Big bonus, they are all EDS aware and trained to recognize the symptoms, even outside of the purely musculoskeletal aspect. They know the best providers in town, so if they are unable to help you in some area, they know exactly who can help you! Pelvic floor has never been happier! Thanks girls!!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad I came here! Kira Shurtz has done an excellent job helping me learn to relax my pelvic floor. Like so many pregnant women, I had been focused on doing kegels, which is actually the opposite of what I needed! I'm so thankful for Dr. Shurtz's guidance. It has already made a difference in my life, and I'm confident that labor and delivery will be easier for me because of her help. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Pelvic Wellness Center for a while, due to complicated issues and needing possible further surgery (the pain relief I get from therapy helps, when nothing else has). The knowledge, expertise, and compassion shown by all of the providers I have worked with, has been a bright light in a very painful journey for me. Currently, I am working with Shannon and she is amazing! She listens, gives feedback and thinks outside the box.. All of which has been extremely helpful, guiding me towards the best results and becoming as pain free as possible. She was recommended to me by another PT for bladder issues I have been dealing with for years post c-section. Best referral I’ve ever received. I highly recommend Pelvic Wellness Center to anyone, female or male, struggling with bladder concerns or any of the numerous ailments that can be attributed to the pelvic floor region. Do not hesitate to call for an evaluation.

Experiencia negativa: Charged me 75$ for canceling an appointment because I had to help a family member because our brother died. Therapist was excellent but charging me almost 100$ because I couldn't make it is outrageous. RIP Mel.

I went in today concerned and confused by my pelvic pain currently being 36 weeks pregnant, and I am leaving feeling confident and excited. My visit left me knowing that I have options available to me to properly recover and a team of intelligent and kind people to help me be my best self. So happy I found this place, can not recommend it enough!

She has so much knowledge and was able to help me reach my health goals is no time at all. She is very compassionate and down to earth. Thanks to her, I now have a much better understanding of my body/pelvic floor and how that relates to the rest of my body, I have more confidence and peace about any other pregnancy with the tools I have now and having her when needed. Truly life changing.
