Experiencia negativa: My aunt was admitted on Tuesday evening. The care is horrible. Her teeth never got brushed it was Saturday morning. I was yelled at when entering building. I did not see one aid or nurse for over 35 minutes. I walked around looking for one. The sheets don’t get changed. They leave the people in beds. Don’t dress them. I have requested for four days the same thing to be done and everyday I come not done. I am a Lpn and have worked in nursing homes this is not how we treat elderly people. Shame.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom was at this facility 5 to 6 months before moving to a facility closer to home. I recommend this facility to everyone in the st Pete area. All the staff is Happy to work and leadership is present! Zach the facility administrator truly went above and beyond for my mom and me always one call away. My mom passed away a few weeks ago however I didn’t get to tell you how Thankful she was for you Zach and the rest of the staff! Thank you all

Experiencia fantástica: Our Daughter was a patient at North Rehab Center for approximately a month after a 3 week stay at St. Anthonys. The care, concern, compassion & competence plus helpfulness of the Employees was Excellent. This included Leadership, Support Staff (Nurses, Techs, CNAs, Occupational & Physical Therapists, Cooks), Administrative staff and Maintenance. However, from the time my Daughter was admitted to the time she was discharged, I was consistently pleased (day-by-day) on how all the patients were treated with dignity and respect. As I now recall, when I was researching sub-acute care facilities for our Daughter, many of the Admission Directors from other facilities had positive comments for The North. My Wife & Son-in-Law were also pleasantly surprised. 5+stars

Experiencia fantástica: My experiences at North Rehab center were just I needed to be strong and walk again after hip surgery The physical therapists were extremely good The best one I ever worked with. The nurses were so nice and made it enjoyable to get my insulin and other meds. The administration was so helpful with doors always open and were very friendly and would stop to answer any questions. I will be happy to go home but will truly miss the staff. Consider North Rehab for your rehab. They are GREAT!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Small but mighty describes North rehab. The staff and residents are one big family. The Activity staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is welcome and having fun. The nursing and therapy staff work hand in hand to meet all of their resident needs and if you have a question about your family member/loved one they are able to answer it without hesitation.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t be fooled by the bogus 5 star rating it’s A dangerous place. The women in charge of my wife’s care makes everyone leave the. Room. She shoved my wife against the headboard. The manager sent her home. The beds have no rails no pads on floor And she did fall out of bed and laid on the floor for 30 minutes It’s noisy throughout the nite. All old med yapping and laughing thru the night. Avoid this place and Bayside Care Center

Experiencia fantástica: This facility is very nice! I would recommend to any family for their loved ones. I visited a friend at this facility and the staff were very nice and accommodating. I also met the administrator for some concerns that I had and they were taken care of right at my request. The facility is very clean and quite and the staff go above and beyond to vendors, visitors and family members. I give them a 5

Experiencia fantástica: Such a charming facility. The staff was great. Everyone was so helpful and nice. You can tell the staff truly care for their patients and enjoy what they do. It was very refreshing to work with so many positive minded people. I cannot recommend enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My mother has been at North Rehab since April. Every member of the staff are wonderful. Special thanks to Carolyn (nursing director. Her words of wisdom and caring got me through some very tough times! All of her nurses are angels. Monica (CNA) gives my mother the stability mother needs. She is there for mother not just for everyday care but for emotional support. Daron (the chef) makes sure that the food is not only delicious but accommodates my mother's picky taste. Robert (maintenance) always has a smile for us.Thanks to Amanda (business office) for looking out for us. I don't want to leave anyone out because I believe that every single person on the staff in all positions have been extraordinary. My graditude to ALL at North Rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: I toured 5-7 facilities (some twice) before choosing North Rehab. It is an excellent facility.It was chosen for it's cleanliness, amenities and outings for the residents.However, it is so much more.The staff is highly professional and knowledgeable for everything your love one may need while there. There are a variety of meals, but also a side menu. The side menu provides several choices anytime .My love one has been a resident for 5 months. It is actually more like a family. I have witnessed and experienced total support from every department of staff.All staff is very helpful. I haven't experience anyone walking by without asking if I need help or just greeting me.They treat and engage with you as if you are their family.Lea Oliver,Lindsey Hazzard,Andrea Schiele ,Deron Caldwell land Robert Harris are the best assists Greystone has representing them.During my loved one stay, I have had to attend to other family emergencies .Lea,Lindsey, Andrea, Deron and Robert made it easy to handle those without worry for my loved one . They offered support that was not expected . It was a genuine care for some struggling to figure out how to be present everywhere at one time.The CNAs care for my love one is beyond duties of a job.They truly take pride in the patients well being.Monica and Tammi are amazing women that show love and care naturally.I can not possibly name all, but am grateful for their genuine concern and care.The atmosphere is professional, yet comfortable. Skye makes certain the residents quality of life is enhanced with outings and entertainment . She even shops for them when needed.The Director of Nursing Carolyn Gaines gracefully handles all medical concerns for my love one. She does it through her amazing staff of nurses or personally herself. The support from her leaves me with peace of mind. The Executive Director Donald goes above and beyond to support and be a part of the quality of care and dignity provided while taking care of your love one. We feel blessed to have so many caring professionals taking care of our family member.

Experiencia fantástica: We walked in the facility unannounced and were immediately greeted. We found the center clean and organized and all employees we met were professional and kind. The residents were engaged in activities and looked happy and well cared for. We were greeted by the administrator as he was walking through one of the halls talking with residents. He seemed very passionate about patient care and making North Rehab a place where you would feel comfortable leaving your loved ones.

Experiencia fantástica: North rehab presents as very clean and food is great. Staff members are very helpful. I would like to emphasize that everyone is always very helpful with our needs and with a smile. Family member currently here and has been for about 3 months. We are very satisfied as an excellent remark. She is very picky when it comes to not being in her own home. Thank you for your service!

Experiencia fantástica: On sunday my wife's tv was not working.she depends on the tv to take her mind off her problems.on his day off Carlos Gutierrez came in and got the tv working.it's this kind of dedication to your patient's that gives you above average ratings.thank you.

Experiencia positiva: We have been here approximately 2 weeks and the staff all has been so very dedicated!!! The nurses (3 especially) are all wonderful and the Administratior Mr. Don is always on top of things as well. He takes the time to explain and be there for us all. He is wonderful. And we have seen great improvement in our loved one in the short amount of time we have been here!! I just want to say "THANK YOU" from the bottom of my heart and that I appreciate your time and effort taking care of our family member!

Experiencia negativa: I went to take a tour of the facilities today to decide where I was going to do my rehab next month after I have a total knee replacement. I viewed several rehab facilities online and this was one I choose to visit in person. Very glad I went in person. The facility is nothing like the photos. It is old, dingy and dirty. One of the employees had to come let me in and she was very nice and showed me to the nurses station/front desk. I was introduced to a large male who I guess was the one in charge. His attire should have warned me not to go any further. He was dressed in clothes he probably wore to work in the back yard. On top of that he asked me to have a seat and he would be right with me. The seat was approximately 3 feet away from the desk where he then started to berate the nice lady that had let me in , about how she was not handling her area in the correct procedure he felt she should. This was done in front of myself and 3 of the residents. If this is the manager heaven help this center. I went on the short tour and noticed that the rooms of the residents were dark and dirty and overly worn out. The rooms are so small but they have 2 residents in each room and you can not even turn around in them. The mattresses were so worn out you could see the indentation from where the people lay in them and there was no one in them. This was about 12-1 pm so there was plenty of time to have this building ship shape. I would not even let my pet stay in that place. If anyone is thinking of going there I suggest you do a surprise walk through visit first.
