I’m so glad I made the initial appt with Dr. Colon because after 8 weeks of treatment I am feeling significantly better. Through dry needling, stretching, flexibility and weight training exercises I feel better and also hopeful that I can put this pain behind me.

Experiencia fantástica: My left knee was a total train wreck, everything from bone marrow edema to arthritis to miniscus tears. I couldn't walk for any period of time, I tripped constantly, and I couldn't sleep without waking up in pain, Dr Broussard performed PRP and andipose therapy. Experiencia fantástica: HUGE fan of this place! I tore my ACL, MCL and menisci two years ago and he was there for me every step along the way. I had a full ACL tear so I had to get the surgically repaired but I got PRP for my MCL and menisci and it worked wonders! Less than two years later I'm working out and playing sports 6 days a week and I just ran a half marathon! Highly, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Alliance with a knee injury from tennis, torn meniscus and MCL. I've had 4 sports related surgeries in the past, and a few of them failed, so I prefer to heal things organically. Dr John performed MFAT and PRP injections on the knee. Then Dr Dennis managed my physical therapy program for the following months. I was back playing golf, tennis, pickleball, weight training, etc. within 6 months. And doing it pain free within 6-7 months. Much better alternative to surgery. Dr John, Dr Brian, Dr Dennis, and Danielle all take pride in their work and have a passion for what they are doing. Experiencia fantástica: I'm a runner and have been struggling with a hamstring injury for over a year. I tried rest, stretching and icing and the pain would go away until I tried running again. I saw an ad on Facebook for an assessment at Alliance and made an appointment. Dr. Dennis Colon saw me, did the assessment and gave me a session of dry needling. After that first visit, Dr. Dennis asked me to run (just 2 1/2 miles) and the pain was reduced by at least 70%. I signed up for 12 sessions of treatment and it felt like I was pretty much back to normal after half of them. I was at my wits end with this injury and now feel like I can run again. I'm very impressed with Dr. Dennis and would happily recommend Alliance!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a torn rotator cuff, Supraspinatus, from bench press. I tried PT and other exercises to rehab it for 4 months with no real improvement. I was recommended to Dr. John by my Chiropractor. My treatment involved PRP and Adipose in August. After 3 months of rehab I did another round of PRP. Another 3 months and I am mostly healed without any surgery. I am back to about 60% strength but taking it slow as I fully rehab. I would never have been able to get here without the help of Alliance and Dr. John.

Extremely thorough with his analysis he recommended PRP therapy, showed me the damage tissue and thoughts of why certain areas were affected. Laid out a therapy plan. Experiencia fantástica: I was having pain through my foot and ankle from running that started impacting me in daily activities. It was getting to the point I couldn't even walk without being in pain. Dr. Broussard did PRP, prolotherapy, and shockwave therapy to my tendon. It took a couple months of healing since PRP is a slow-process, but I noticed early January that I wasn't having baseline pain while walking or standing for a few hours anymore. I've been able to hike, exercise, and in general go back to my active lifestyle without pain. I was also advised on some PT exercises to do for rehabilitation of my tendon so I can get back into running again. Very grateful for Dr. Broussard and his team!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Alliance for treatment on my shoulder, which had lost the ability to lift any weight above my head, impacting many areas of my life. After two months of rest with no improvement, I sought help from Alliance. Within five minutes, John identified the tear in my shoulder, and we scheduled the procedure for the following week. I underwent one round of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for my shoulder. The next day, I felt a bit slow, but the pain was manageable. Now, three months after the initial treatment, I am fully back to working out at the gym five days a week. I have regained full mobility in my shoulder, and my only limitations are weight-related, not due to pain or function. Training can be challenging, but the biggest compliment I can give this treatment is that I genuinely forget at times that my shoulder was ever an issue. The only annoying thing about this entire process is that it was so straightforward, I'm annoyed I waited two months before seeking treatment.

A friend of mine referred me over because they helped her get over years of hip and low back pain. In my very first session they were able to get down to the bottom of what was going on with me knee. Experiencia fantástica: I have been struggling with lower back pain for a few years now. I play a lot of sports including wrestling and gymnastics, because of this the pain has gotten worse and worse. I have tried cupping, massages, and many other remedies and nothing seems to give me that sense of relief. Until I met Dr. John Broussard who was able to provide the relief I was desperately needing. The process was quick and painless. It only took about 3 minutes of some popping and pressing and just like that I feel new. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I was first referred to Alliance 6 months ago by my massage therapist. I was experiencing excruciating lower back and sciatic nerve pain, which was preventing me from being able to continue with my day-to-day - I could barely walk or even stand straight, pick up my 2yo, do laundry, or go to the grocery store. I was very skeptical to go to anyone at first, but my pain only increased, so I decided to call for an appointment. After my first visit, I quickly realized why Alliance was so highly recommended. From scheduling, coordinating appointments and results with Danielle, to my initial consultation and being evaluated by Dr. Brian and Dr. John, they were nothing short of amazing. On the advice of my brother I tried PT (after two days of rest, meds, stretching) and I felt better the very next day! I could barely walk to and from my car and get dressed or even sleep. I woke up with relief which was my biggest goal to return to daily life. I’m choosing to continue my sessions with Brian in an attempt to prevent future injuries.

Experiencia fantástica: My back had herniated discs in it due to an auto accident I was in. Previous to coming to Alliance, I had steroid injections and they did not work. I was worried that I was going to have to live with back pain and not be able to fully enjoy the activities I like to do such as going to the gym, scuba diving, and spending time with friends/family. After doing physical therapy with Dr. Brian, I am now able to do everyday things such as load the dishwasher, do laundry, and stand for an extended period of time without back pain. I am also able to do the things I enjoy doing without having to worry about my back hurting or needing to take medication. I could not recommend Alliance enough, they are incredible hospitable, helpful, and encouraging.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. B by a friend for a torn meniscus. The Ortho I had previously seen said he could fix it with a 50/50 chance of it working. No thanks. Dr. B and his trusty ultrasound showed me the tear plus several others the MRI didn't show. A week later I had the PRP procedure and 6 weeks later almost good as new with a little more PT to ice the cake. Friendly and prompt office staff. Would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my arm and had a cast on for 12 weeks. When I got my cast off I had soft tissue damage in my wrist that came with a lot of wrist pain. This also caused mobility and flexibility issues in my wrist. Alliance was monumental in my recovery! They used blood flow restriction therapy and within 3 sessions I was able to get 90% of mobility and flexibility back in my wrist. I had a new injury come up recently with a tear in my labrum and rotator cuff. Dr. Broussard used prp injection to help it heal on its own without surgery. The recovery was half the time it would have taken for surgery and a fraction of the pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I have chronic neck and back pain. I was diagnosed with scoliosis, have a history of migraines, and a mom of 2 young kids. My pain and stiffness prevents me from working out 3-5 days a week and limits my ability to play with my kids. I have used chiropractic care in the past and get massages regularly. The way Dr. John uses Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) to not only alleviate my pain, but to also find areas of concern I had no idea hurt/were sore, is incredible! He is extremely talented with his hands-on approach in diagnosing and treating my ailments, and he even provides stretches to prevent reoccurring issues. I always leave his office with more mobility and better range of motion than I did walking in. Even one treatment is worth any cost because of the value he adds to my physical health. I have done about 4 treatments with him over the past 2 years, and plan on going routinely due to my chronic condition(s), to prevent injury and to give me a better quality of life. The office view of the bay is also worth referring friends and family, as I have done numerous times and will continue to refer anyone to him. Dr. John provided a 2nd opinion/evaluation to my sister, who drove 2 hours to see him based on my recommendation; and he took a great deal of time providing an in-depth diagnosis and treatment plan for her. My husband also sees Dr. John whenever his back issue flares up. He walks into the office not being able to stand up straight, walking hunched over, and leaves completely relieved and without any residual problems for up to a year, thanks to Dr. John!

Experiencia fantástica: Growing up playing sports I had many knee injuries which have been manageable but more bothersome as I got older. To improve my overall condition I started working out at the gym but after a few months my week and bothersome knees were holding me back. When going up and down stairs became painful I knew I had to either stop working out or do something about it. I had a friend whose wife had a positive experience with PRP so I searched to find providers in my area and after much consideration decided upon Alliance Regen & Rehab. Dr. John recommended shock wave therapy, PRP and then PT. I had a few sessions with Dr John and then started the PT with Brian. I am happy to say I am back in the gym and have no issues with stairs anymore.

I've visited a couple of rehab facilities in the past, and all seemed to only provide short term results while not addressing the underlying problem. I was referred to Alliance Rehab by a trusted multi-discipline athlete. Dr. Brian's approach was to first identify any weaknesses and running idiosyncrasies. He then began a regimented strengthening of my weakest muscle groups along with some stride analysis and video analysis of my running posture. I am happy to say that I am a stronger and more fit runner. I am training for a summer race series, and fill confident in the changes we have made to my running mechanics.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. John on a referral due to a torn tendon in my elbow that would not heal after months and months of pain. I was consistently inhibited in my daily movements and would wake-up in pain. Dr. John used his ultrasound, PRP and shockwave therapy on my elbow and eight weeks later, my pain has almost completely subsided. Experiencia fantástica: I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS TEAM. I found Alliance on a Facebook add for a simple deal on an ultrasoung of my shoulder. It wasn't even my shoulder I was worried about but the left side of my neck, I was i constant pain ad it had been a few years of just dealing with it as a sigle mom with crap insurance, I am a nurse and have put my body through a number of things icluding having another baby at 41 years old. DR John Broussard found a few tears in my left shoulder along with I also have carple tunel for the past 20 years and was at the point of not being able to hold a pen or my stearing wheel while driving, Surgery was not an option for me , for a lot of personal reason and PRAP injections and Shockwave were both things I had heard about and done some reaserch on. I walked out of that first appointment just before christmas with a new beleif that these guys might be able to actually change my life, I am on my last week of physical therepy with Dennis ( also Absoulty amazing) after 4 shock wave treatments and guided PRP injectios and I have to say my life has change almost 100% I can lift my 30lb 2 years old over my head agian I can work out, I also can write an entire paragrah or more and drive with no tingling in my hands and arms, I even walked the beach with my sons stroler for over 2 miles. My left shoulder, wrist and hand I can say are pretty much are completely better and my right hand and wrist have not felt like this since I was 20 and told I would need surgery some day. I am confident I never will have to even talk about surgery and trust this amazing group and will cotinue with treatments in the furuture and much rather pay cash or use care credit than insurance any day. Hads down best decision I have made for my own health and wellbeing and can't even expresse my gratidue to this team for giving me back so many things I just delt with for years.

Then I completed 12 Physical Therapy sessions w/ Dennis Colon where he did dry needling and each week gave me new exercises to build strength w/out damaging my shoulder. When I walked in his Office the 1st time I couldn’t raise my arm chest high. I now have no limitations w/ my arm, I’m pain free and best of all they helped me avoid the surgery I desperately didn’t want to have. If you’re in pain, I’d recommend a consultation. Fearful of hip surgery, I went to see Dr Broussard to see if there was something he could help me do, and that started the most amazing journey of a lifetime! Through sonogram, we discovered, torn, ligaments, and tendons, through bloodwork, which discovered lack of hormones, and through physical therapy, we discovered the most wonderful remarkable recovery ! What started out is a fear of hip surgery ended with a full recovery and the ability to work out and even run again. I was looking to stay away from surgery and find ways to heal the injury more functionally. This was the team for me. They used Diagnostic ultrasound to evaluate the injury and follow up with a plan to restore. We only did one PRP (Platelet rich plasma) directly to the areas that had the tear to amplify the healing. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. John Broussard has helped me tremendously. I went in for a visit to learn how to deal with my premenoupause. He ran test and put me on (BHRT) Biote pellets to improve my symptoms. It feels like I gained my energy back and my desire to do many other things. He also discovered that I had pulled and torn something on my arm. He decided to get some x rays and then he did the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). It has saved my arm and my job. I work with very heavy equipment and do a lot of rough movements at my job. Before the PRP, I was not even able to lift my arm. I recommend it to anyone that has some chronic pain and can't find what it is. You are in great hands. His staff is amazing. They also have bilingual staff to help. Thank you Dr. Broussard!

Coming into this office is always welcoming and not intimidating, even though I’m dealing with ongoing pains, thanks to their laid back and welcome environment.

After having meniscus surgery 20+ years ago, I knew I didn't want that again, but as a lifelong runner and fitness instructor (who just turned 60), my knee definitely needed more help. Dr. John did a very thoughtful evaluation, took his time and answered all my (many!) questions, and gave me a suggested plan of action to include PRP and MFAT (stem cells from adipose tissue) injections, followed by physical therapy. Fast forward 3 months - the knee feels great, and Physical Therapy with Dr. Brian is helping me regain strength and mobility. Dr. Brian has done several running evaluations and we are working on fixing some form issues. I love that I always leave PT with a specific plan to follow until the next appointment. I am delighted to be back to running, lifting, and doing all the things I love! I literally can't say enough great things about this team - 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a high school baseball player and Before coming to alliance I was experiencing shoulder and nerve pain in my throwing arm preventing me from throwing a ball or lifting weights. I came into alliance for an ultra sound on my arm with doctor Jon, he was great and explained very well what my injury was. I had torn my posterior labrum and rotator cuff and had an irritated ulnar nerve in my throwing arm. I then got PRP injections and they worked very well after the first couple of weeks after my injections, I already noticed a difference in how I could move my arm. I have been doing physical therapy sessions with Dennis Colón for about 7 weeks now and he has helped me so much in the process of getting better. I am now able to throw and lift weights with medium intensity and I still have about 5 physical therapy sessions to go. Thank you alliance

Experiencia fantástica: I had a consult with Dr. John Broussard reference shoulder pain I was having. I had colleagues that gave great testimonials about his treatments. I was highly skeptical that PRP would work. Dr. Broussard discovered 3 tears in my shoulder and a large calcium deposit. He recommended PRP with shockwave treatment, followed by physical therapy. I was skeptical. However, within in a few weeks, my shoulder was feeling amazing. Approx. 6 weeks later, and it feels good as new! The ultrasound shows the tears are healed...amazing!! I also highly recommend Physical Therapist, Brian Broussard. He has worked diligently with me in the office, as well as providing an app with specific exercises (along with videos) to do at home between visits. He takes the time to ensure I am doing the exercises correctly, and I feel this has greatly helped my recovery. There is really nothing I can no longer do!

I decided to go with stem cell and PRP, which was a relatively quick and painless procedure. I’ve had ongoing knee alignment issues for as long as I can remember and have tried surgical correction, cartilage grafts, physical therapy, different forms of exercise, etc. It’s a complex issue and many PTs had no idea how to help. I worked with Dr. Brian with the goal of building strength without being in pain. He was very thorough and really tried to understand my issues. He was able to come up with creative ways to work around movements that were painful for me. Everyone in the office is so kind and were very accommodating with my fluctuating schedule. I was about to enter a training cycle for the Boston Marathon and was anxious this would keep me from that. Experiencia fantástica: I suffered from a neck injury for a year. I tried different treatments to treat nerve pain in my skull and spasms in my trapezius muscles. I had tried dry needling, epidurals-steroids, nerve blocks, acupuncture, PT, different medications and nothing alleviated the pain. I even was contemplating surgery. I had heard that nerve hydrodissection and prolotherapy could help. I called the office and made an appt and met with Dr John Broussard and he treated me with the nerve hydrodissection. After the 1st treatment the burning sensation in my skull was reduced greatly. By the second treatment I stopped taking Tramadol. I felt a great sense of relief and felt that I was recovering to my old self. Dr Broussard also performed prolotherapy on my neck and trapezius muscles, after that treatment, I was able to run and get back to weight lifting. So glad I was able to get treated by him. I thank him and my family thanks him. The office staff is kind and professional and I am looking forward to other treatments he offers at his office. As a former collegiate and independent pro baseball player I've been out of the game now for almost 4 years. Recently, I tried to play catch with my son as he started playing tee ball and I couldn't throw longer than a feet. After several sessions of rehab with Dr.Dennis at Alliance, I can play catch again with my son just like my dad did with me. I have been a passenger in a car wreck many years ago with a broken back, broken both femurs, most of my ribs, lost my spleen, and punctured my lung. I now have a fusion from C4-6, rods from T10-S1, double knee replacements, one hip replacement, and screws in my left foot. John took in all that information, reconstituted it into a helpful diagnosis based on my many mechanical pain systems and has been treating me with Prolo therapy ever since. I have so many injured areas with arthritis and the overall inflammation involved, I was concerned that no one could sort out so many problems, and many others had given up. Using ultrasound to guide the injection but also look at collected fluid in the injured joints has been so helpful, and I haven’t found many Drs that use ultrasound with their injections in that way. Usually it’s “live” Xray. The injections have been key to helping Brian work me through a Physical Therapy program. He is the physical therapist and has also been amazing. All of these things have allowed me to gain much more strength and balance to function so much better in my life. It’s changed everything for me and I continue to improve as I’ve only been with them a couple of months. I think they are brilliant at what they do and I trust them completely. Using his diagnostic ultrasound device he pinpointed the areas in my left hip and glute muscles in need of therapy. After a week of consideration I went ahead and scheduled a PRP treatment which turned out to be a resounding success! I highly recommend both Drs. Decided on Alliance after meeting with them and evaluating the treatment plan and time frame I required to get back on a fall marathon training schedule. I'm also a terrible patient when it comes to waiting for the machinery of the health care auth system to get around to actually letting patients get treated. Dr. John was able to do an in-office ultrasound on the spot, diagnose the issue and recommend a course of action. Dr. Brian incorporated my quirky training needs and running schedule into the PT sessions and changed course as needed. Their office and team design allows for better physician autonomy to work more closely with patients on an individual need level. This is not one-size-fits-all medicine, like most places. I highly recommend.
