Experiencia fantástica: Last week we had our initial evaluation with Whitney; she is 14 yrs. & has a torn ACL. Dr. Rowley did an extensive evaluation & provided tons of information & answered all our questions. She followed up with a written report with additional info. Today we had our first treatment ~cold laser & water therapy and it went amazing. The staff is amazing & answered all our additional questions. We feel super confident taking Whitney to therapy. Update: April 2025 The first 8 weeks Whitney had therapy 2x/week; hydro & laser. Then exercises where added. After the initial weeks we then did 1x/week. Now it's as needed; she is doing so good. Whitney did a 180 and is almost back to normal. We can walk again 2+ miles in the am & then some in the pm. The SOAR team is amazing...very compassionate & they have your pups best interest at heart. We can't thank them enough!! They are amazing~

Experiencia fantástica: The people at SOAR are great. Not only are the physical therapists really great with my animals, but they've seen significant benefits from going there. My dog is always incredibly excited to go to physical therapy. Also, the DVM, Julie, is very knowledgeable and generous with her advice. After going there for over a year, I value both their physical therapy but also the advice I have gotten on different medical issues for my animals. They fulfill and go far beyond the scope of practice in their value to our animals' care. I was honestly incredibly skeptical at first but have rarely been this wrong.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely a savor of a establishment, My dog Trident suddenly lost use of his back legs and after thousands of dollars and every emergency vet in the area we were still clueless on what had happened. Thankfully then we heard of Soar and sense the first time I took Trident there I knew that they would be the savor for him ever being able to walk again! They instantly had a diagnosis of what has happened and had a recovery plan mapped out for him. After a few months of recovery and him slowly learning how to use his back legs again he was able to walk and now almost a year later he is running and playing like it never happened! Julie is the veterinarian and owner at soar and she is freaking amazing! She has a genuine care for dogs like I haven’t seen in any vet before, I highly recommend Soar for anyone looking into getting there dog phsyical therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a wonderful experience bringing my pups here. The team is kind, extremely knowledgeable, understanding and patient. I started bringing my dog Winston here following a diagnosis of severe hip dysplasia to help build up muscle and get him used to the facility and team prior to having bilateral FHO surgery as he is extremely shy and would need several weeks/months of rehab after surgery. He is 12 weeks post op now and improving bit by bit every week and that is big thanks to SOAR. I started bringing my other dog Josie in several weeks ago, to help Winston with his confidence as he takes a lot of cues from Josie, but also to help her with arthritis. She absolutely LOVES coming here and it’s been amazing to see her spunk and energy, it’s obvious she feels better since coming here. I live in the Portland area and it is totally worth the drive to SOAR. SOAR has hours that work well with my schedule with being open late some weekdays and open on Saturday, which I was unable to find with rehab facilities closer to me, plus they were amazing squeezing Winston in prior to surgery, when I was told by several other facilities it would be a month+ wait. Highly recommend SOAR!

Experiencia fantástica: SOAR has been nothing but amazing for us. From the very first appointment, they took the time to explain everything in detail and continue to do so at every appointment. My dog has been able to avoid surgery on her ruptured CCLs by doing therapy with this talented and caring team. They are so patient and loving to her even though she is high anxiety. We are so thankful for all that they have done in getting River’s strength back. She was even able to go on her first hike in months this past weekend. We will continue to recommend SOAR and use them for all PT needs in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: SOAR is absolutely amazing and one of a kind. You know from the first interaction you are in good hands with folks who truly care and are compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team at SOAR. Don't hesitate for a second to go here, you will not be disappointed. We brought our pup, Brick, here after having some issues with his backend. We were able to get an accurate diagnosis of his condition and available treatment options.Through the amazing rehabilitation work, they gave us our crazy speckled cattle dog back. He may have been 12 but he felt he was 3 again. He was able to run and be crazy as he once was, no matter how much we tried to discourage it. Sadly shortly after he was feeling young he was diagnosed with lymphoma and it turned out to be extremely aggressive. We lost him shortly after being diagnosed. While the reason for visiting SOAR was unrelated to his eventual cancer diagnosis, SOAR gave us back a few amazing weeks with Brick. He felt himself and was able to be a pup again. This is absolutely because of the wonderful work SOAR did. We can never thank the wonderful folks here enough. It meant the world to us be able to give him a few amazing weeks before his passing.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't even put into words how much we love the SOAR team—Dr. Julie Rowley, Naomi, Krystina, and the entire team. It's seriously one of the most welcoming and compassionate veterinary clinics I have ever walked into. We're so thankful to have them as partners in our pup's recovery. The entire team cares so much about each patient they're treating. And even though it isn't about us owners, they do everything they can to put us at ease, as well as educated and involved in our animal's rehab process. Thank you ladies so much for what you do!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing before coming here I thought I was going to have to put my fur baby down she is a German Shepherd black lab mix she's 120 lb first thing they did was put the help em up harness on this thing is a lifesaver. She's only had two therapy appointments and she can all ready walk around the block this place is a lifesaver the doctors and the assistance and everybody in there makes you feel like there is hope again the environment is chill everybody knows what you're going through they let me just ramble and talk about my fur baby they're full of good information on how to take care of a senior dog I could go on and on about this place I highly recommend it five stars all the way

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff! Made sure all of my questions were answered and did very detailed exam and talked in detail with me about options. They ensured I had adequate time to ask all questions I had and never once did I feel rushed like I have at some other medical facilities. I would absolutely reccomend them to anyone with an animal in need of physical therapy and in fact already have to a couple people. If you are looking for a place to go absolutely pick SOAR!

All of them are well-trained and I have seen them help my dog succeed in his therapy. They are so friendly and good with animals. These are the type of people that you would feel amazing leaving your pet with. My dog has a great time every time he goes into his physiotherapy and he looks forward to it. Thank you everyone at SOAR and I highly recommend this place to anyone

Rehabilitation services such as hydro therapy, laser therapy, message, ultrasound, shockwave therapy. Great for Post Op Recovery, Geriatric Quality of life as well as conditioning for athletic animals. They have done great things for our melonois that had to have leg surgery. Our pup is very comfortable attending her treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: It's not cheap, but our our doggo deserved rehabilitation after TPLO knee surgery to have the best shot to reach his full range of motion again. Dr. Julie and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring and gentle with our pup. Services provided to our furkid included: exercises, massage & stretching w/ take home instructions, laser therapy, underwater tredmill, and more. We're so happy to find this great physical therapy which will help our dog recover to his full potential. Thank you SOAR

Experiencia fantástica: Julie the rehab specialist vet and Naomi and the other staff add did an amazing job rehabbing my Vizsla and we are grateful for their help. They spent so much time with us and taught me how I could help strengthen her at home so my dog could get crack to the activities she loves. Experiencia fantástica: My old black lab, Willy just completed 2 months of post-TPLO (knee surgery) rehabilitation at SOAR. This facility in partnership with Willy’s surgeon has been my best veterinary experience in 40 years of dog ownership. Sarah educated me in dog anatomy and physiology and showed such compassion in her rehabilitation of Willy. Willy loved his experiences in the underwater treadmill and his laser treatments. Special thanks to Julie and Mark too. SOAR’s staff is the best! Willy can’t thank you enough! Tail wags and kisses!

Experiencia fantástica: Soar was absolutely wonderful to my Boxer before he passed away. I could see that his pain was reduced after the sessions and everyone there was very patient and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: We were in Oregon for several weeks with our dear dogs. Our elderly dog has been receiving regular K-Lazer treatments and we knew 3 weeks was going to be far too long to wait between treatments. SOAR worked with our local vet and staff to coordinate continued care - it went flawlessly!!! The SOAR staff were incredibly caring, shared helpful information, were so thorough and concerned - it was beyond what we could have imagined. Hopefully our oldie will be strong enough to return next summer and, if he is, we won't hesitate to return to SOAR for their expert care. Sam says, "You helped me - THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH."

I received a thorough evaluation and a regimen of PT exercises tailored to rebuild my agility dog after an injury. I love these people!

I first took my pug, Weezy, to them and his quality of life changed within the first week. So I now bring my Australian shepherd, Sookie, to them and we’re already seeing changes for the better in her as well! I am so grateful to this place and their wonderful and friendly staff. Experiencia fantástica: Our 6 year old golden retriever had knee surgery in December, 2018. Dr Rowley and her fabulous technicians paid meticulous attention to our girl and gave us expert advice to help speed her recovery. Their equipment is state of the art. A more caring and professional staff can not be found. (We've had 25 years' experience as dog people, and I practice human medicine.) Their prices are reasonable and worth every cent.

Experiencia fantástica: My dogs arms elbow and knees are in pretty bad shape. We didn’t have any luck with our local dog physical therapist so we now drive an out to Soar. Completely worth it. My dog is sound so much better. So worth it. They have changed my life and my dogs life. Highly recommend. So knowledgeable. And such a huge difference. Can’t say enough good things about Soar.

This seems like the new approach to vet care and I love it. They are using treatment and technology on the front edge of what is out there.
