Experiencia negativa: This is Yuna Hu, and I'd like this message to reach Christy Castle. I'd like to submit a complaint of how I have been used as a pawn for Christy's internal company politics without my knowledge or consent. My therapist Gary Kang informed me that two weeks ago, he received an email from Christy, the VP of Finance, that one of his patients was chatting with another of his patients, as if to get him in trouble. In their following communications, Christy specified my initials, YH. How dare you! I'm not involved in what goes on behind the scenes as I am just a patient, but Christy dragged me into it and used me in an attempt to attack my therapist, whom I truly appreciate and respect for all the hard work he's done for me in helping me feel better. I feel used, violated, offended, and betrayed by the business that I gave my information to and patronized. I am disappointed that MORE Physical Therapy is a business where people in the back office can stoop so low as to drag innocent patients into their internal conflicts. I'm glad Gary let me know that my initials were used, because when I asked if this ever happened before, he informed me that yes, in fact, Christy has used me in a similar unethical fashion multiple times to criticize him! Previously, in January I posted a 5-Star Review at the MORE - Silver Creek Clinic, stating how I genuinely feel about my experiences with Gary. The next day, Gary received an email from Christy berating him for soliciting reviews from patients! Is your first impression when an employee receives praise, that it is undeserved and patients don't know what they're talking about? To think you should harass an employee who earned such detailed commendation! That is so rude! I spent a good amount of time putting down my thoughts so that other people could see how good of a therapist he is. I told him, and I tell you now, my words came from the bottom of my heart. Instead of appreciating my review, you interpret it as low-value, dishonest and want to hurt my therapist. Who does that? Wouldn't you want the public to know how good their team is? The crux of my complaint is this: I am furious, outraged that someone has used me to go against Gary. If someone from the back office has a problem with me, shouldn't they reach out to me directly? Instead of blaming my therapist? This is not the way to solve problems, by taking the most roundabout communication and disgracing yourself, and by extension, the company you work for, with this ridiculous hostility! Shame on you! As long as this continues, I will never come back as a patient. And when I finish my DPT program, I will never consider nor recommend my colleagues to work here. However. If you want reconciliation, here is what I need from you: I need Christy to write me an apology for involving me, a patient, nonconsensually, in her political schemes. I also need her to write an apology to Gary for using his patient to criticize him. You have my consent to contact me through my email: [redacted]. If I do not get a written apology from Christy by August 9, 2024 at 11:59 pm, or if I feel the email does not demonstrate her truly atoning for her actions, then I will repost this complaint onto your page as a 1-Star Review, because you haven't demonstrated you appreciate 5-Star Reviews. Or your employees. Or your clients. If the above requirement is not met, I would also require a full refund of my out-of-pocket visits at MORE.

Experiencia fantástica: Ron Kaminski &Anna Lawrence &Disha are amazine.They are so good at there therapy it's unbelievable its so helping me.I had extream spine surgery in June I'm 79 and Ron the orner said when we are through with u you will fill 39 not 79 its working.Thanks Ron you should be cloned.And Disha a mini Ron love them all there.Anna your amazine as well.Everyone is so friendly makes u feel like family there.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this place. The place is super busy and the therapist spends 30mins (you’re paying for full hr) with you and then you’re passed on to their assistant/new hires and some times you have to wait to get a bed. They're not honest and upfront when it comes to billing. I called their billing department a few times to find the exact amount I would be responsible for and the billing representative kept telling me once you hit your deductible this is the amount you will be paying and we have submitted it to your insurance so don’t worry about you don’t have to pay right now. Once I hit my deductible I called back to find out the final amount and the billing representative was rude and kept repeating that she had explained and I was responsible for this huge amount now. I’m new to this whole insurance system here and wanted to know the exact amount. I do not recommend this place at all.

Experiencia negativa: Friendly staff, just too busy and understaffed. Definitely go somewhere else if you need to book more than one session a week.

Experiencia negativa: I came here for treating my disk herniation and while I was improving for 2 weeks my pain got worse than day 1 during one of my visits. My physical therapist was helpful but the problem here is that the therapists are not hands on. They rely on aides to show excersizes and perform procedures. These people are untrained and one of them injured my herniated disk further by incorrectly performing a traction procedure which increased my pain levels so much that I found myself in an ambulance a couple of days later. Please avoid this place and find a knowledgeable physical therapist who is also hands on or at least supervises while excersizes and procedures are being done. Also I later found that traction is a really old procedure and known to cause issues with a herniated disk. Physical Therapy has moved on to more advanced procedures like PEMF and SWD so this place is definitely not state of the art and use methods that may make things better or worse for you. Overall I think More is just operating like a franchise in San Jose that will be most likely to accept your insurance but least likely to cure you and I would avoid all locations and find a good local therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about Mark and his team. Went in with a herniated deck disc and a pain level of 10+ My Doctor only wanted to give me pain narcotics, while I was skeptical at first using a chiropractor, Mark and his team are much more that that. Mark took the time to explain your issues, more than my Doctor every did, and after only two sessions my pain is down to a 4 and getting better each day. Thank you Mark and your great Team

Experiencia negativa: I would highly recommend to stay away from them. I went in for some pain around my knee and provided them my insurance details many days before the appointment. I asked them how much I would be charged and they told me it would all go to the insurance and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Now they have sent me a bill. I called the insurance and they told me that when the provider calls them they provide details about the patients deductible, coverage etc and so MORE physical would have clearly known I have to pay out of pocket. Not sure if they were blatantly dishonest or made a mistake. But worst of all I called them and asked multiple times to provide me medical details of the injury I have, the procedures they performed and what recommendations they have for me in general to heal well and nada. They never provided me with anything as of today. So please be aware and take your PT needs elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding physical therapists and attentive assistants. The building is not much to look at inside or out, but the quality of PT is excellent. Small parking lot is wrapped around the building, but I have always found a spot. Highly recommend this group.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Eastland is an immensely talented chiropractor. Several years of damage to my neck was undone by him. Now, I rarely experience pain.

Experiencia fantástica: More Physical Therapy has a team of therapists and aides who provide a welcoming atmosphere and make sure to get you back into shape after any injury.

Experiencia fantástica: I ve been to More twice now and both times I couldn t be more pleased with the results. After knee surgery, they helped me get back to running and I actually ran my best times in the last 10 years. More recently, I dislocated my shoulder and have been able to avoid surgery through a number of strengthening exercises and other therapies. They have a good mix of experienced, top notch therapists and younger staff who are also quite knowledgeable. Everyone has a great attitude and shows a lot of patience, even towards grumpy, injured guys such as myself. I've been to a couple other physical therapists, and the More Clinic is more than a cut above.
