Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Bowne is the absolute best. My husband and I come here at least once a week for everything. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Chloe is always so sweet, Jenny is a great acupuncturist, and all the massage therapists are great! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Experiencia fantástica: I tore my ACL and meniscus in November of 2020. Unfortunately work comp started me at a different physical therapy place before I did my own research and started going to Valencia Sports Med. I cannot give enough praise to the physical therapists and program. After a year of intense and appropriate rehabilitation I am back to work and playing sports at a high level.

Experiencia fantástica: As a longtime college basketball coach, I have come across a lot of healthcare professionals from coast to coast and I can say without hesitation, that the group at VSM is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Doctors Bowne & Mitchell head an outstanding chiropractic division and Sonia Zapata’s physical therapy team is second to none. They quickly identify the strengths and weaknesses of each patient and put a plan together that gets each individual on the road to a quick and successful recovery.

She is very knowledgeable and caring. She provides the latest and most advanced techniques to help you heal as fast as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: It has been 17+ years of intense and often entirely debilitating back & hip pain for me. Due to my young age for such an intense claim, I was unable to get someone to really hear and help me. Dr. Mitchell took the time to hear and dig further BEFORE touching me. He ordered what felt like every scan possible only to find that I have an extensive (almost decades old) injury that has become quite nasty in its attempts at correcting itself, hence the years of pain. From Dr. Mitchell and his team of therapists I was sent to Sonia for physical therapy. Her work can hurt like hell, but dang it after 4-weeks with her, I am on my third day of NO PAIN. A fancy dance move (joking) or sloppy step and of course my injuries give me a sharp reminder that I am not "healed." I'd rather be actively healing with this fun and effective crew, than trapped in the lonely dark black hole of no movement or painfully limited movement any day.

The employees treat the patients like family doing anything they can to help. I am Sober and feel confident I will stay that way! As a courtesy, this facility provides breakfast, lunch, coffee and water. Many people entering the program are not eating right, or well, so the meals are much appreciated. I've made a few friends in this Rehab, this is Not easy for me. The love and support has been amazing and I have no doubt will contribute to my success in remaining sober. Experiencia fantástica: Top notch facility with the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t imagine playing at a professional level again if it wasn’t for Dr Mitchell, Sonya, and their great staff. I only wish I would’ve started coming in, utilizing them earlier in my career with ankle sprains and less serious injuries that tend to linger in order to heal faster and build back stronger. Also, I might add in my few months with them I met a lot of people from all walks of life from young athletes, kids, seniors, moms, people with high intense jobs on their feet all day, to your average joe. They made everyone feel comfortable and really took their time helping each individual. 6 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: The answer is yes. I have a complex situation with my back as a result of scoliosis surgical repair over 20 years ago. I have been to many chiropractors seeking relief so I can live everyday life and take care of my family. Others have helped to a point but I held out hope that there was more that could be done. Dr. Mitchell gave me relief at my first visit and presented a reasonable treatment plan that worked within the structural bounds of my situation. It took work with the amazing PT Sonya and there were days I didn't love what I had to do, I realized in spite of the discomfort I was getting better and more functional! Wow, freedom to live life and take care of my family better. I'm still under care. Looking forward to continuing to make progress. Experiencia fantástica: Love the care given by Dr. Mitchell and his therapists. Always friendly and Dr. M spends more time with you than the average chiropractor. It's not just a quick adjustment and you're gone, he actually spends time to explain exercises that might help prevent future injuries along with basic body movements that might be contributing to the problem. The facility is awesome, with space for PT and exercise rehabilitation as well.

Experiencia negativa: Only reason I gave 2 is because the therapist was knowledgable. The people who bill though not so much. I had given my insurance card 2 days before my visit because did not want to be billed a full charge if insurance was not accepted and that's what happened. So thanks for giving out my number to whack insurance companies that over dial me, very easy to change my # by the way! You on other hand won't be getting the money!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is AWESOME! In October, 2019 I had rotator cuff surgery and I selected Valencia Sports Medicine to help me rehab my shoulder. In the beginning, I was apprehensive and scared. The staff was caring, considerate, friendly and always professional. Sonia, my physical therapist, was encouraging and helped me push through some challenging times. Today I have full range of motion in my shoulder and able to rebuild my strength going forward. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors, staff and the facility. All are top notch.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke. The definition of why people don’t like seeing chiropractors. Additionally in the middle of a pandemic, not a single staff member was wearing a mask and they didnt require anyone entering to wear a mask either. When I asked about this I was told it was personal preference and that if I was uncomfortable then I should leave. Cool.

Experiencia negativa: I was told that without exception, nShe is unavailable until the end of next week which means i would not get therapy for two weeks. my surgeon has prescribed therapy for a complex shoulder and humorous break three times a week for six weeks. all muscles will atrophy further unless i receive treatment. this is poor business practice if only one person, who is completely booked, is the gate keeper. I have the best insurance possible. It doesn't matter, hey will not see me. it doessnt matter how good the therapists are if they leave you with no way to get therapy for weeks and they don,t care if you take your business elsewhere. what has happened to our city? I'm sorry for any typos but i only have one able arm. i need intense therapy for a year. its a poorly run business that will turn that work away.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the best decision I made to get my body the help it needed! The entire staff was always professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The assistants, physical therapists, and Dr. Mitchell always explained what was going on with me, how they wanted to fix my pain and issues, and followed up remembering everything I did last. Stephanie did an amazing job breaking down each PT session so I knew how my body mechanics were being adjusted in the long run and made sure I got the rehab I needed. I noticed better mobility/functionality in my back, hips, and knee in the first 2 weeks and the pain subsided more and more every time. Continuing the exercises frequently at home or at the gym, I don’t have the issues I initially walked in with.
