Experiencia fantástica: A cervical strain led me to seek therapy at Vibrance Physical Therapy and Wellness. Vibrance has a warm and serene atmosphere and the staff is just as welcoming and kind. Helen is a very skilled therapist with a calming presence. She makes you feel right at home and well cared for. I appreciated all of the advice that she so graciously shared from exercise to nutrition to the wellness plan made for me moving forward. Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Helen and her staff. You're not treated as a number, but a person. I felt "right at home". You're given a personalized plan the whole staff takes in accomplishing your rehab. I wasn't made to feel like I had to do anything that was uncomfortable. I actually looked forward to going to my appointments. I also was so impressed with some of the equipment I used there, that I purchased like items to continue using at home. Helen also has excellent advice/ideas on nutrition and healthy eating habits. I took away alot of great information.

It was a pleasureful experience and I left not only healed from my injury, but feeling that I had made friends in my community. I look forward to seeing them all again. Helen will customize the right routine for you and if you follow it, I am sure you will have the healing results you desire. She gave me a plan to continue at home to keep my muscles primed for my activities. It is a small office so you won't find more therapists than her which made the experience well more comfortable and less intimidating. Being in pain isn't fun and having a less people to be around in that fashion was helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Simply the best. I’ve had surgeries on both knees, a lumbar fusion, a cervical fusion, and now a complete shoulder replacement. Physical therapy for the shoulder replacement was my first experience with Vibrance PT. I have to say, I was completely and pleasantly surprised by the personalized approach the whole staff took in achieving what turned out to be a very successful rehab. I felt treated as family by the whole staff and actually looked forward to going to my appointments. You get much more than a physical therapist with their holistic approach to your health and wellbeing. I will be going back and would recommend them to anyone.
