Experiencia negativa: Moved to the area and was looking for a new PCP. Front desk staff were rude and uninviting when I showed for my appointment, and didn't even greet me until I asked for help. The tech who did my intake and the PA were nice when I came in for a regular checkup, but when I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Parikh a few months later he was late, eating during the call, and very dismissive of my questions or concerns. They also seem to really push for physical therapy and invoice you even before services are rendered, so theres that too.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled an appointment(Video) based on the positive reviews. During the appointment, he suggested physical therapy, which I attended afterward. The appointment was hardly 20 minutes and I got billed for 45 minutes. The physical therapy session lasted only about 60 minutes and consisted of a self-evaluation and a few exercises. Additionally, I was charged for a 90-minute session with incorrect billing codes. I wouldn't recommend this health provider. I think all the positive review are not genuine. No help from Staff and they just told they billed accurately and don't care about the time. This is unacceptable, the billing should ideally be prorated. I received less billing from the specialist doctor with scan than I did from my physical therapist for 20 minutes of stretching.

After waiting two full hours in his waiting room, he finally saw me—for all of 15 rushed minutes. I mentioned I was feeling financially stressed after recently having my first child, and instead of showing any compassion, he used it as an excuse to squeeze more money out of me. He told me I’d need to schedule another visit (not covered under my physical) just to go over blood work. Then six months later, I was blindsided by a charge for a psychological evaluation—something I never consented to and certainly didn’t receive. Apparently, admitting you’re stressed is enough for this doctor to pad the bill with made-up codes. To top it all off, I never heard a single word about my blood test results. No call, no follow-up, nothing. Either everything was fine and he couldn’t be bothered, or there were issues he just didn’t care enough to explain. This doctor is the epitome of what’s wrong with modern healthcare—greedy, dishonest, and completely disconnected from patient care. Avoid him at all costs

Despite their claim of valuing patient feedback, they have consistently ignored our emails and now I see that they have responded publicly on Google Reviews. Clearly shows how much patients matter to them. It's astonishing that they can respond to a public review but ignore direct emails from patients. This clearly demonstrates a lack of genuine concern for patient satisfaction. Their response shifts the blame to insurance companies, yet they themselves are responsible for sending incorrect billing codes. The insurance company explicitly stated that if the correct preventive care code for the annual physical was used, it would be covered. However, Parikh Health flatly refused to correct this, citing a deceptively worded consent form that patients were expected to interpret. The consent form was ambiguous and misleading, trapping patients into additional charges. This is not a minor oversight but a systemic issue that needs to be addressed. Parikh Health's actions demonstrate a lack of transparency and accountability in their billing practices. They should take responsibility for their mistakes and work towards providing clear, accurate billing information to patients. Another incident I would like to highlight. After my physiotherapy appointment, I was supposed to be provided with basic videos and pictures. However, in a shocking display of unprofessionalism, they refused to provide these materials unless I scheduled another appointment. It took multiple calls and emails—over five to six attempts—and bringing to their attention the egregious overcharging (initially quoted as $200 but billed as $520) before they finally sent the videos. This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of respect for patients' time and money. I absolutely cannot recommend this provider. There is clear lack of commitment to patient satisfaction and transparency here. Also, I see similar reviews posted before with exactly the same issues. Please don't repeat our mistake of not checking these reviews before visiting here.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any medical provider. The service provided was shockingly poor, and their billing practices are deceptive, misleading, and borderline unethical. Initially, they gave me a cost estimate that turned out to be completely inaccurate—I ended up being charged 40% more than what they quoted for my physiotherapy visit (which they tried to justify as a one time charge that was never mentioned while scheduling). On top of that, I was hit with another unexpected bill for a follow-up visit to my annual physical that was simply meant to review my lab results. I was also billed for 30 minutes for a video call that took barely 10-15 minutes at most. Their consent form is intentionally ambiguous and confusing, clearly designed to trap patients into paying extra charges. It is completely unreasonable for any medical practice to expect patients to interpret complex blood work lab reports on their own without a proper follow-up visit. Reviewing lab results should be included as part of the initial consultation and care plan—not treated as a separate chargeable appointment. To add insult to injury, their billing team is astoundingly rude, dismissive, and entirely unresponsive. I have sent tens of emails attempting to resolve these billing issues and clarify the charges, but have not received a single reply or acknowledgment from them except some curt ones not addressing the main questions. After experiencing all this frustration, I checked other Google Reviews and discovered that many others have faced similar problems with hidden charges, overbilling, and extremely poor customer service. Clearly, this organization has a chronic issue with transparency and accountability. In fact, if you look at all the newest reviews, most of them show a very negative experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, disrespectful treatment, and complete lack of transparency—take your business elsewhere. You will only face pain and frustration.

Went in for my regular checkup, was told to get blood work done as expected. After they got the reports, they told me to come in for a follow up because of abnormalities in the report. Follow up appointment was 10 mins long telling me to start taking supplements for vitamins B12 and D3, something that is completely normal and could have been communicated over the portal. Was shocked to get a bill of 266$ for the follow up visit. After many months of fighting with them, they got it down to 166$ which is still unjustified. Will not be going back and recommend staying away from this place.

I met with Dr. Patel and Dr. Parikh for less than 30 minutes each, the assessment was done in less than 2 minutes and then they shown me simple stretching techniques that I knew from 1st grade. The magic is that they charged me in total of 1707 dollars for this little conversation. 1707$, like how can you be this scam. Avoid this place at all cost!

I went to this health provider for a very simple check up, I haven't seen a specialist or went on surgery. It was a simple physical check up and it took 30 minutes total, but this health provider charged over 45 minutes. I asked for the patient statement, had radio silence, and finally got it, but it had two different billing codes. They used the billing code that made it much higher price charged. Also, I had the follow up check-in after the blood test and it was a virtual call for 12 minutes, but they charged 45 minutes billing code. Their front desk staff doesn't know anything about the billing and they initially told me to just go home because it will be fully covered by the insurance. The billing department is very difficult to get in touch with and they just go radio silence if I ask any questions for corrections. I talked to the lawyer, health advocate, insurance companies and they all agreed that this health provider is outrageous in billing and recommended me to file for complaint and fraud. I got in touch with the doctor but not helpful. I got even more frustrated as the doctor kept accusing me that I am making things up and the billing is done by "AI." AI?? I have all the records on my phone and it is apparent that the billing was incorrect, but why would you even say about AI? I do NOT recommend this place and am filing the complaint and fraud for further investigation.

The doctor is nice; however be ware of the multiple billings, they billed the Pap smear exam to annual physical, causing a lot of issue in the insurance claim, and also send a separate bill from quest diagnostics lab for the same Pap test. I will rather go somewhere else next time.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Parikh himself is great but the systems set up are pathetic. I had more than a couple of not great instances which prompted me to move away. My spouse had a gut test done and she tested positive for an issue which required treatment. There was no communication from the clinic for almost the entire year until we went back for our annuals and happened to ask for the results. 2nd is when I was sick and sought an appointment with Dr. Parikh and it wasn’t available for over a month. That is still understandable. Not great but I can live with that explanation. But next I was told that if I am sick then I should seek a video appointment. I mean, why do we have a doctor in the first place then? It’s ridiculous and it did tick me off. 3rd when I retaliated for precisely the above reason, I was routed to a physician assistant. The person gave me prescription medicines to take in the next 3 days if I don’t happen to get better. But the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy.

He spent 5 minutes with me and ordered what I thought was the standard bloodwork related to preventative care - he did not stay around for me to ask questions or describe next steps other than to come back when the labs were ready. My next appointment was a zoom call which I assumed would be more convenient - however it was another hour wait with zero communication until I called and texted his office - he again spent 5 minutes telling me “everything looks good”. 2 months after my appointment I was billed for an hourlong office appointment as opposed to preventative care. His office never picks up to resolve and he outsources his payment processing. Overall, I will never go back and will never suggest his practice to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: I had booked an appointment with Dr.Parikh to discuss results of my MRI. Reached at 8.55 AM for a 9 AM appointment. I waited till 10.15 AM and still hadn't met the doctor with no information about when I could meet him. I just got platitudes on how the doctor will be with me soon. This was also not the first time I was made to wait beyond a reasonable timespan. Every appointment I have had here was delayed. They do not value our time at all. I had to take time off from my work to meet the doctor and had to leave without the consultation. And it looks like this is a regular feature with this clinic going by other reviews. They were also ridiculously expensive for the treatment they provided me. I would never go back again.

You can’t reach anyone in the office to give you any idea about what’s happening. They are very good with charging patients before the appointment but never show up for the appointment. Experiencia negativa: Went to this clinic for my immigration exams and I regret! They took my blood pressure, it was high and I usually don’t have it at that high like never, told them that and they didn’t think about checking it again trying another arm or anything, after leaving the clinic checked at another place and there it was the normal blood pressure I usually have. Wondering if their device needed to be adjusted. After that they ask me some blood work and when I got to the lab they told me to go they hadn’t send my order over 3 days later. We had to call them several times in order to get the right information I needed for my labs. What was supposed to be a 20 minutes visit to the lab became over an hour. All because this clinic messed up in all ways possible.

Experiencia negativa: I could give 0 star if possible. this is scam. I had small knee injury and Dr. Parikh had me just keep doing PT for almost 7 months even though it was not recovering. Physical therapy costed me more than $1500 which went to his clinic of-course. When I visited another dr in India, he treated me with PRP treatment(<$500) and I could see result in less than one month. For young person like me he made me keep coming to PT and didn't treat me right probably to get more money out of their physical therapy business. On top of that office keeps generating wrong bills and charge exorbant money. He is of such a great demeanor that I didn't even realize that Dr doesn't really care!!! such a scam and misuse of people's trust!

He makes an effort to call back even after his office hours. When my husband was ill overseas, he communicated (after office hours ) on how to stabilize him for his return flight home. His front office staff (Josh) is amazingly responsive to our requests. He is a valuable asset to Dr Parikh’s office. Gaby (nurse) is also very flexible and if Josh is busy, she solves issues. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Dr Parikh for 3 years and I meant to write this review after my first visit but never got to it… I can’t describe how thankful I am to have found their office (I was new to California). Not only is Dr Parikh professional snd knowledgeable but the staff are absolutely wonderful, I don’t know how many times I’ve called with silly questions and was greeted with assurance, validation, and advice. I was able to book appointments within hours, I had a knee injury from snowboarding and my appointment was booked right away it only took 1 phone call- and the fact that Dr Parikh specializes in sports medicine was the cherry on top, I had the option of starting PT right there in office. I’ve went in a few times for my back pain too, for vitamin shots, for annual physicals and regular sick care. To be honest I’ve never waited long to see Dr Parikh, but I know sometimes the wait is longer than usual and I can appreciate it because when I’m being seen I have his undivided attention. I like that he respects each patient to give them that attention instead of rushing through. I was new to California back then, and so I’ve experienced some doctors office visits prior that weren’t so pleasant. That’s why I knew I had to write this review. I even dragged my boyfriend to see Dr Parikh for his health concerns and he’s very satisfied as well. I remember last year I was getting blood work done at CVS or something and the lady was giving me trouble with my paperwork, I was so frustrated and having a horrible day, I called the office and asked if they can help by faxing the paperwork directly to CVS - I will never forget how Josh answered the phone and was able to help me. He said “I’ll take care of it, I’ll call them right now. Don’t worry about a thing” and 5 minutes later CVS was calling me to come back in. Now here we are 3 years and 3 insurances later,. If you guys are reading this thank you for always taking care of me the way you do!

I canceled my appointment due doctor will not be office email after they charged my card $50 no show fee when I talked with them they said we will refund it but no they didn’t refund. Their phone operator liar. So I recommend to go different place. Like action urgent care. They don’t charge for no show fee.

I was seen by Dr. Parikh and a med student- both very professional, friendly , and helpful in answering my questions after my physical. This was my second visit and it went better than expected.
