa: I was supposed to have my new patient appointment with these people today. My appointment was at 10:00. I told them I have a class on zoom until 9:50 so I will be a couple minutes late. I showed up at 10:16 and they wouldn't let me in. I begged almost to tears to squeeze me in. Nothing. I really needed the treatment today because I'm in suicidal pain. I can't do my homework without excruciating pain. They didn't care and I think its disgusting to treat new patients like this. I came home and called these people to reschedule even though I don't want to and I asked if I could make more appointments. I know that I need physical therapy and so does my doctors. I couldn't make anymore appointments because "I need to be evaluated to see if I even need physical therapy."

Experiencia negativa: Disgusting treatment of patients, especially females. They've never given clear instructions on the exercises, and will kick you out if you say that the creepy male therapist makes you uncomfortable. I'd give them zero stars if possible.

Experiencia negativa: Rude. Makes tells you, you need a ride. And wont let you back with patient. But incurrages you to help them with continuing theripy at home. And dont give you instructions to do so. So you helping your loved one blind.
