Experiencia fantástica: I just spent the last 3 months in and out of Dr. Trenhaile's office many times for back to back shoulder surgeries, imaging, follow-ups, etc. Trenhaile's reputation for quality work seems to proceed him, which absolutely proved true. Along with that you can expect a really great bedside manner / vibe from this man every time you see him. He's very professional, reassuring, and easy-going. As for his staff, you get the impression that they were all hired with care, as they all do a wonderful job as well. I could not be more pleased with how this inevitably difficult experience went. Thank you to each and every person I interacted with.

Lol Well the Dr and nurse were trying to figure out when I had my surgery when I was in the room with them. Come to find out my last name was different back then DUH lol

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment with Dr. Scott Trenhaile at Ortho, Illinois location associated with OSF St. Anthony was well coordinated for a new patient. Personnel was very efficient and had good customer service for each individualized pro -activity I had to participate in. Just to meet him and talk about my possible surgery on my shoulder was more than I had expected. He took his time he answered questions about certain things I did not understand. I was given his name by a former doctor of mine in Freeport. I will definitely pass on Dr. Trenhaile's Name to some of my friends and family members if they need surgery, Thank you to Evelyn, who checked me in, the x-ray technician and the two nurses that asked for my personal information in his office. Everyone was patient and asked me some very important questions. The information about the sequence of events that would happen prior to get my surgery was well planned. Thank you all the members for being patient and talking to me and not at me. Because I do understand that relationship to deal with your doctor has to be a very comprehensive program.

Experiencia fantástica: I did not see Dr Enke but my wife Sharon did and she adores him. He is so polite and so informative and answers any and all questions. His staff is also fabulous. Everything is explained. She definitely would entrust his care to anyone. She used the portal to send him a message and they got back to her within a few hours. The portal is the best way to contact your doctor for a prompt response. He told me what to expect with my injection and to contact him with any questions. He is definitely a five star doctor. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Foster repaired my cubital tunnel, carpal tunnel, and tennis elbow in 2016. I’m now seeing him for carpal tunnel on the other hand. I have referred quite a few people to him since 2016, including my husband last year. I have never had a bad experience nor has anyone that I know. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and the biggest smile you’ve ever seen. He is the only hand specialist I will see!

If you have state insurance they'll tell you no one with ortho illinois takes it, not scan it in into the computer, not bill it, try to get you to pay out if pocket ect. The Dr's and techs are awsome friendly knowledgeable ect but the billing will be their downfall. When it comes to public aide I've heard a few different stories and didn't think about it until I ended up there and they never billed it as my secondary, my mom went there and every single time told her she had an outrageous copay, she had to insist she shouldnt have one with her insurance, after going back and forth they "figured it out" and no there was no crazy copay. They told me no dr with ortho illinois would take my sons insurance and that'd it'd be all out of pocket until I went to mercy and they told me what was happening (they were trying to bill for the same thing and couldnt) and that the ortho Dr DID take the insurance and it WAS billed by them. All of a sudden ortho Illinois called and magically they took his insurance a few days later? Somethings either fishy or their billing staff needs to be looked at and retrained. This caused a delay in my sons care by 2 weeks, hopeful it hasn't caused any negative effects....

Experiencia negativa: Beyond disappointed. I was referred here by my pediatrician for a cranial molding helmet. Aaron Strom who does the evals takes pictures with his personal cell phone and measurements of the head with a rudimentary ruler while you are literally in a side storage room off the gift shop. No 3D mapping etc done. No updated technology. Very low end basic. Guess work really as he said. Aaron explains at multiple appointments that the cranial helmet is just for cosmetic reasons and you can stop whenever you are happy with your child's head shape. After going through a 3 month process with him meeting biweekly I finally was over it. Head wasn't perfect but Aaron continued to push that it was cosmetic making you feel vain as a parent for wanting your childs head to be normal looking. Fast forward a few months later and my child's asymmetrical head shape continued to bother me on a daily basis. Needless to say went to cranial technologies and they were so superior to the service I received at orthoillinois. They said that he still has moderate plagiocephaly and if not corrected this will affect my child's jaw, ear canal, and sinus cavity. Now my child has to wear another helmet for 3 months in hopes of correcting this. I would absolutely never recommend Orthoillinois for any cranial molding helmet needs. Thank goodness I sought out another opinion before it was too late to correct the issues. Orthoillinois I would recommend not offering any cranial molding helmet services. Cranial technologies in Rockford knows what they are doing.

I was lucky enough to have one of the best shoulder Drs in the country in Dr Scott Trenhaile. I had lots of questions and concerns throughout my recovery. Just having a piece of mind knowing and trusting Dr trenhaile along the way was huge for me. Dr Trenhaile was caring ,personable , and compassionate. I never felt rushed in an appointment and he always had time to listen. I highly recommend Dr Trenhaile. The Rockford Il region is lucky to have such a top notch Dr!

They put me in one office or one one waiting room and then move me to a different waiting room because I was supposed to get an x-ray Other than that the visit went smoothly. The only other thing is, they kept trying to say that my injury was a Worker’s Comp. injury when my injury was due to a motorcycle accident

He has been beyond phenomenal with my daughter for her surgery and the aftercare and the many visits and phone calls, and he has always been there and understood the complexity of her and never brushed us off. We truly love and thank him for getting her fixed and on the road to recovery! To say we are so blessed for him is an understatement. His main nurse also Tiffany they go extra length and more for his patience and he has done that and even in our follow ups says, please let us know what we can do and continues to help us in anyway they can!
