I was in a motor vehicle accident, and I have not been able to find much relief. After my first adjustment with Dr. Erin Mitchell, I had relief! The two wonderful ladies upfront and the gentleman doctor, greeted me with a huge smile and some pretty funny jokes. The massage water bed is amazing, then I got my back cracked which made me feel brand new, then he got me with the massage gun which was fantastic, then I went to the therapy room which totally took care of the rest of my muscle problems. 11/10. Definitely recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Received treatment (if you call it that) for under 6 months. Can we say unprofessional, disorganized, and they treat their staff like they’re disposable? Messages were mediocre, constantly cut short and complained to chiropractor and his office manager about the level of service there. Was told it would be corrected and it never was. Staff is severely underpaid and unappreciated. They actually expected their lady who does treatment to stay during her unpaid lunch to clean their office. They didn’t ask her, the told her they fired their cleaning company and that she either did it or she didn’t have a job. They illegally code treatments as certain things, so your PIP will pay their bill. They rent the office out to the doctor who does the examination for insurance companies to end treatment if you’ve been in an accident. One would think that’s a conflict. Ethics? Not here. The doctor doesn’t decide your treatment, his office manager does. If your PIP starts to get close to running out, she tells him to put you on the schedule once a week. He doesn’t decide anything and last I knew, he’s the doctor, but Sammi runs the show. If he hired someone nice to run the office, he could probably keep his staff and they wouldn’t need second jobs. Let’s also talk about how the staff will solicit you for tips because they’re so severely underpaid, but he’s charging a premium for their services. I do NOT recommend this place and would’ve given it negative stars. This place should be shut down for malpractice since the office manager decides your care and fraudulently bills insurance companies. Having proof of this is all one needs to file complaints that are being filed.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been telling my Fiancée for over a year how much pain my right lower back/hip/down the right leg had been in. I had self diagnosed myself with Piriformis. I have been researching for a Chiropractor for almost a year but was hesitant going. I woke up in so much pain this morning but did my due diligence again and researched more for only the best! Dr. Tim is not only the best at what he does but his staff is so friendly and professional! All the extra services were incredible and needed! His staff got me in same day too! I never told Dr. Tim what I diagnosed myself with.. I just wanted to hear his professional opinion. Turns out I had Piriformis and a rib out that I didn’t even feel because I was in so much pain from my hip! He is what I call a miracle worker! I am in 0 pain can breath great and to be transparent, it really feels like I received a brand new body!!! Thank you Dr. Tim and staff for your great services!!! I’ll be back!!

Dr. Tim is fantastic; he is not only knowledgeable, but also has excellent equipment and really hones in on making everyone improve and feel better. Some chiropractors want you to keep coming so they can make more money but Dr. Tim actually wants to heal you. I love office manager Sammie, she is professional and very accommodating to patients' schedules and Trisha the chiropractor's assistant is so sweet and works very hard to make her patients feel comfortable. If you have suffered a personal injury this office works very closely with local attorneys, surgeons, and MRI facilities and are in constant communication about your status, PIP, etc so you always know what's going on. Lastly, unlike some other similar offices who are stuffy and unpleasant, I can assure you that this team does everything they can to make your visit relaxed and dare I say it, FUN!

I met Dr. Tim as soon as I walked into the office. I filled out my paperwork and he took me back. He put me at ease immediately. He's got a great sense of humor. He explained everything he was going to do before each adjustment. It was easy and painless. I am no longer afraid and I feel 100 times better. Experiencia negativa: I believe the guy who did my massage, stole my necklace during the massage, but I can't prove it. The necklace was on my purse before the massage, it was gone after the massage. I did contact the office, several times that day and I was not taken seriously. In fact, I was blown off and given to the massage therapist, who I believe took ithe necklace to begin with.

I have an old neck injury and I never leave in pain, instead I feel relaxed and my muscles are relieved of the tension previously under.

Experiencia fantástica: This is not "The Joint." Dr. Tim takes the time to understand what's hurting and develops a plan for YOU. My first visit involved spinal manipulation, a KILLER pulsating warm water bed for the entire back and then finished with electrical stimulation. I am a registered nurse; if you are in need of a chiropractor, I highly recommend giving him the chance to help you.

Experiencia fantástica: It is hard to find someone who is able to adjust me correctly. Dr Tim takes the time to assess and adjust where necessary. He uses old-school chiropractic techniques. There is a water table for massage prior to treatment, after treatment you are greeted with a rest time to let things settle, a tens unit treatment, ultrasonic heat wave if needed, and a heating pad. To top it all off he is friendly and a good conversationalist.

Everyone there was very professional and exceptionally courteous. In just the first visit my back is feeling better and I already have a 2nd appointment scheduled. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before but can’t imagine it gets much better than this and highly recommend to anyone looking/interested.

He and his staff took the time to address all of my issues, and went above and beyond in treatment. By my second appointment I am already 90% back to normal. My bad, I should have insisted. Hindsight.

Experiencia negativa: Scam Bought a groupon on Thursday March 28th . Called to make my massage appointment for Monday April 1st . I stated I had a coupon from Groupon and wanted to make appointment for the massage. She aske if I bought the 1 or 3 massages on Groupon I told her the one . She asked morning or afternoon. We agreeded on 2pm. I arrived for appointment asked to fill out an info form as I’m doing this the lady says I have you booked to see a chiropractor. I said you have no Groupons for chiropractic services . The lady even admitted it was her I spoke with . I went throug the whole conversation we had on the phone and then she said were booking appointments now for the end of May for massages . Need I say more . I have notified Groupon of the experience. Beware
