Experiencia fantástica: I was thinking about NOT bringing my father to Apollo due to its reputation, and based off of the reviews I have seen but after touring the building with the Admissions Director, I now see the changes made, including a complete renovation on site. Alex, thank you for the tour, we will consider Apollo as the place for my dad to go, after his hospitalized stay!

Experiencia positiva: Having a family member permanently live in a facility can have its gives and takes. With that being said, the aides that routinely provide care for my family member who has been here for about 10 years now definitely make sure he's well taken care of at all times. Staff has been changing lately, but the new ones like the Admissions Director who has literally went above and beyond to meet our needs is definitely a positivec. However, they are determined to see things change for the better. Nothing is perfect no matter where you go, and my family member doesn't want to be moved to a new facility so they must be doing something right.

Experiencia negativa: If you love your family members do not put them in this facility!!! My mother had bugs (supposedly termites) in her bed every morning for seven days despite telling the staff. All they did was change the sheets, but every morning she woke up to more bugs!! She has lung cancer and COPD, when she saw smoke in the hallway and began coughing.during the night shift, The nurses began spraying room freshener, making her cough all night long. When she asked about the smoking, the night nurses told her there was a smoking lounge at the end of the hallway that they were allowed to use at night!!! NOT TRUE of course. But when we notified admissions director all he could say was “this is a no smoking facility”. —you can say it as much as you want, but they were smoking and nothing was done about it!!!! She is to be on a low sodium diet, she said it was the saltiest food she had ever had! She asked for an extra blanket because she was cold and was told they didn’t have anymore blankets. One day I was on the phone with her and she said “oh finally they are bringing me some water”. It was 1:30 pm—and she was getting water for the first time!!! She was told they had no ice. The nursing staff was incredibly rude to her right from the beginning !! Bur perhaps the most upsetting thing was my stepfather was told by Admissions Director he could not check her out of the facility against medical advice (AMA)or Medicare would make him pay the entire billl!! After many many phone calls , We finally got a direct answer from Medicare that that was not true!!! Of course they denied ever saying this!!! If your loved one is getting bad care you absolutely are allowed to remove them even if it’s against medical advice and it will not effect your Medicare coverage!!! She was there less than two weeks —but it was a very very unpleasant experience!! They should be investigated!! And I have done my part to make sure that happens!!!
Experiencia fantástica: I spent 3 weeks here about 2 years ago after a very lengthy hospital stay and only a 2 day stay in another facility (which was horrid)... back in the hospital...stopped them from sending me back there when it was time. They sent me to Apollo...what a difference! Not the fanciest place...but the care was top notch. PT did not let me slack off...and I needed that. Food...meh....but one of the aides would bring me extra snackies at the end of snack run(always alot of fig bars left and I love fig bars). Nurse Dakota was always on top of things at night. The wound care nurse was always awesome and patient with me (i had a colostomy and wound vac at the time)with me. Sometimes it was hard to get washing linens when wanted but that's a small thing to have to wash up a bit later. The Fire TV smart Tv was a bonus as i was able to log in and watch some of my favorite streaming shows (hospital tv is so boring) Busy place...probably needs more help. Yes its a healthcare facility but they have to budget just like any other business. I have another big surgery in July and they already know to send me to Apollo if need be.

Experiencia negativa: If it wasn’t for the nurse Dakota and the CNA Cat This place would get zero stars. My mother was there for all of 10 days before she unfortunately passed in the hospital and within three days of her passing, somebody managed to rob everything of value out of her room. Her cell phone that contains a lot of pictures and memories her tablet which also contains a lot of pictures and a large scale calendar clock that I bought for her when she started to become more and more confused towards the end all equaling out to over $1000. The administrator who I assume is the young man I’d always see on his phone wandering around the facility is impossible to speak to. Within the first few days of her being there, I called the social worker asking about a care plan meeting knowing my mom’s condition was worsening, and we were sent there from the hospital with the hospice and palliative care order in . She seemed annoyed that I was asking for the meeting and that normally they reach out to plan the meeting maybe now that she passed so soon they can wrap their heads around why I was trying to have everyone get on the same page sooner than later. When I did sit down for the meeting, it was with the Social Worker. I’m assuming the director of nursing and then somebody from physical therapy. This is not our first rodeo every single care plan meeting I’ve been to the administrator was part of it as was somebody from dietary, etc. it’s supposed to be someone from each department, but most certainly the administrator !! Of course today the administrator left early for the day and now I have to wait until he feels like it to call me back with whatever in-house investigation they are going to do. And the lack of empathy or decorum shown from the staff, after being confronted with the missing things like I was inconveniencing them!! Nearly every body In this building in management speaks to you condescendingly and shows absolutely zero emotion or concern. It is honestly the most bizarre thing I’ve ever witnessed. Maybe they should be working as accountants or something away from the public.God bless my mother’s soul. She was a registered nurse for 45 years and when she became a nurse, she did it to help people to make people feel better to make a difference. Regardless of what home you are forced to choose to put your loved one in I will tell you the last two years have been rough and we’ve tried out a few and you just do not find nurses that have a care in the world anymore. They’re there for the paycheck and that’s it and I’m sorry, but I think teachers and nurses Should be held to a higher moral standard. Everybody has a bad day at work, but if you don’t truly love people and want to help them and empathize with them, you have no right being bedside. Any human being with a pulse would be empathetic Speaking to the daughter grieving her mother who just passed away. not a single. “I’m so sorry that happened “nothing. Just defensiveness as if I was accusing her personally. With all that being said, if you’re reading reviews to try to find out where to place your loved one, there truly is no good answer. All I can tell you is make yourself known and visit as much as you can so the facility knows you’re paying attention and hold everybody accountable. My biggest mistake is not going straight there after her passing to gather her things although who knows if they would’ve already been gone by then.

Experiencia negativa: I don't know who gave you all the 3.8 cuz you're not eating anywhere close to that. This place is an absolute pigpen it's dusty and dirty in there most of the staff aren't very friendly at all I came and got my wife out of there this dump that they call it rehab I highly suggest you do your homework before you get into this place check the reviews out I think you're going to find that they're not very good at all again I encourage people or their relatives that have that are in there to get them the hell out of there again the place is a dump I had a friend of mine a couple of years ago that was his mother was in there and when he saw the conditions in there he dragged her out of there and took her to another place and the food is absolutely horrible caution caution caution I can't stress that enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia positiva: I am disappointed to see so many negative reviews in regard to this facility. Over the summer my Aunt was visiting from Nevada and she had an unfortunate fall and broke her hip. After surgery at Orlando Bayfront we were tasked with selecting a rehabilitation center for her. I was skeptical about Apollo but we decided to go with this facility for her to get back on her feet. While this place was not the Taj Mahal, (is any place really?) I felt very confident having her here and most of the staff were wonderful. We visited every day or every other day and she got very good care as I witnessed it. My Aunt was also saddened to see the negative reviews because she really thought everyone was great and took great care of her while she was there. She wanted me to review and give this place a thumbs up While now back home in Nevada, my Aunt is back up on her feet and progressing well thanks to the folks at Apollo rehabilitation center and their hard work. Experiencia negativa: I have no complaints except thatthe staff has no understanding of a vegan diet. I explained that I eat no meat, dairy, or eggs,and they keep bringing me food I cannot eat. I had to order a vegan(no meat) impossiɓle burger from Burger King. I must change my review because tonight I was served pork roast for dinner in spite of many requests for vegan food. Requested a peanut butter sandwich and was.refused. I am leaving tomorrow even if it is AMA. I feel sorry for the people who have to stay here.

Experiencia negativa: This place is absolutely terrible!! They are so neglectful it is heartbreaking if you have a loved one in this place. They need to be shut down or at least have everyone in their fired besides the doctors and the physical therapist all the nurse and CNAs are lazy rude and terrible! Pray that your family member never has to go here!! I am going to be looking into a lawyer for a neglect case!

Experiencia fantástica: They took very good care of my father for 21 days for pneumonia with COPD. My father had this to say of his experience: The staff, from cleaning personnel to the nurses, were ready to help you get better. They all answered questions and offered suggestions. The Physical Therapist was well trained and the gym was large and well-equipped. Large, single rooms with bath. Closed door policy (knock to enter). Good food. A fine place to get better. Russell C. Experiencia negativa: We live behind the Apollo Health and Rehab Center and this is what we see almost daily: Medical waste on the street lying outside the dumpster. It's a disgrace!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter Shelbey Bowers is staying here and getting the BEST CARE POSSIBLE. We were recently transferred in from KINDRED @ St. Pete, in which was a total 1 star (due only to adminstration Helene Bush. Since Shelbeys admission to APOLLO HEALTH & REHAB ON JUNE 9TH, Shelbey is now WALKING, DOING REHAB DAILY, EATING FOOD ON HER OWN, HAVING FULL CONVERSATIONS, HAD HER TRACH REMOVED PERMANANTLY, USING BATHROOM & learning many things, all the way to Cognitive Skills ALL these activities in less than 11 days...this says something about this facility LOUD & CLEAR,,,,,they are ALL FABULOUS. When I say ALL, It starts from ADMINISTRATION down to HOUSEKEEPING. I believe my REVIEW should be treated as GOLDEN, seeing I dealt directly with KINDRED (nightmare) to APOLLO (heaven), Shelbey became a whole new person with nothing but smiles on her face, a poisitive ATTITUDE. I could go on and on,,,but most of all I want to thank Wanda Gonzales for making us feel TOTALLY COMFORTABLE & CONFIDENT in the care Shelbey is receiving. Experiencia fantástica: My name is Jelica Calic and I was a patient at the Apollo Health & Rehabilitation Centre this year starting the end of June until July 12. Everybody at The Apollo Centre, Nurses, CNA's, Physical Therapists and all other Staff were extremely helpful in my recovery and made me feel protected and very comfortable. A few names that come to mind, Wanda Gonzales who is very genuine and truly caring of all patients there, also Eva who was helpful in every way possible, while the rest of the staff was following in excellence. Food was above expectation. Cleanliness at the Apollo was exemplary. I would highly recommend Apollo Health & Rehabilitation Centre to all in need of recovery of any kind. Experiencia fantástica: First off my name is Michael Wheeler. I was a patient at the Apollo twice this year & my first stay there was as pleasant as was my second stay there. Both of my times there were by far a very tough time to recover from. The Administration, Nurses, CNA's, Physical Therapists, & all of the other Staff at the Apollo were always concerned of my medical condition, my comfort, & any other issues that would make my recovery as comfortable as they could make possible could assist me with. The concierge they have working there whose name is " Wanda " is one of the best at her job !!! She is one of the most caring & loving person I have ever met in my 51 years !!! She made sure everyone under Apollo's care was as comforted as they could make them be !!! Also making sure that the family's were happy of the care that their loved one was receiving in their need of their unfortunate illness while at the Apollo. The Physical Therapist there are top notch as well as the food, the cleanliness of the rooms & the beautiful patio areas at the Apollo. Also let's not forget the awesome Dinning Room they have there for the patients & families to enjoy their meals in. This place was hard for me to say goodbye to everyone that works so hard there to make your stay there a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this place to all that need to be well taken care of in their time of need. Thank you all for the great care & understanding of all my needs to make my recovery a successful one. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU !!!

Experiencia fantástica: My grandfather was here for rehab back in January 2022, I was nervous because he had never been to a facility ever but I was eased away once I saw the care he received the nurses were so caring to him and made sure all his needs were met. I used to visit all the time and he was always up l, clean and smelling good. I would like to recognize a special individual Ms. Pennywell for her outstanding nursing skills when there was a problem she resolved it with no issues. Food wasn't perfect but for type of diet he was on it was perfect. The care had definitely improved and I would send all my family here for care great 5 star care always.

Experiencia negativa: I was there for about 3 weeks and had the worst care ever! I have been to other facilities and this was by far the worst. The nurses and aides did not care about me nor provided the care expected. I had to ask for simple things like clean sheets, getting a shower, my medicine and every time they acted like I was bothering them and it still was not completed. My daughter had to call the administrator just for me to get a shower (first one in 3 weeks). The facility was dirty and definitely not to standards. I have a specific health issue that was discussed prior to me coming to the facility and when I asked the nurse to help me, she told me she didn't want to and refused. She tried to get the aides to do it, but this had to be performed by an RN. When I was ready for discharge, the social services department once again acted like I was bothering them. It took several family members to call and follow-up for the referral to be completed. The only group of staff that were nice and completed their jobs were the Physical Therapy staff. I would NEVER recommend you go to this facility. Compassion and care is NOT what they provide.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst place I ever seen. My mom is there. Turn the light on for 2 hours nobody comes. No one never cleans stuff under the bed for weeks. Roaches in the faculties. Food is bad. Administrator you don't know how to run this place. Sit in his office with door closed don't know what's going on. Just come out you office walk the halls and look . Show residents you care instead of taking there checks. Always out of stock with cups, gowns, towels soap etc. Don't have enough staff. Need new management again.

Experiencia fantástica: Apollo Health is a great facility, it is clean and has great food. They have a certified Wound Care nurse and exceptionally good outcomes healing wounds that patients are admitted with. My family member admitted here twice for rehab after surgery and he is 100% improved.

Experiencia negativa: I'm Brian Lavoie and I was admitted to Apollo 3/16/2022, at first they put me in a room with a sycho and also I was in a wheel chair my room was not ADA compliant so using the bath room was next to impossible to access. Then the CNAs' they hire have to be the laziest good for nothing people I have ever met in my life, they can't take care of themself than trying to take of someone who really needs help. I think the family members of some of the residents actually put their loved ones in this facility to die sad but true. The organization is really stealing from the insurance companies. I am U.S. Marine veteran so the VA paid for my 1st 30 days and after that they billed me for 4 months ($25,800.00) for care that I never received. The for was not fit for an animal to eat, I could not ever get my medication when it was due, the staff didn't care about you, most of the african american CNA cared more about their lashes and how long they wear them, and the were the most rudest people I ever met in my entire. I would of rather be in a war zone than spend the time I was there. Finally when they discharged they put me in a cab and dropped me off at a hotel, I was homeless so they threw me right back on the street. My next step I will be notifying the State concerning their non compliance especially concerning ADA accessebility.

Experiencia negativa: my wife was sent to Apollo Rehab for rehabilitation after a fall back in April of 2022. She arrived on a Friday night and when I went to see her in her room that night I noticed trash under her bed ,when the nurse came in he didn't even know she was a type 1 diabetic since he never looked at the paper work. I asked 3 people for a remote for her TV but they never gave her one. I finally went out Saturday and bought her one . I asked the nurse how her Blood sugar levels were Saturday and she said good yet the night nurse told me they were running high all day. Sunday when I went to see my wife I walked in and started to go to my wife's room when one of the aids told me she was sent out to the Emergency room about 45 minutes ago. I asked why I was not called and she said the nurse was suppose to do that. when the nurse saw me she turned white as a ghost and said oh I forgot to call you!. I told the hospital I did not want her going back there and to find another rehab. I would never recommend Apollo to anyone!!!!
Experiencia positiva: Patient transferred from Main hospital 19?? Rehab after a Stomach surgery, a ped tube, drastic surgery for feeding tube placement. From stomach to navel where Ped Tube for nourishment liquid goes. Simply a devastating sight to see your loved one in. Like a horrible bad dream. Care ok.
Experiencia positiva: My husband was a patient there for nearly 2 1/2 yrs. They made as many accommodations as needed during the Covid outbreak, kept everyone informed. He was always neat, clean, etc. The staff was professional, caring and at the last, comforting and compassionate.
Experiencia negativa: This place will work you til you drop. You’ll be lucky if you get any kind of break. I don’t know how they got a 3.9 rating. It’s a filthy facility and the residents don’t deserve the kind of care they’re getting.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm pleasantly surprised by this gem of a facility. It's tucked into a stunning historic neighborhood across from a park. The staff are kind and attentive and the building is clean and bright. There has been an ownership and management change in January.

Experiencia negativa: Got a call from my aunt. Turns out she was moved(dumped) into another facility WITH OUT NOTIFYING US. We have been trying to dialogue with her case manager/ discharge planer for about a month. No calls back, could not get through to any one for significant conversations. Can not recommend this facility.
Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend it this place for nobody I'm staying here now and the night time CNAs takes about an hour to answer your call button that's the problem here they take so long to answer the call button I sat in a wet diaper for an hour until they came and changed it in a wet diaper for an hour until I got changed
Experiencia negativa: At first I was pleased with the facility but after a few days of mom being in there I wasn't that crazy about it. I know in these times it's got to be very very hard to give personal attention. But I just think mom was neglected sometimes. That is just my personal opinion at the time.
Experiencia negativa: Don't let any of your family members go there, please! A nurse came in to hand her medicine in the pitch dark, closed the door with no water and no help. They didn't wash her up for 2 days. So much more I could say.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a retired Professional Development Director for a large trade association. I was at Walmart in October and was impressed with your employee La Meagan and how she was treating a man in a wheelchair so I approached het and complimented her since I feel it is important to let people know when they are doing something positive. She invited me to come to Apollo to a Halloween party there, but I was unable to make it. For some reason, I thought about going there several times, probably because I'm looking for ways to give back, so today, I stopped by with a pecan pie I got at Sam's Club. From the gentleman working in maintenance, to the consierge and the activities director, everyone was very friendly to me, and La Meagan remembered me and was welcoming as well. The residents also seemed to be comfortable there. Good for this group!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to visit a friend and from the moment I entered the premises every employee I met were very friendly and informative. I met several patients in the courtyard and they too were pleasant, smiling and responded to my greeting. The home itself was very clean and no odor. I left there feeling a sense of peace knowing that these patients were in a good place.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to visit my dad while he was staying at this nice, homelike place. He is enjoying his stay and likes all of the staff members. I ate lunch and it was very tasty. All of the people that I encountered were nice and very happy to help your. Each place that I visited there was clean and tidy. I would recommend it to friends and family alike.

Thank you for asking: Greystone Health Network/Apollo Health & Rehabilitation Center - Time to Re-group ! The departments/staff/management, etc. do NOT know what IS going on and NOT going on, while passing the buck. With this, the resident suffered. Call buzzer not being answered for 45-60+ minutes. With this, the resident suffered. Not being communicated with. For this, the resident suffered. Too many non truths were told to our family members from Apollo and a Hospital physician that said "if she goes to Apollo she will see a DR. everyday," another non truth statement. We were very afraid for our resident family member. They may have released her too early, and she was not given all her medication, and no instructions. This is why I can not recommend Apollo Health Rehabilitation Center.

I went in for a tour to see if it would be a good fit for my mom and I could not have be happier to have met Wanda Gonzales she is awesome, amazing,caring I could go on and on..I thank her for everything she has done to make me feel at ease. Mom was in rehab for 3weeks .Also a huge thanks to the entire staff for caring for our love ones

Also Admission and the assist admission, Wanda Gonzalez, the staffing person Lakisha Mann for keeping the building staff do my family member can feel safe.5 to everyone.l will always tell others about how great "Apollo" is. Experiencia positiva: If I were a rehabilitation center... I would write to the president directly... He's ready to get on board and those who show enthusiasm will get the desired requested needs... If your not WATCHING him on Facebook LIVE then your missing out because he's now using that platform because of the lies that's being said about him, if it's live you cannot tell a lie..... I think it's epic...
Experiencia positiva: My sister, who is 58, was there for 7 weeks rehabilitating from a stroke. The staff was cooperative and attentive to her needs. The therapists were trained and competent. The food was average. The only recommendation I would have for them is to provide more than just Bingo, once a day, as an activity. The patients in short term rehab are in a different section of the facility than the normal skilled nursing residents.
Experiencia fantástica: At first, I thought my stay would be a nightmare, but with the immediate advocacy of Wanda (Concierge), things quickly were turned around. My stay was as good as one could expect, especially being 32 years old in rehab, but I'm glad I chose this location. PT and OT are also good, which is why I used Greystone Home Health when I left, and am now using their outpatient therapy department.
Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient here from 9-18 to 10- 22. My first couple of days was very hard I was so ready to be taken somewhere else. My wife had told me to find a lady named Wanda Gonzalas and see if she can help me. So when I met Wanda she was very nice and helped me so much through my stay here. The staff was awesome here. I like to thank some of the staff that took good care of me. Starting with Renee Jackson, Carla Dallas, Tessa Moeller and Teri these nurses care about there patients thank you. And to the CNA here they were awesome. Lauris Fuller, Ewa Szmwd. Then there is Mille Nettles she was my main CNA from 3 to 11 shift. Millie would go out of her way in helping me. She would bring in aloe from her garden and she would put aloe on all my wounds every night that she worked to help heal faster. Then I'd like to thank the therapy department for there outstanding work in helping me with the therapy and getting me on the path of healing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here for the past 3 weeks with a serious infection. When I arrived here I was in tremendous pain. I couldn't walk or hardly move and didn't know what was going on but I was overwhelmed with how caring and encouraging the staff was. With the help of nurses like " Kate" and Dakota dispensing my medications and IV antibiotics every 6 hours and the Physical therapy team headed by Jennifer I am getting better. The genuine caring and helpful staff led by Wanda the concierge and the activities set up by Nicole to help pass the time as well as the 3 really good meals a day have made this experience bearable and at times even enjoyable. Even the administrator Erin went out her way to help me with a personal issue. I am now walking on my own and am set to leave in a few weeks. I am very grateful that I came to this facility.
Experiencia negativa: my mother is in there , they dont not take care of there people AT ALL she is 79 years old she is on a breathing machine that has to be on every night they dont come in and check on them when you buzz the bell , that is one place THAT IS NOT RECOMMAND FOR YOUR LOVE ONES TO GET BETTER OR TAKING CARE OF ,,,,,,,,,,AND RUDE EMPLOYEES,
Experiencia fantástica: My daughter Shelbey Bowers is staying here and getting the BEST CARE POSSIBLE. We were recently transferred in from KINDRED @ St. Pete, in which was a total 1 star (due only to adminstration Helene Bush. Since Shelbeys admission to APOLLO HEALTH & REHAB ON JUNE 9TH, Shelbey is now WALKING, DOING REHAB DAILY, EATING FOOD ON HER OWN, HAVING FULL CONVERSATIONS, HAD HER TRACH REMOVED PERMANANTLY, USING BATHROOM & learning many things, all the way to Cognitive Skills ALL these activities in less than 11 days...this says something about this facility LOUD & CLEAR,,,,,they are ALL FABULOUS. When I say ALL, It starts from ADMINISTRATION down to HOUSEKEEPING. I believe my REVIEW should be treated as GOLDEN, seeing I dealt directly with KINDRED (nightmare) to APOLLO (heaven), Shelbey became a whole new person with nothing but smiles on her face, a poisitive ATTITUDE. I could go on and on,,,but most of all I want to thank Wanda Gonzales for making us feel TOTALLY COMFORTABLE & CONFIDENT in the care Shelbey is receiving. Experiencia positiva: Teri Jaczewski is the best wound care nurse/manager in the area. She works well with the patients and staff. I believe the center is better for having her.
Experiencia negativa: This review is over a year in writing, but I visited a friend there recently....so all the memories came back. I would NEVER recommend this place. I had my 94-year-old mom in for rehab after hip surgery. Moved her after a week because of the horrible service. Good thing I was there, along with my own paid caregiver 7-days a week for 12-hours a day. Afraid to see what it would have been like if we weren't there. Call for an aide or nurse......sometimes took 45 minutes to respond. Lady across the hall couldn't feed herself, would sit there yelling out help for someone to feed her.....over an hour later someone came, and by this time food cold and patient not interested in eating. We asked for specific items (allowed) for meals.....never got it right. Overall, loud, confusing, short-staffed, rude employees, and not very clean. I did hear that the "cleaned-up their act" and it is better. Good luck!
Experiencia negativa: This place for rehab of a 57 year old is not adequate or even close. If you are a fully functional in the mind stay away. The CNA staff on the late notes are deplorable not to mention rude and uncaring a a box of rocks . Nursing with the exception of 1 or 2 can be improvedI was there for the period of 1 week after a hip replacement I would have been better off going to my local farm .the food they pride themselves having a chef is under portioned cold and unappealing. Guess I am former cook I know I cook better and healthier. Could not wait to leave. Physical therapy was very good. Nice easy going folks good sense of patient needs . do yourself and family and your dog do not go to this facility
Experiencia positiva: I have been here for the past ten days. I have made many friends here and the place has several employees that have been here for ten years or more. Is the center perfect NO, but they will make every attempt to help you through a difficult time. Wanda Gonzalez it a true angel and she will help you sort out any problem you may encounter. I have been under the care of several nurses each one with a positive outlook. Carmen, Melissa ,Michelle, Margret ,Carla ,Big Rome, Helper Jazz ,Eva another god send hard working CNA,Thanks to all my PT people thith loads of experienced ,tempered with kindness and compassion. Experiencia negativa: This is the worst nursing home in Pinellas County. Do your homework and do not send your loved ones to this place. The CNAs (most of them African-American) are horrible to the residents. It seems like they only hire people that 1. have a record and 2. do not care for people at all. We so regret sending our parent to this place.
