Experiencia negativa: Service and staff is horrible. Been seeing Dr. Annie Nguyentat for over a year, and still dealing with my injury. She will rush the entire time, barely make any eye contact and will constantly suggest surgery. Billing Department is another nightmare. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
Experiencia negativa: Called for 4 days STRAIGHT in regards to a Roseville Sutter Hospital Referral and we went through the correct prompts to the referral option to speak to the correct person. Got sent to Amalia's voicemail each time and we left a voicemail each time to get a call back. My fiance has had a broken arm for OVER A MONTH. Lo and behold I call the direct front desk number since the referral line wasn't working and guess who picks up? Lovely Amalia. Apparently the referral was rejected days ago and no notice was ever given to us. Amalia says that they don't give notices out but if she actually PICKED UP THE PHONE, we would've actually spoken to her and known the news already. Don't even bother with this place. Horrible customer service with avoidant staff that just want to act condescending with their Ebonics speech.
Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Hansen for shoulder surgery and recovery due to tearing the labrum in my shoulder during a workout class. I was able to get scheduled within a reasonable time and get a surgery date within the month. Surgery went great and I now at 80% mobility again post surgery after doing PT. I would recommend him for sports related shoulder surgeries.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hansen & Roseville Orthopedic are top notch! My son has now been twice for a sports related injury and my sister for knee surgery. We have nothing but great things to say about them and we highly recommend Dr. Hansen. It is so important to have someone you can trust and know that you are getting the best care and advice possible!
Experiencia negativa: The only pro is Tyler the medical assistant is great! Dr. Nguyentat rushes you every appointment and doesn’t care to figure out what’s wrong with you unless it’s a clear cut surgical fix. She left me without hope in chronic pain and seemed like “what do you expect me to do about it?” So I left her after that appointment and found Dr. Drake at Sutter who is incredibly kind and caring. He actually figured out what was wrong and gave me options and I’m finally on the road to recovery after being delayed healing for over 1.5 years due to my concerns going unheard and uninvestigated by Dr. Nguyentat.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible billing practices! This office uses a third party for billing to save money. Not only did I not receive a single statement or a phone call from them, but almost a year later, I was put on collections for a bill I was never made aware of! Do not recommend this office!
Experiencia negativa: regret not writing this review sooner and am sorry for anyone who may have experienced what I have. My life will never be the same as I now have a lifelong diagnosis of CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) due to the negligence of Annie. I had my first flat foot reconstruction done by Annie in July of 2021 with the most excruciating recovery that she blamed on my lack of pain tolerance. After my second flat foot reconstruction in Feb of 2022, I can confidently say it was not due my lack of pain tolerance as my recovery was a breeze. Unfortunately, in March of 2023, I seemingly had another complication from Annie's surgery because my CRPS developed on top of one of her surgical incisions. I have since found doctors in TX to help me because the doctors who I communicated with around the Sacramento area knew of Annie and backed her and her medical malpractice. I was gaslit and degraded by Annie on multiple occasions, and her fellow colleagues. Comments such as low pain-tolerance, weight, and not wearing 'Hokas' were not uncommon to hear. It is scary and disheartening to know what kind of people these 'doctors' are. I hope this review encourages everyone to do thorough research before committing to a surgical procedure. Even if a lawyer confirms medical malpractice, the laws in California prevent lawyers from taking your case due to the lack of profit the law firm will receive. Protect yourself because California, and the lawyers and doctors in California, certainly will not.

Experiencia negativa: Care is average, but the billing is on a sublevel. I've been double billed, yet none of the phone numbers are accurate since they transferred all billing to a third party. Each party points to the other to resolve.
Experiencia negativa: The doctors, nurses, and PA's are great - they give great information, are personable, patient, and answer all your questions and even those you haven't asked. Front staff is a different story. After the appointment I went up to the check out counter - I asked for two things 1) my debit card that I left behind because they were still processing my co-payment when I was called back and 2) I needed to update my phone number on my account as my number changed since the last visit. I clearly stated what my needs were and this is the response - "So do you need a brace or something?". I answered no, and restated my needs. There was a pause, then "I don't understand, do you need a RX for a brace or something?". I took a deep breath, looked her the eyes, and again stated what I was doing at the check out desk. Was finally able to get my debit card - but alas the phone number didn't get changed. I guess she didn't hear me property with the face mask on. Undeniably the stupidest interaction I've had with a front desk clerk.
Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about this office. The front office, James, Tyler and Dr. Annie Nguyentat are so patient and kind. They explain all the procedures along the way. I had the unfortunate accident of breaking my left foot and right leg a year ago and healing was delayed. I came to this office for second opinion and Dr. Annie Nguyentat identified the multiple issues going on in both feet and explained them to me and started treatment right away. Only mistake was not going to them a year ago!

Experiencia negativa: This place has terrible service don't come here! The staff doesn't know what's going on and if you are even 5 to 10 late on your appointment they will cancel. Dr Annie hasn't helped at all through this process and hasn't been there for my last appointment and then today leaves for surgery at 11:10 when my appointment was at 11 I was supposed to have new X rays and a check up! I wouldn't recommend this place you could wait in line for 5 min and during that time your appointment is cancelled! They don't get back to you when you leave voicemails and if you're not having surgery dr Annie doesn't care about helping you w your treatment is what it's coming off as . I have broken 15 bones now and have seen several doctors this office is the worse one I have been too and will not be coming here again ....: now after calling for over a year I'm sent to collections they will not resolve the account they did not bill my insurance correctly . The statements I'm getting show the wrong information even though I've updated it several times . The staff is so incompetent it's ridiculous! How can you not know how to bill a primary then secondary insurance in the correct order! They are a total scam . Reported to the BBB they are ripping you off here. Sending bills directly to the patients hoping that you'll just pay it even if you don't owe it. Disgusting

Requested an appointment on line three days ago Urgent....nothing I had gone here once before from doctor referral and the doctor was short on time with me and a waste of insurances money. We pay these healthcare workers good money to provide terrible healthcare service! Sad
Experiencia negativa: The doctors are great. I've seen both Dr. Nguyentat and Dr. Hansen, and they are both friendly and competent. The front desk is friendly and efficient. The major negative is billing. I have been trying for two weeks to obtain a receipt or EOB, with multiple calls to them that were not returned. It came down to the final day (FSA deadline) and I found a work-around, but I am VERY unhappy with this level of dis-service.
Experiencia negativa: I had to wait a month to get an appointment, just to wait 1 1/2 to see someone, just to have another appointment be made to have an MRI just to have another appointment to talk about the MRI and possibly set up surgery! I’ve told Dr.Gant that I’m having pain and it’s still taking forever to get a simple surgery! Very very very dissatisfied and disappointed with Sutter .
Experiencia negativa: I don't feel I should be kept waiting for an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. Or, be prebilled for a procedure, when there is no idea of the cost How can that be?? Youcant call the insurance company and find out? Lazy and incompetent. I would not recommend them to anyone!
