Experiencia negativa: Had appt today, waited 15 minsfor therapist to come out. I checked in downstairs and when I came upstairs the receptionist didn't acknowledge me and was chatting on the phone. I approached her after waiting 15 mins and asked where the therapist was. She says oh well you need to fill out these forms. That's why she's not coming to get you. I told her if she was actually doing her job instead of chatting on the phone, the form would have been done 10 mins ago. Pathetic!!

Experiencia fantástica: I take my daughter to Salem Rehab for P/T and O/T. Did speech when she was younger helping her left side weakness become more symmetrical with chewing. We have never had a bad visit! The staff made my daughter feel heard understood and helped me guide her care plan. I didn’t know how to help her and now I don’t need to advocate for her as much because they do such an amazing job staying connected with Ohsu and her pcp. She is a complexed kiddo but they tackled her needs head on and made a game plan for her. Thank you guys so much for your continued support. Leslie Bonnie and Julie are amazing! We’ll be meeting Trent soon :)

Experiencia negativa: If I could rate no stars I would. My PT was Christine, and she constantly had an attitude problem. I would not go here if you are serious about getting better. These people are good and making you feel low and discharging you when tell them your having a hard time. The second time I was discharged I didn't even fight it since I'm in too much pain to fight with these people. Like I said you would be much better off somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people here. From doing swim PT to floor. From neck, back to knee. Very good. I like the location. I wish there was better parking as there's an awesome park on the grounds as well. They need access too. I don't know. I just like the service. Always friendly from the time you arrive till the end.

Experiencia fantástica: I was there a year and a half ago healing from a broken hip repair. They told me the program is extensive and they weren't kidding! The staff was great. I had so much fun with some of them. One of the night nurses set my bed alarm to French. and I think I may have called one of the physical therapists a naughty word once. I appreciate everything everyone did for me, but I hope I don't see you all anytime soon.

Experiencia negativa: speech Therapist was condensending and age discrimitory attributing all my concerns and symptoms to my Senior status.. She neglected to check my x-rays other than an initial view and when I did her job by examining the reports, I found the recent diagnosis by a Radologist that matched all my symptoms. It took me 5 minutes. When I voiced a concern to her supervisor I received a word salad response not addressing my Concerns but avoiding any responsibility or plan of action to indicate that this would not occur to others in the future. I do not look for perfection but compassion, and accountability with a plan of action patients can feel confident with in their rehab programs going forward. This is a cautionary tale. And more recent sadly, was the poor attitude of a scheduler who became angry when I asked a simple question. I had him on speaker phone and others were incredulous at his angry response when I simply asked how many appointments were being made? ( with a different Therapist). To those planning to utilize this Rehab program please be careful. Where there is smoke...

Experiencia negativa: Had appt with hand therapist Diana. Very unprofessional! Didn’t help. she made a comment that she was surprised paperwork was filled out I explained I have a special magnifier on my device due to I have vision loss. she I know that! She said must be a darn good magnifier!! I was there for hand therapy instead I received comments like this and a whole lot of yup’s! Do not recommend this facility! I would give no stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing physical therapists!! Amanda and Lisa are the best. Amanda helped me to get better when no one else could. Lisa pushes you and won’t let you fail. They both provided you listen to them will heal you and take great care to make sure you have the instruction needed!

Experiencia fantástica: They have a lovely concussion therapy program. I saw their OT therapy, and PT therapy and they helped me heal and return back to normal life. I highly recommend it. Kind providers, very therapeutic.

Experiencia positiva: Ive had nothing but good experiences up to last week i had a pt lisa who was just arguing with me one upping me on every single thing i would say basically talk when i say but shutup and listen attitude consistantly angerly explaining my exercises by far the worst experience ive had in the 4 years going still mad from it

Experiencia negativa: Canceling appointment 3 weeks in a row last minute does not support a Therapy Plan or the patient. Not sure whats going on their this month but hopefully they fix it so I can update my review.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had nothing but wonderful customer service from the staff at Salem Health Rehab! I called several days in a row to check on a referral for my son and every time I called, the woman I spoke to was so kind, understanding, and helpful! I spoke to TJ over the phone twice and both times he was so pleasant, funny, and informative! I couldn’t ask for better service! We were able to get a last minute appointment with Amy and she was also wonderful! I’m very thankful we were referred here for services!

Healing, strength, confidence to keep pushing, pain management by massage, movement, stretching, just the perfect exercises . The staff and scheduling was super prompt with lovely reminders. ❤

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience with a rude scheduler (twice) - bad enough I decided to make mgmt aware.. putting that aside, the therapists have been great.. hopefully they've resolved the issue with front desk staff, since that is our first point of contact.

I had some issues with lapse of coverage, they were quick to call and said they were cancelling all of my son's appointments. I called my insurance and worked it all out, and then called back thinking that my appointments were gone. They were still all there, and I was stressed out thinking I would have to rearrange my schedule again. So if you never have to deal with billing, then you will have a great experience as everyone else there is amazing.
