Experiencia fantástica: If you want to get to the root cause of a physical issue, and then get treated systematically to provide life changing results, this should be your only stop. Cody has such a in depth knowledge of the human body and the operating systems within it, that he can get down to the basic area to address to begin a complete and lasting recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Therapeutic Associates for vertigo. Cody was kind and took time to explain to me my condition. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Staff also were welcoming and overall a clinic that I would go to again.

Experiencia fantástica: The type of physical therapy I needed for a fallen arch in one foot, and the subsequent other problems (balance, strength, etc.) resulting from walking "through the pain" and delaying proper treatment, was all very new to me. And the sets of exercise were hard, I felt frustration with the general compromised condition of such an important part of my body. But, Anne Jeffery is experienced and patient. She pushes a little, makes adjustments on the trainee's behalf; she inspires momentum & makes good use of the time allowed, but she's always watching out for my limits and well-being. I have to say, the effects were amazing! I could feel my foot gain strength, get control over movement and begin to renew some grace. I really looked forward to my sessions! Then I had to have some surgery performed, on my opposite leg. Recovery meant no therapy...and I miss it! I would recommend Therapeutics Associates, East Salem to anyone! Gini Kaplan

Experiencia positiva: Nice people here, but I really do not like being passed off to a strange person after making an initial connection with my physical therapist. There is no notice of this transition taking place, just all of the sudden, in the middle of a session, another associate takes over. I work in customer service, and I know my customers would not appreciate that level of impersonality. I've had PT sessions in the past, years ago, and recall working with the same person from start to finish. Otherwise, a nice facility and personable staff.

Experiencia fantástica: They have done an excellent job with me for almost 10 years! I have muscular dystrophy, so I need continuous assistance. Now we are getting me ready for neck surgery and they are healing my lower back and thoracic spine too.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is legit. They start off every session with some massage/stretching/tissue work to alleviate pain and work on your mobility. After that, they focus on specific exercises to help get you back at 100%. Staff is very knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Incredibly wonderful people. Really know their stuff. Went in with a hand that didn’t work. They knew exactly what it was, set up a plan and got to work. From not even able to open my fist to opening and closing my hand! So incredibly grateful for their guidance and work.

Experiencia positiva: I had a good experience, but wasn’t getting much progress even though I was quite religious with the exercises. I don’t think the PT I saw has much experience with plantar fasciitis, which can often be misdiagnosed. I was frustrated to learn of more bills 4-6 months after getting treatment. Perhaps it was my insurance carrier, but there was no relenting of the surprise fees. All I got was a “sorry”. I made 3 separate transactions when it could’ve been handled more professionally with clear communication. They rely on something called the ‘Athena Health App’ which automates many invoicing issues for them, which is probably why the human-aspect of customer service billing was a low point for me. I won’t be returning as there are more experienced PTs out there.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever been to, and I have been to alot of physical therapy. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. I have never once had a negative interaction with any of the staff at this location. Cody and Joel are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and make sure you understand your injury and treatment plan. They are very good about answering questions and listen to what input you have. They will adjust exercises if necessary, do additional testing based on your input and help clear up any misunderstanding you may have. I can't recommend them enough. Given a choice, I will always go here for my physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to come for PT and healing your injuries/body. You will receive excellent care from the therapist (in my case Joel). Exercise is very tailored to you (mind and body) and your injury. For the first visit/assessment, the therapist "takes time". And, you are not handed off to the assistant right away! Not like other PT places in the area, where you feel you're giving a numer and pushed through with exercises to see results in a timely fashion. Therapeutic Associates team take a gentle approach with exercises, and you still see results. The front staff and the other team members are amazing, always have a smile when you come/leave and have an answer to all your questions. It's my 2nd x for different issues. I highly recommend Therapeutic Associates!

I worked with Joel Harrison who did a great job at checking in through the session, explaining the benefits for each activity, and made sure there were no issues and listened to each concern. If i need physical therapy in the future this will be my go to provider. Outside of care billing is fairly simple. I got the bill once insurance did their part. They provider many easy and painless ways to pay. Scheduling was always easy as well. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Great clinic and staff, especially physical therapist Joel Harrison. He explained everything very well, listened to my complaints, and adjusted accordingly. Very professional office, staff, and my shoulder is almost totally healed! Highly recommend!
