Experiencia fantástica: I travelled to Salem, Oregon from Arkansas for the Ironman 70.3. This week leading up to the race I developed some pain to glute/hip/ IT band. I was able to reach out to Jon to see about getting an appointment before the race. Jon took the time to work me in, listen to my complaints, and went right to work. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing to make sure I understood the treatment plan. Jon is very knowledgeable about what he does. As an athlete, it was important to me to find someone that is also an athlete or works on athletes because they better understand what we are going through. I could tell that Jon was very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work.

Experiencia fantástica: Jon has been fantastic with my rehab from tib/fib fractures. I had surgery in February and 2 months later I’m back on my feet. Still a very slow recovery but I’m pleased with what he has been doing with my leg and foot. I go in about once a week and he has been doing different things for my leg. Jon is also very patient and understanding with my concerns. Very responsive when I send him questions via app messaging. Sarah is great too! :)

I always feel so much better after my appointment. They use an app with videos that make the at home exercises easy to follow. We went to Jon for PT, and the treatment he provided to our son was amazing. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, and listened to our son about how he was feeling with the injury. Experiencia fantástica: Jon took great care to ask me about the knee pain I was experiencing, what I had tried, and what my goals were. He analyzed everything from gait to cadence and used a combination of experience and expertise to prescribe me a series of strength exercises and cues to focus on while running. Over 6 sessions and several months I am back to full strength and speed training with no limitations and no pain . I couldn’t be more thankful for Jon helping me get back to training for the things I love. If you’ve been trying to manage pain on your own, give it up and go see Jon.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place for PT! I can’t recommend them enough. After waiting months to get in with my insurance, I finally decided to see if other places had any sooner openings. I wish I had called The Physical Therapy Project sooner. I’ve had no trouble scheduling weekly appointments that work around my life. The app used to help me remember what to do at home gives videos and timers, which has helped me progress in my recovery. The plan Jared has made for me is customized based off my progress each visit and symptoms— it feels like exactly what I’ve needed each week. I don’t feel rushed and am able to ask a lot of questions. Everyone is kind, helpful, and just great people to be around. Sarah is always encouraging and has worked hard with my insurance to make things seamless in that area too. While I wish I didn’t need PT, this place has been a wonderful experience!

You get to spend the entire hour with your physical therapist, which makes a huge difference. They really take the time to understand your needs and tailor the treatment specifically for you. I had been dealing with lower back and hip pain that affected my triathlon training, so much so that several times I had to stop swimming because of the pain. Within the first visit, he figured out what was wrong- he then provided treatment and gave me stretching/activation/and strength exercises to do at home. I’ve seen him every two weeks for 5 visits, and I am now completely pain free! Also feeling much stronger overall on my swim/bike/and run! Experiencia fantástica: After injuring myself playing pickleball I was told I was going to need a hip replacement due to osteoarthritis. A steroid injection provided only minimal improvement. I was even dismissed by another PT provider who felt he couldn't help me. I fortunately sought out Jon Moore who has helped treat my very constricted muscles and fascia that were referring pain to my hip region. Following a series of visits with Jon, I now have improved mobility and function with much less discomfort. I have returned to playing pickleball, skiing and hiking and also have incorporated swimming into my exercise routine.

Experiencia fantástica: In 2022, after 25 years of pursuit, I finally realized my dream of becoming a professional baseball player. This huge successful leap was met with several challenging setbacks that required attention to my spinal and muscular systems. Throughout Year 1, I worked with Jon 2-3 times a week before and after games to get me back to performing at the level I wanted and needed. He always provided the treatment and care I needed, always educated me on what and why he was doing, and always ensured I had the knowledge and resources to understand how to complete what I needed outside of our visits. I always found myself leaving visits feeling better, stronger, and more confident. Most importantly, he would make time to visit me in the dugout on my off days during games to talk about me, my life, and how I was doing in navigating my first year pro. He would even check in with me via text message on days we were not at the stadium. He did all of this for an entire year without asking for anything in return, except for the occasional, that later became traditional, starburst jelly beans and gummy bears I would give him from time to time in the dugout. When the 2023 Season, Year 2, rolled around, I made one of the easiest decisions to officially bring The Physical Therapy Project on as my care team. After having room for improvement from Year 1 and a highly focused off-season training program, I knew I needed to surround myself with the best to become the best. This introduced me to Sarah, Jon’s wife, Sina, PT, and the best security dog detail, Chai. Year 2 brought more leaps of success than I could have ever imagined through no injuries, faster recovery, increased strength, and higher performance, both on and off the field, that I could not have achieved alone. As an athlete, you must surround yourself with the best to become the best. Whether your inner athlete is a routine gym goer, a weekend warrior, a best Mom or Dad in the world, a 9-5 worker, a life olympian, or a professional baseball player, you will experience many successful leaps and challenging setbacks in the game of life. Their space is exceptionally clean and robust in what it offers for recovery and training. After my visit I was moving better than when I arrived. He has a great philosophy for treating his patients and really looked at my whole body to help solve my problems. My elbow is almost back to normal and I know how to maintain it's health. Experiencia fantástica: Prior to coming to the PT Project I was scheduled for an ACL revision surgery. After completing a series of evaluations and consulting with Sina we determined PT would be a better course than surgery. We discussed goals and set up a plan to get back to my hobbies. After 9 weeks of training Sina has helped me reestablish stability and get back to hobbies such as surfing, powerlifting and even light jogging. If you find yourself dealing periodic strains or pains, need help with an appropriate and effect exercise regime or have other physical ailments limiting your daily activities go see Sina at the PT Project!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sina Gartner is THE barbell/strength therapist in the area. As a recreational powerlifter it’s difficult to find a therapist with the experience to help, find, and address weaknesses/imbalances that present close to 1RM. Dr. Garter isn’t going to tell you to stop lifting, she’s going to help take you to that next step. She’s like a cheat code, she’s the only reason I’m still able to lift heavy. Therapists John and Sina work directly with the patient, there's no tech running you through exercises and not paying attention to whether you're doing them correctly or not. You get personal attention and hands on manipulation as needed. I have made significant progress in a short amount of time because of them. Thank you John and Sina!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first reached out to John I had hip and ankle pain going on for 3 or so years and I tried mostly everything. I felt confident in him, but I was still nervous since most of my past wasn’t successful. He wanted to see me get back to speed, but also back to the fitness level I once had. He also worked with me financially since I’m low income. What was crazy to me though was how long he asked me questions and evaluated me during the first session. NO ONE had listened that much before he started working with me. After the first season I had so much relief that was lasting. I usually felt in the past that I would have to rely on a chiropractor every week, but now not only do I feel great at work, I have energy to workout a couple times a week since I’m not limping anymore. I spent a couple months with him and it was well worth it. Jon does a great job and I’m very thankful that he was TRULY able to get to my root issue.

Experiencia fantástica: Jon helped me with an old shoulder injury and muscle building so I could start doing archery hunting. Each appointment was customized to how I was doing at that moment and how we could overcome each new hindrance as they came up. Not every session was strength building, some was stretching and mobility, ultrasound, scraping or cupping. He is more than willing to research and learn if something stumps him. I bill my visits as out of network but it is well worth the cost of not using my personal insurance. I look forward to seeing his business grow and will happily trust him or any other therapist he brings in to help me with any pt needs.

Experiencia fantástica: All the thumbs up! Jon is super knowledgeable and friendly and takes the time to explain complicated body mechanics in ways you can understand. We have access to PT through our health insurance provider but it takes forever to get in to see a PT and then you only get 20 mins before you are out the door again. As promised, Jon spent a full hour with me 1:1 assessing my posture, strength and flexibility to get to the root of my shoulder pain and limited mobility. I was delighted and frankly amazed that I had greater range of motion in my shoulder than I’ve had in months after ONE visit. He determined that a muscle on the front of my chest was tight and pulling my shoulder blade out of place. After some simple stretches, everything moved better! My husband and I bought a package of sessions — it is well worth the investment to feel good in our bodies again! We will definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Full Disclosure Jon is my brother, but also my PT. I had an Achilles issue and didn't want to drive the 1.5 hours to see go to him. So, I went to a local PT. They provided Astym treatment that left my entire leg bruised. I sent Jon a text to ask if it was normal and he was horrified. After that, I realized it was worth the drive to see a knowledgeable PT rather than a big PT provider that would assign me a student without proper supervision. Jon loves his job and helping people get better. You can just tell he loves what he does and loves educating people. I might be his sister, but I also know he is a fantastic PT that will give you the best treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an issue with my calves. With the help of Google I had self-diagnosed and looked up treatment suggestions. After a few months without progress I decided to turn to a professional. Last time I needed physical therapy my insurance first required a trip to my family doctor who prescribed some treatments. In a few weeks there was a follow up appointment where I was then referred to a physical therapist. This time, with Jon, I had direct access to physical therapy. On my first visit, Jon identified the true issue and set me up with a treatment plan. The treatment plan he prescribed was effective and inline with my goals. Part of the plan was to use Astym which was amazing. With the Physical Therapy Project, the therapist is with you throughout the entire appointment. He saw other areas that needed attention and added to my treatment plan stretches to fix that issue. I have not felt this good in a long time. The location is perfect. It’s easy to access and there’s always parking available in the lot dedicated to the building. I’ve had a fabulous experience with The Physical Therapy Project and will use them in future should I need physical therapy again.

Jon listens to you, explains issues and treatments clearly, and provides excellent follow-up exercises. Another plus is the focused attention you receive. Other places split patient time between the PT doctor and an assistant. Here, you get a true physical therapist for your entire session. I highly recommend!

I work at a desk 40 hours a week and tend to carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and back.
