Wouldn’t let me finish filling out the paperwork as note I was there early and then the second Appointmentthey made my appointment for 5 o’clock which traffic on 101 was awful 6 minutes late and I walked in and they put me down for a no-show told me that they were already working on somebody else. The guy at the desk Vincent Was rude and so was Lou Physical therapistPlaces a joke and very Bad attitudes.

All three physical therapist are PH.d's I would be a miss if I didn't say something about the PT that helped me through this difficult recovery, Dr. Pamon Sedaghat, he was kind, but strict and easy to talk to Besides the physical therapist, I cannot say enough about their support team, James Brandon, Mae and Ashley, all very kind and supportive and they know their jobs And Vincent who handles the front desk appointments and for me Medicare is very knowledgeable about his job When you walk in the door, the front desk greets you by name They really make you feel like family

I had a severe ankle sprain where I was in a boot for two months. I did PT here for nearly two months and regained almost all mobility and strength in my leg/ankle. Very happy with the knowledge and set of exercises I now know if I have ankle issues in the future.

My physical therapist, Paymon was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. Each session was thoughtfully tailored to my recovery goals, and I saw consistent progress week after week. He also took the time to guide me on speaking with my doctor about what I was going through. A special shout out to Paymon! He worked with me throughout the whole rehab period. He is extremely thorough and a great communicator. He helped me get back on track and now I'm able to play basketball again! It seemed almost impossible at some point but Paymon helped me a lot in realizing my goal to recover and get back on court. They reached out extremely quickly after my initial inquiry and were always very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. My recovery took a few months, and I was able to schedule my sessions with a fair amount of flexibility - there were no issues with switching between PTs as my schedule allowed. I have worked with all three PTs - Luc, Paymond, and Tiffany - and really enjoyed working with each of them. They not only worked on my ankle, taking into account the sport I was trying to get back into, but also took a holistic look to identify areas I could work on outside of just my ankle. The facility is super clean, neat, and everyone - the PTs, the assistants, the admins - is extremely welcoming and kind. This was my first PT experience, and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here. Thank you guys!

Experiencia negativa: Checked with them about my insurance, made an appointment, talked to them again about my insurance a different time, confirmed my appointment, got there and was told they don't accept my insurance and won't see me. I waited for weeks for this appointment. I could have been getting treatment elsewhere by now.

Experiencia negativa: I had hoped for a professional and engaged approach to my recovery, but my experience with Luc was unfortunately disappointing. The sessions felt more like a casual exercise class than true physical therapy, with exercises that I could easily do at home and very little hands-on therapeutic care. It often seemed like the therapist was just trying to pass the time rather than providing meaningful treatment, which left me questioning the commitment to my recovery. Physical therapy should offer a level of specialized, attentive care, and that just wasn’t my experience here. Sadly, I didn’t feel I was receiving the dedication or expertise expected from a healthcare provider, and I won’t be returning.

Specialized Physical Therapy Solutions responded to my initial appointment request quickly, and I was able to begin PT almost immediately. Paymon was extremely knowledgeble, helpful, attentive to my needs, and overall a great person to talk to and work with. I'm immensely grateful for his help with my recovery and I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for PT.

Also, they listen very carefully and adjust the treatment to relieve the pain. The prescribed training sets are also doable at home within a reasonable time. When I initially started therapy I was uncomfortable with walking, but after the therapy I was able to go back to my normal schedule.

Paymon was one of the nicest people I've ever met, I came in with a torn ACL, in pain, and unable to do anything besides sitting or laying around. Nine weeks later, I'm able to walk just fine, squat, and move up and down the stairs with not problem. Unfortunately I had to stop at nine weeks because I'm going to school out of town, but if I wasn't, I would 100% stay. Special thanks to all the PT assistants who would give me college advice and talk to me. Much Love.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to Specialized Physical Therapy after an ACL reconstruction surgery on my left knee. In a little over 3 months, I went from being unable to walk without two crutches to being able to jog short distances. The physios that I worked with were all very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Their communication practices are also solid, even if I couldn't schedule with Paymon who was my usual physio, Luc and Tiffany were always up to date on my recovery and knew exactly where to pick off. They also respond quickly, I could always just call in and there would be someone to pick up almost any time of the day. Had a great experience overall and I'd strongly recommend this to anyone seeking physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I spent about 6 months here recovering from a Bankart Labrum repair including a month of pre-surgery therapy. It was a smooth ride right from the get go. The staff are friendly, professional and pay a lot of attention to detail. The facility is spacious and well equipped, allowing for a wide range of recovery exercises and programs. My recovery program was perfectly designed, and ensured that I was making steady progress and being adequately challenged. The therapists frequently assessed my progress ensuring all my questions and concerns were addressed while dynamically updating my recovery plan. They were able to clearly describe the reasoning and objectives behind all the steps of the recovery program and were also quick to suggest alternatives and supplemental exercises based on the equipment I had access to at home. She is professional, super friendly, gentle, knowledgeable and has a diverse skill set that provided multiple solutions and resources for my recovery. She became my personal trainer as I transitioned back into a gym to continue my progress. Angel was also outstanding, easy to talk to and made the exercises a pleasant experience. Aaron also has a great motivating style to keep you on target. Asia will always greet you at reception with a smile and genuinely asks how your are doing. I really enjoyed my visits, the conversations and the healing they provided. I'm really happy to be swimming and biking again! Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Specialized for any physical therapy needs. I worked with Specialized to rehabilitate my knee after having surgery to fix a patellar tendon rupture. I worked with Paymon, and occasionally with Luc or Tiffany. All 3 of them are extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. I always felt challenged, but never pushed past my limits. All the PT assistants were great as well - they would watch me do my exercises and prepare equipment for me. They were all friendly and fun conversationalists. They have a large new open facility and it never feels cramped in there. PTs work with you for a large portion of the session, and then you finish off by completing exercises with the aids. The PTs are much more hands on at this clinic than other clinics I've been to in the past where you don't get much face time with the PT and just work with a bunch of different aids. Overall had a great experience at Specialized, they made my rehab process really enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: Had the opportunity to work with Paymon to address ankle pain while playing basketball. During my assessment, he determined my glutes were very weak which are needed for a dynamic sport like basketball. We came up with a game plan to increase my ankle mobility and strengthen my legs/ankle muscles to support my activities. After a month and half I was able to resume my activities pain free. Many thanks to Paymon and the Specialized PT team for helping me get back on track.

I feel well taken care of. The place itself is modern and has a welcoming feel to it. Shoutout to the PT assistants - Justin, Lorena and Brandon for making sure I get through all my exercises with correct form. I have also worked with Tiffany occasionally and she is pretty good too. Experiencia fantástica: I first started going to Specialized Physical Therapy Solutions back in early 2021. I worked with Paymon for a nagging hip injury that halted my active lifestyle. He was awesome, thorough, and so patient with me. After many weeks together I found out I had actually torn my labrum and needed surgery. But Paymon was still able to get me to a healthy and strong enough state to successfully complete a once in a lifetime backpacking trip. Fast forward to Fall of 2021 after my surgery was complete, I started working with Tiffany. I felt like I had never left! Tiffany was so great, informative, and very easy to work with. She helped rehab me from zero weight bearing on crutches, back to hiking and running in no time. So grateful for this facility, and to have my lifestyle back!

I came in for tibia and tibial plateau fractures affecting my knee and leg, and after a few visits I was already walking. The progress was exponential from there. The facility is very clean and the trainers are so friendly. Great atmosphere all around! Physical therapy is hard work but I never dreaded it thanks to the entire team at Specialized Physical Therapy Solutions. Hoping to avoid injuries for a while, but if I break myself again I know who to call!

I paid what they asked me to and then surprised to receive a bill for additional payment. The help line they provided for me to find out about the bill does not work. I did not have any other option but to pay. Such a waste of time dealing with them.

I called Specialized Physical Therapy solutions and the receptionist picked up the phone and was able to fit me into their schedule very quickly. Rachel was my physical therapist. She is a very upbeat person, listened to my problem and was able to help me with a program. By the time I had completed the treatments my knee was no longer in pain. I also worked with other members of the team and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy.

My PCP recommended I go to physical therapy 2x weekly for 4 weeks. I am currently uninsured so affordable rates was a major selling point for me. After doing some homework and calling around, I stumbled on this gem. I first spoke with Chelsea, who was very warm and welcoming in her demeanor, which really stood out from the other calls I made. Scheduled my first visit at the rate of $80-$90 per session while uninsured. This was definitely a relief as most other clinics were charging much higher self-pay rates. During my visits, I worked with Rachel who was very personable, professional and attentive to all needs. Despite giving everyone in there a hard time, she worked closely with me and I was able to reach my therapy goal by the end of our 4 weeks. I definitely can't properly express in this review how great of an experience I had working with them. If you are hesitant, I encourage you to give them a call and schedule your first visit with them. Everything else will fall into place!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Specialized Physical Therapy Solutions for about 3 months now (weekly session) for left knee ACL surgery rehab. Luc is a great physiotherapist. He makes you work hard; and the results have been great. We started off with simple stuff and gradually upp'ed the intensity. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in case of any queries/questions. His support staff are courteous and make sure that you work on all the exercises. I have had tremendous improvements in terms of mobility, strengthening and motion ranges.

After the first week of working with Luc I could function without having to think about pain in my thigh -it was diminished. By the the I finished with my Physical Therapy sessions the pain was completely gone. Janet and Luc make sure you are doing exercises correctly by having you do them there each time. This method ensures that you are doing the exercisesand that you are doing them totally correct. The staff is very professional and do everything they can to accommodate your needs and schedule. If I ever need Physical Therapy again I would only go to Luc.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is long overdue. I started physical therapy with Luc after neck surgery a few years ago. I was still wearing a cervical collar and told him I was frustrated because it was painful to do simple everyday tasks. He immediately showed me better body mechanics, including how to roll in and out of bed. His responsiveness convinced me that he had concern for his patients and I would get excellent care. I was not disappointed. Luc is a skilled clinician with a good sense of humor. He listens, shows respect, and fosters a team approach. Shortly before I ended treatment, he taught me how to proficiently swing a golf club, so I would protect my neck AND make better contact with the ball. It worked! The trainers are mostly college students with an interest in pursuing a career in the field. Their conscientiousness and enthusiasm inspired me to push my limits. I know they had excellent training and Luc’s supervision insured I did my exercises in good form. I have had two more referrals for related conditions. Without hesitation, I returned so I could benefit from Luc’s expertise and familiarity with my history. On both occasions I was pleased with the results. I recently had cardio surgery. When I was ready for out-patient physical therapy, I contacted Luc. Since my neck problem was adversely impacting my cardio rehab, I was relieved to learn he could treat both conditions simultaneously. I agree with the other reviews that Specialized Physical Therapy Solutions deserves more than the maximum 5 Stars.

I saw Luc for approximately three months pre-surgery and chose to return to work with Luc for three months of post-surgical physical therapy. Experiencia fantástica: Had hip replacement 2 years ago which did not go as hoped; suffering with chronic pain since. The surgeon wanted to redo the surgery so began looking for less aggressive options. After 2 months with Luc I am now completely off pain medication and walking with reasonable comfort. I am beginning to engage in all the activities I enjoyed before the surgery. Will most likely go back next year for a tune up.

Luc helped me to walk again and I was able to go back to work, which involves 6-8 hours of standing) after just 2 weeks with him. I had persistent back pain after my accident for 2 months.
