Dr. Unruh is seriously the best; he's so understanding and really listens to what you have to say. The whole staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable, which is a huge plus. I like their check-in system and new portal.

Experiencia fantástica: I began to experience Vertigo on a daily basis. Everyone thought it was related to an ongoing virus. I felt a weird sensation in my neck when I would lie down and turn my head, left or right. Urgent Care was baffled and sent me home. I was frustrated and dizzy so I decided to book an appointment with Unruh Spine Center because I kept hearing about alignment of the neck and how it could cause vertigo. Dr. Unruh was confident from day one that not only could he help me but also make my vertigo go away. He did!! As promised he made all the pain and vertigo go away. Experiencia fantástica: My husband had been to several chiropractors over the years. No one would take the time to figure out why he was truly in pain until he finally found Dr Levine. My husband told him his issues and had him taking x-rays and an MRI within the first couple of adjustments to find out he had major damage to his L4/L5 vertebra and also a bulging/herniated disc. Dr Levine told him he had two options, surgery, or we could try decompression therapy and hope it would keep him off the operating table. After his 8th treatment his back pain started to go away. My husband hasn’t been without back pain in 20 years so for this to help even a little bit would be a miracle. My husband has continued decompression therapy and he believes this is gonna be what keeps him from a fusion surgery in the years to come. My husband and I would highly recommend Dr. Levine. He is a very thoughtful and caring individual that took the time to figure out what was truly wrong instead of just telling my husband to keep doing adjustments when that wasn’t working at all. The sign up and checkin process was easy and seamless including they offer texting versus calling for an appointment. They quickly assessed my insurance and provided it to me at the time of my appointment. I was seen by Dr Goss and he was outstanding. A true professional where he asked important questions and also listened carefully. The first adjustment helped provide some early pain relief but understanding that I’ll need additional sessions to work through the issue. Unruh offers multiple alternative treatments and I have my next appointment tomorrow. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia positiva: Dr Goss is great. Always able to help me with my sciatica, stress tension pain, along with my stiff neck. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the biller is never reachable. Have left several messages along with anthem blue cross customer service leaving 2 messages and never receiving a call. At one point I asked to speak with the biller while I was in the office and it was during the work week. The reception went to the back not even 2 minutes later she returned to say the biller worked from home. Not sure if the biller just didn't want to speak with me or if she truly worked from home. I left a message and never received a call back. I was also told that my acupuncture treatment was covered. Had 5-6 treatments. Months later I received a bill for $305. Since there biller never called me back anthem helped me figure out that the acupuncture was out-of-network. It would have been nice if I was told every time I checked out that she was out-of-network. I would have offered to pay cash every time I saw her instead I'm hit with a bill of $305. The other reason for the 3 stars goes back to the biller. I request all my receipts and compared them to my EOB's and noticed I was over charge over $100. If it wasn't for me seeing my EOB's I would have never known. I request to speak to the biller and of course was never reachable and never had any messages returned. Finally received a refund but had to request it via text. I had to text the receptionist to request a refund or they offered to have a credit on file. This of course was before I saw the acupuncturist. I even paid to have a certified letter mailed and delivered to Dr Goss in hopes that he is aware why he lost me and my husband as patients. They had lost me as a patient and all because of the biller and the way they have handled my bills and not notifying me about the out-of-network. And yes, I even asked prior to seeing the acupuncturist if she was covered and they said yes "your insurance covers acupuncture". I guess just not there acupuncturist!

He’s also a 3rd generation Chiropractor and has what we say a gift for literally identifying the cause of your pain by just touching you.

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to try acupuncture for the first time after having an aggravated pain on the left part of my neck. The staff is the most diligent and welcoming. You just hardly wait as the they make everything easy for you. I waited for the Dr. less than five minutes. The examination is very thorough. This Dr. really reads what you wrote in your history summary. His demeanor and bed manners are exceptional. He makes you feel important, as he listens to you intensely. The treatment with several needles placed on my limbs made the pain decrease by 80% in a 45-minute treatment. I'll go back to Dr. OH for a couple of more sessions. In the meantime, I'll consider him and his professional associates for other problems I may develop in the future. He gives you the sense that there is always hope for your problems

Experiencia fantástica: I literally crawled into the Unruh Spine Center Dr Unruh assessed me with a bulging disk and recommended a Decompression package. I went for it as my alternative was Surgery needless to say 15 decompressions later I am walking without a cane and ready to get back on the golf course. I was amazed at how he was able to assess my problem in such short order. He truly has a gift for this. Listen to him. His office is full of Great people who provide exceptional customer service.

Then i called back them and told them what happened they said it’s only one they have! Wow, think if people needs help they should have few specialist well sad. They need to think get back up too!

Experiencia negativa: First of all, I have no problem with the service provided by Unruh in terms of its chiropractors. They were quick and provided excellent service, and the representatives were professional and polite. My bad experience came from dealing with the insurance side of things. While I am also going to leave a negative review for Cigna, Unruh is mainly responsible for the $131 bill I received months after going in for 3 or 4 neck adjustments. Before paying or going in for my first adjustment, I asked the Unruh agent to confirm that my insurance would cover my care and how much it would cover. They confirmed the price of the visits for me and I paid it after each session in full and even asked them to reconfirm my insurance coverage. Overall, the 3 to 4 visits cost me $50 after insurance covered the rest. So, Unruh representatives claimed to confirm my insurance coverage twice. A few months later, I received a bill larger than what I had already paid for the chiropractic care. Concerned, I called Unruh and requested to speak to someone about my bill. A representative brought up my balance and insurance and confidently told me that I had paid in full and my insurance would cover the rest and told me to ignore the bills I was getting regarding chiropractic care. This was summer 2018, and now in summer 2019, I received a "courtesy" call from Unruh, telling me I would need to make a payment on my balance of $131 or they would send collections after me. After telling the representative about my situations and how Unruh told me not to pay the bill, all they offered was a weak apology and claimed that nothing could be done. So, after they confirmed I had paid in full twice AND advised me not to pay the excess bills, now I have to pay $131. I am certainly not happy with Unruh's billing processes.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had sciatica for about 9 months.. I went to SCOLI 3/24. My pain level was a 1-2. The Dr referred me to physical therapy. After starting physical therapy my pain immediately increased to 6-7 and my leg and foot became numb. The Dr ordered an MRI which showed the nerves abutting my S1 was what was causing my pain. The Dr ordered an injection into the nerve. I didn’t want to have the injection as “if” it worked the results would only last 2 months. That is when I went on a mission to find a Chiropractor, in hopes I could be helped. That is when I found Dr Unruh. I saw him for the first time 6/5/24. He adjusted me and I was 80% better. . I have seen Dr Unruh 3 times and I am almost pain free. If you are having pain anywhere, see Dr Unruh ASAP. He is a great Dr and a wonderful human.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE Dr. Unruh! Last year I slipped on some ice plant and fell down my front yard hill slope, ouch! Every so often my knee would 'catch' for lack of a better word and I was in so much pain, I could not walk or get out of bed. Dr. Unruh said a ligament was out of place, treated my leg and my knee no longer 'catches' nor am I in any pain. I also receive a laser treatment on my knee while I am in the office for maintenance at a discount. Dr. Unruh has the BEST laser ever! I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I hurt my leg 11 years ago, and it has steadily hurt every single day and night for all 11 of these years. Since then I have paid tens of thousands of dollars on doctors and gotten no results at all. I've had nerve conduction studies done, I've done physical therapy, I've bought expensive Tens electroshock machines and gone through years of painful therapy (which helped slightly but wore off after a day). They've xrayed my hips, lower back, ankle, done MRIs of my ankle and knee. I've been to 3 different sports medicine guys, all of it ends with "we can't see anything" and the suggestion there's no reason for me to come back. Then I go home and I can't sleep at night because I'm in so much pain. I went in to get acupuncture with literally no expectations. I have no prior opinion or knowledge about acupuncture beyond what I learned watching Kung Fu Panda. Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk person was knowledgable and helpful. The acupuncturist Kristen Escalera was understanding, knowledgeable, humble, explained what she was doing, and the procedure itself was surprisingly painless. The incredible thing is that not only did I not have any pain at all when I left, I had no pain at all for a couple days after. When it did come back, it came back much lighter than usual, and went away much more quickly. I have had a couple follow up appointments since then (just went 10 days since last treatment over the holiday) and it seems like the effects of this have lasted longer and been more effective than any medicine or massage or device I've tried on it. It's amazing to finally be going back to living a normal life after all this time. Wish I'd found the place sooner.

I found this center shortly after I gave birth to my daughter as she favored turning her head in one direction and not the other, which interfered with breast feeding. After the first adjustment with Dr. Kelly, our daughter immediately began looking both ways. With her continued patience and expertise, after a few sessions, we were able to discharge her from these services. I have been receiving adjustments for years and after birth experienced intensified shoulder and neck pain due to breast feeding and my posture holding our newborn. I have been attending continuous PT sessions with Dr. Louie and adjustments with Dr. Unruh. Both services are individualized and although this location is constantly busy, I have never felt rushed or dismissed. The quality of services provided and the convenience of receiving multiple services under one roof is a game changer. Not only that, but scheduling appointments is a breeze and can be done through texting! Cathy is always so quick to take care of my needs and schedule my next appointment. Every time I’m there, the staff is so kind, positive, and very helpful- especially Gabi! Forever grateful for all of you!

My wife introduced me to Dr. Unruh, and the work he has done on my body has restored me to be able to continue what I love. Recently, he suggested that I receive shock wave therapy for my shoulder from Dr. Levine. The shockwave therapy took years of scar tissue and removed it after the first treatment. After completing the package of therapy, my shoulder feels brand new! I plan to continue coming here for years to come.
