Experiencia positiva: Lots of great employees from rehab, nurses,speech therapist, doctors, CNA's, and respiratory. Special shout out to Shelly in respitory, speech therapist the little lady in rehab, wound nurse, recreation personnel and any one else I forgot. Additional staffing for CNAs' suggested.

Experiencia fantástica: Small room for visiting,chairs would be nice but understandable with caregivers coming in and out mom is happy so far it's been her 1st full day,she slept well and said nurses are nice that's all that matters mom being comfortable.when weather permits we will be outside shell love that she can't walk but hopefully we can get a wheelchair and get her to get with the programs that they have. I just left 3-10-25 my mom is happy and comfortable,the food is tasty and the staff is very friendly and great with my mother, I just visited mom today and she is doing well as expected the caregivers are great with mom and they even dressed her in her own comfortable PJs we brought her,I can't wait for the weather to get warm so we can go out to court yard and visit. The social worker is amazing. I been visiting 3-12-25 ,3-14-25, 3-17-25, 3-19-25

Experiencia fantástica: Megan, my therapist, has been so helpful. I appreciate her attention to details about my shoulder. I've been steadily improving. She is comfortable to be with, setting goals and encouragement for me. The reception team always is courteous and friendly.

Experiencia negativa: I went to go visit my son-in-law's dad and walking into this place was not a good experience. I'm a healthcare professional and I would not send my loved one here. It needs to be shut down and remodeled completely. The communication is very poor as well.

Experiencia negativa: Do not send your loved ones here if you have options!!! Unfortunately we can not afford to send my mother anyways else. I am constantly having to call to have someone help my mom because she asks for help and texts me to let me know she has asked for help. Then 30 minutes to and hour later no one has come to help her. This happens almost daily. She cannot get out of bed to use the bathroom and they will leave her there for 30+ minutes sometimes longer until I call them and make them help her. They have messed up her food a few times. Giving her thicker food than she is supposed to have. This has improved since I had words with one of the social workers but they have given her food she has allergies too and she has to check her menus and plate before eating. I hate to think how anyone survives here when they aren't aware enough to check their food. I had to buy my mom wipes because they told her they ran out. For days!! One time when I came to visit her they were trying a new ventilator for her and it wasn't working and she was choking and I was yelling for help and no one would come help. I found her RT nurse in the hall and she said she was charting and going home so she couldn't help her. My mom couldn't breath!! I think that's a lot more important!!! The nurses here also violate HIPAA constantly. I have been here to visit quite a few times and when I walk down the halls I have heard them talking about medical information of other patients or talking negatively about patients. I have even heard them talking about patients they think are annoying and hate helping once when I was in the restroom and 2 nurses were standing outside near a patient room. I wish I could afford to pit my mom somewhere else but I cannot and this is the only place in town that takes her insurance and can give her the care she needs. I just wish the nursing staff actually did their jobs and didn't let sick people suffer. I asked for someone to call me and talk to me about concerns with her care but it's been 2 days and no one called me back. So I am leaving this review so that people will know about how bad this place is. I have already contacted the ombudsman for the area.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this facility a 0 stars I would. My mom was transferred here for a physical therapy/occupational therapy program. Walking into this place was like walking into a horror movie. It smells of urine and fecal matter. This facility is so old and run down. The AC didn’t feel like it was running the fans on the wall didn’t work they had the window open to keep the room as cool as possible but it was still hot and still in a 3 bed room. The staff where nice for the most part but where giving us recommendations to other facilities to move my mom to. One of the CNA’s also came in and started talking to my mom able her cute paramedic that dropped her off and asking if she had any info about him from riding in the ambulance with him. My mom was in that facility for about 6 hours before having a major panic attack that they couldn’t handle and was transferred to a nearby hospital. I wouldn’t allow my worst enemy to stay in this facility. This is where a person goes to die. Please find a different facility and don’t send your loved ones here!

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but good things to say about Roseville point. My mother-in-law was placed here and was very well taken care of. Although she had some very challenging medical issues she expressed how kind and helpful all of the staff were. Everyone I spoke to went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law and our family during what was a very challenging time.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter is dead because of the incompetence of this place. They never call back. Jeremiah is the worst. I tried to reach him for 2 weeks to have my daughter transferred out of that horrible place and he never called. He said he never got the message. They all lie for each other and no matter when you call they say there in a meeting or they just went home. My daughter was in icu and they never told me she was in the hospital. I accidentally found out because they would not answer the phone and so I called the hospital where she has been many times. Th

Experiencia fantástica: I volunteer with the Lightfoot’s during the Bible discussion on Mondays. The activity director is excellent and so is her helper Jo. The front desk is streamlined and all the staff are very helpful .

Experiencia negativa: Don’t send your loved one here unless if you want them to die! If I could give this nursing home zero stars, I would! This horrible place should be rated negative stars. My mom had a stroke and was transferred to this place from Vibra at Folsom. Within a week & a half, she developed stage 2 bed sores. The staff has attitude and has the worst communication with the family members. They say they’ll get back to you, but never do. The previous case manager, Jeremiah sent wrong medical information to another skilled nursing facility where my family and I were trying to transfer my mom. It got so delayed, insurance ended up denying my mom’s transfer. They didn’t check my mom’s oxygen tank, one day it was empty, other days it wasn’t turned on. This place has major negligence on their patients. Their staff looks questionable. Some of the nurses are nice but are over worked due to shortage of staff. They don’t change my mom’s wet diapers until hours & hours later when I show up and ask how come her diaper has not been changed. They don’t turn her often. And her face looked horrible, they don’t clean their patients. The place smells like human feces, sweat, dirty laundry, and the most horrible body odor combined. I’m surprised this place is still active and running. They need to get fined and closed down. All the patients look like they are about to die. Horrible, horrible place!!!!! Do not send your loved one here. If they are here, get them out ASAP!

Experiencia fantástica: My mom had a wonderful experience there, and the staff was very nice to her. She was there for 1 year during covid. I brought her back to visit, and a lot of the staff and a doctor came out to the car to see her. They even delivered gits to our home at Christmas because she was chosen for the angel tree by a mother and daughter who work there. She went in at 82 pounds on hospice, not walking or eating, and made a full recovery in 1 yr. I would send her back here again if needed. Experiencia negativa: This place is going to kill my mom one of these days. The residents are there longer than the staff. It’s a rotating door between the administrator, director of nursing, social workers and nurses. It’s impossible to hold anyone accountable as they are gone as soon as you learn their name. I will say there are some great CNA’s and other staff members that do care. Unfortunately they are so under valued and disposable the good ones never stay long. Recently they took away the residents activities room to put offices in. Granted they already have offices and a conference room but these people literally took away part of the residence home so the staff could be more comfortable! The staff that is mobile and capable of leaving the facility takes priority over the residents that live there and are primarily confined to their room. The little space they had to play bingo and gather together they took away. It’s disgusting the way they treat the patients here!

The place is clean and they have plenty of activities for my mother to be involved in. I was there visiting for a few days and met some really kind and loving staff members. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's family needs this type of assistance.

Experiencia fantástica: A Great Experience! Our residential care home received a resident from Roseville Point just this week. The family flew in from Southern California and wanted dad moved while they were in town. It was last minute and rushed, but Roseville Point made it happen. I especially appreciate the folks in the Social Services department: Mariela and Alona. They worked hard to make a quick and safe discharge possible. Experiencia negativa: Horrible place. They don’t communicate and when addressing a problem. They become combative. Had to call 911 to get my dad out of this place of horror Do NOT send your loved one here. You’ll regret it. Everything looks good on the outside when visiting but once inside the nightmare begins.. my dad had unexplained bruises and he was quadriplegic. Tell me how they got there.? They should be shut down

Experiencia negativa: I went to this and the personal are so repugnant. The quality of service to elderly people is so low. As a health professional I wouldn't like to work in that horrible environment. Poor people I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: I'm with that lady if I can give 0 stars I would too this place is ridiculous they new my brother was coming the morning when he got there around 3pm they didn't have his meds ready he was ignored he said he asked for insure or milk and they gave him a little cup of koolaid. By 10pm he still didn't get his meds he was in pain so he called me to pick him up please don't put your loved one here

Experiencia negativa: Worst Place I’ve EVER been I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heart beat. From the time you walk in it’s not welcoming The staff are extremely rude & negligent to the most important people in the building which are the patients including the director of the building Jesse. Being rude to families making it hard for them to see or talk to their loved ones. The entire staff at this facility needs to be replaced with people who enjoy working in the healthcare industry & have a passion for taking care of their patients needs and comforting families. I feel so bad for anyone who chooses this places. Using the word HORRIBLE is still an understatement to describe this place. I Will be reporting to the ombudsmen immediately no elderly person deserves to be treated so poorly. Pathetic how much customer service is lacked here. Never in my 62 years in life would I have thought I experience my loved one being mistreated.

Experiencia fantástica: Best place! My father was treated perfectly! And he even returned home better than when he was brought there. Everything that people are saying are all lies and I found nothing wrong with the place. The rehab department are all so nice and caring and really are helpful and truly do their job great. The admissions department really helped me through the process and paper work and were super kind and understanding. My father enjoyed every meal and was offered snacks when he wanted. All the staff was so friendly and the CNA’s and Nurses were so nice and kind. I have never found a better place to care for a family member and I recommend it and will recommend it for the future. I wouldn’t listen to any negative review because this is the best place to place a loved one in their time of need and if they need a healthy restart. Great place!!

Experiencia negativa: Negligence, abuse, and mistreatment of elderly. Negligence that caused death. Falsifying documents to mislead persons. Lying and misinforming family! Staff is extremely apathetic and cold hearted. I would say this place is terrible and if you truly love your family member(s) DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. My grandmothers personal belongings were stolen and other items misplaced immediately after her death. Money was stolen too. This place will be getting sued for severe negligence that led to death and manslaughter. I will be reaching out to ombudsmen, filing a complaint on the BBB’s website, and getting the health department involved. All else aside my family and I will be leading a protest outside of this egregious facility to spread awareness so that others be made aware of the severe negligence, mistreatment, and foul conduct of the staff.

Experiencia negativa: This place is awful they have a lack of communication and very rude from the staff to the social worker unbelievable how uncaring of a situation they can be and I’m trying to understand being understaffed and overworked but to not let family know about anything when you call how can you release someone and not know if it’s ok for the patient to be released to the home ! It is just awful! It’s sad to think they are the ones taking care of your loved ones.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst facility ever. As a former employee, I was not able to see how the patients were neglected so I had to leave. I was in social services were I admitted and discharged patients. I began something new and decided to take surveys from each patient while I also walked through the facility to see what beds are available or not every morning since checking availability what part of my job anyway. I spoke to the patients one on one and got their feedback. It wasn’t good. So I would make extra trips around the facility to see what’s really going on. Patients would call for help, staff ignored them. I don’t know why they work in the medical field if they don’t care for their patients, I don’t know how they got hired, or they are able to continue to keep their jobs. They should all be fired. Don’t let your loved one enter this facility if you really love and care for them because they won’t get the care they need or deserve. Patients have been spit on, and in their food, meds are always late, they aren’t changed when needed and get ulcers from not being moved and turned. They are ignored and neglected and I couldn’t bare to see it so I had to leave.

Experiencia fantástica: My Mom was placed here for about 3 weeks and just came home with hospice as planned. She was placed on the rehab side. Her care here was the best I've seen in this type of facility. She even improved while being here. Clean facility, doesn't smell bad and the friendliest staff. She was treated like family by everyone and so was I. Even the "office" staff was awesome. A ton of information and took the time to find me the best price for transportation to get Mom home.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband is on Hospice. I had an out of state emergency, so he was placed at this facility for 7 days of Respite Care. I read the reviews and was terrified! He was weak when he left home. So, I was afraid it might be my last time seeing him alive. Well today he returned home looking healthier than he did when he left here. Looks like he's even gained a couple of pounds. I'm so thankful for the care he received.

Experiencia negativa: My Mother died in an irreversible vegetative state just days after being forcibly injected with haldol, against her will, without her consent and against MY orders as her Durable and Medical Durable Power of Attorney by an unscrupulous RN! In April 2017, the California Department of Public Health substantiated the complaint and the facility was issued a B Citation. Roseville Point Health and Wellness Center, is owned by Shlomo Rechnitz, one of the largest nursing facility chain owners in California. Shlomo Rechnitz has been the subject of numerous expose' stories with allegations of egregious neglect, abuse, death, FBI investigation, fraud, multiple wrongful death lawsuits etc., within his nursing home chain. Even the National Union of Healthcare Workers has set up a dedicated website exposing Shlomo Rechnitz and his "Brius" company. Consumer be aware!

Experiencia fantástica: Roseville Pointe provided excellent rehab and nursing care to my 94 yr old father after a stroke. As an advanced practice nurse, it's difficult to provide care that is sufficient with my expectations but Roseville Pointe did just that for my father. After four weeks he was strong enough to come home. Thank you to Roseville Pointe for quality caring and compassionate care.

Experiencia negativa: I have never had a loved one in this facility but I know of people who have or actual patients who have been there and they all have horror stories of the uncaring staff, from the main bosses to the floor staff. Patients are not checked on, not give meds on time, not given water when needed just ignored really. Plus items are always missing and never found unless it is a worthless piece of something. I would not put my dog or cat in this place. One star just because

Experiencia negativa: My dad was here for 4 days. They let him get so dehydrated that his kidneys shut down and he had to be rushed to the hospital. He ended up in icu for a week and came close to dying. When we went to collect his belongings, they returned none of his clothing we had taken. I would think twice before I put a loved one here.
