Experiencia fantástica: I was A patient in the UW rockford sleep lab. It was comfortable quiet. The staff was very professional and helpful. I’d recommend it to anybody needing assessment and a sleep lab.

Hands down I recommend all who are in need of therapy to definitely join this team. Even the receptionist is awesome very sweet lady.

Experiencia fantástica: I love UW Health, swedish American, the staff is amazing from front desk to nursing, Drs and everyone in between, I have never had an issue I love them. We go to speech therapy at UW health swedish american, our speech therapist is amazing all of the speech therapists are so great and attentive, we had our son who is now three at swedish American top notch care. I had to have I had to have an unexpected C-section and just everything the time we were there to the time we left fantastic care from all of the staff. Still fantastic

Experiencia negativa: That Dr. Puruckherr that is affiliated with swedish pulmonary will ruin your life. Avoid him and swedes pulmonary at all cost. Just out to rip off your insurance company with treatments that don't ask for and not diagnosed with. Only place I've ever had to fight nonstop with a health care provider cause of a bad reputation doctor. Fighting nonstop with UW Health. Ridiculous

Experiencia negativa: My son has been struggling in school, his teacher recommended me to get him evaluated for occupational therapy. We got him evaluated and he needed services. As we were leaving the receptionist was on the phone so I was told she would call me later to schedule something. While we were getting our coats on and getting ready to leave my son left his toy in the back room and of course freaked out! I stood patiently waiting to ask if someone could retrieve his toy and the receptionist wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. RUDE! So I figured we would just have to get it another time. It’s now been 2 weeks and we still have not heard from them. I called today and asked to get him scheduled and now he’s on a waiting list?! And she couldn’t tell me days/weeks/months nothing. I’m think I’m more annoyed about not getting back to me in a timely manner. I was told someone would call me later that day, turned into 2 weeks of waiting finally calling myself and getting no where.
