They have a friendly staff. There is excellent parking at the facility as well. I would definitely recommend Back In Action rehab to anyone who needs physical therapy.

They put me on an excellent training plan, to get me back up to my three miles. After a few sessions I am now able to run a little more than a mile without stopping and no pain. I never had issues scheduling follow up appointments. I think I had at least 1 session with each PT and I had no complaints for any of them. I made progress over the course of a month and a half. If I get injured again I would definitely come back her for help with recovery.

Nava is a real professional and is excellent at what she does. She makes her patients, feel very comfortable and she is both interesting and pleasant to spend that 45 minutes twice a week with.

I started at Baylife PT after my ACL reconstruction surgery. The team struck a great balance between pushing me to get strong and listening to my concerns. A mix of challenging exercises, stretching, massage, homework, needling and lots of feedback in both directions grew my strength and confidence tremendously. I was also taught a lot about my body in general (ex. weak areas never before brought to my attention, discomfort in one area linked to weakness in another, etc.). I consistently enjoyed my appointments, and most importantly, my knee feels great-- my strength, range of motion, and mechanics are all solid after personalized treatment here. Special thanks to Riley and Anthony who worked with me closest to get me back into sports, which was my goal all along. I'm very grateful and happy with my ACL recovery. I tore my labrum in both shoulders and could barely hold a gym bag, cross my arms or buckle my seatbelt with very limited range of motion. I thought for sure that I would need surgery in order to get healthy again. Within a few short months of working predominantly with Anthony and Riley, I started getting my range of motion back and started feeling like myself again. Anytime they were unavailable I worked with Cooper or a Christina who were amazing as well. As of today, I am now almost back to 100% and feel like I can live a normal life again. Sara was also equally accommodating working with me around my crazy schedule. Overall my time rehabilitation at Baylife has been such an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: For the past 4 years I have lived with knee pains thinking it was just a natural thing that everyone starts to deal with at some point in their life. I had decided to just deal with the pain and accept it. I started to also develop elbow pains, so I decided to consider physical therapy as an option. At BayLife, you're greeted with smiles by Sarah at the front desk who is amazing and extremely accommodating to your schedule. She is genuinely so nice and welcoming. You also have an amazing team with Cooper, Riley, Anthony, and Christina to support you through your recovery process. They truly care about your health, they listen to your concerns, and you are welcomed to just an incredible team. I truly didn't think physical therapy was the remedy to the pain I was living with, but BayLife proved me wrong. I went to physical therapy for 2 months, and its truly about the amount of effort you put into it. I walked away from each appointment completing a full body workout. Riley's leg workouts were absolutely killer... but you have to challenge yourself. I'm not only walking away with ZERO pains, but also an array of exercises to PREVENT pain in my future. This isn't just a recovery process; it's an educational experience. They have so many different exercises to accommodate to your specific needs. I cannot thank Cooper, Riley, Anthony, and Christina enough for literally changing how I live my life. If you choose any other office, you're making a mistake.

I appreciated all their help with the workouts, which I will continue using at home. I never had the pleasure of working with Anthony, but I did observe him working, and he seemed to provide the same level of service. I am grateful for all their services and would easily recommend them.

I’m 27 and this was my third ACL surgery, so I’ve been through the process before—but this time was completely different. Even though I started with them later in my rehab, I’ve never progressed so quickly. I’m now 8 months post-op and cleared to return to sport, which is incredible considering that most ACL recoveries take 10–12 months. I’m absolutely enthralled that I chose BayLife. I’m finally back to playing competitive pickleball!!! The front staff is amazing—always kind, accommodating, and supportive, no matter your situation. And the PTs are top-tier. They stay current with the best and newest rehab techniques, take the time to research your specific injury, and tailor a plan that actually works. Cooper was super attentive and went the extra step to make sure he was giving me the guidance i needed. In the 5 weeks, I was able to improve my arm to the point where I am able to go back to the gym and partake in my normal sport activities (something I couldn’t imagine before coming here). Hats off to the team here and would 100 percent recommend.

I was so nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find relief, but Anthony instantly knew the problem and the solution. He gave me so many exercises to improve my muscle composition as well as instantly fixing my back. It was a pain free experience and I felt like I was floating. I am receiving outpatient physical therapy after a total hip replacement on January 3, and I am making great progress in my recovery. Starting at the front desk with Sarah, scheduling couldn't be any easier or more flexible. Moving to the actual PT...I am coming in with a very bad, painful back condition. Anthony Celenza, the Center Manager, took the time to really listen to my issues and structure a program that has been helpful, but equally as important continues to listen for pain points and adjustments. He seems to care as much about psychology as he does about physiology. I've also gotten to work with Riley and Cooper. They know what they are doing, and they do it with care. Still not sure what the end result will be with my back...but the journey has been positive with BayLife regardless. Thanks team!

After nearly a decade of worsening injury, and having to relinquish my jogging/running routines, I'd thought living in daily pain was going to be my new 'norm' for life. Anthony & Riley figured otherwise, and after several varying therapies, and a lot of excellent detective work, were able to work up a treatment plan that has left me stronger, more flexible, a few pounds lighter, back to running, and (best of all) in no pain. Anthony was very attentive and I appreciate how quickly my improvement was w/ getting back into running & sports from a recent ankle injury. 11/10 would go again (though hopefully I won’t need to bc no more injuries from me )

Last year they worked with me rehabbing my broken elbow and helped me regain its range of motion which had been severely limited. I currently have a shoulder issue they started working on a few weeks ago and already feel we are making good progress. I highly recommend them.

There aren’t many providers that actually know how to treat TMJ so I feel extremely lucky to have stumbled upon this office. Anthony provided a care plan, adjusted it along the way and made sure I had the tools and knowledge to keep it up with at home exercises. If you want PT with people that actually care, come to this office!

I am impressed with my therapist Ann, she is committed to my improvement and works diligently and patiently with me. I also notice the caring attitude with all the employes at this facility. I note the clients having positive attitudes in their recovery process also.

Experiencia fantástica: I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I was nervous to start - not only was I having pretty severe lower back pain but I was also very, very much out of shape. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do any of the recommended exercises. But everyone there was so friendly and considerate - checking in regularly to make sure my technique was good, that I wasn’t hurting myself or overdoing it. After about 2 months of PT, my back pain has dramatically improved, as well as my strength and stability (which were honestly nonexistent prior). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
