Experiencia fantástica: I arrived a day early at the radiology department on Airway Drive. The person at the desk was good enough to take the time to ask the staff if they could work me into the schedule…..and they did. I was so appreciative of the staffs’ extra effort to solve a problem that they were not responsible for. Many thanks

Experiencia negativa: I was referred to pain management after my knee replacement 4 months ago. in the day IAM fine but I suffer from night pain it's bad anyway the pain management doctor Yulia was horrible she disregarded my pain and stereotyped me and did nothing but talk about my weight I continue to stay there thinking that maybe she would end up listening to me I really pressed through the appointment but I got nothing done she did not hear a word I said all she kept talking about is my weight I left the office with no pain management help. I lay here suffering it is 1:42 a.m. and in pain and cannot sleep because of the pain. I feel that the medical doctors have failed me and it's sad very sad my suggestion is whoever is seeking pain management don't do it you'll feel even worse you'll will start feeling as if it's your fault you'll start feeling as if you did something wrong to make the medical team treat you so poorly. I don't know what my future holds for my severe night pain from my knee replacement I'm hoping I can get the courage to reach out to the supervisor and the chairman of Sutter I won't be silenced easy.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and professional staff from the front desk to the intake nurse to the doctor. All top notch. Good location in nice, spacious building. Nothing but good to report on this experience. Plus you can call and find out the wait time before coming in and whether or not it's the right place for you to go for your issue. All good!

Experiencia fantástica: There are several Sutter facilities located throughout Santa Rosa, depending on your needs. I was having trouble getting an appointment with my regular doctor, but it was suggested that I try the clinic located at the North Bay Health Plaza. With extended hours and no appointment needed, this was a solution to getting to see a doctor right away. I was familiar with this facility because this was where I was sent to get my initial Covid immunization shots. The are numerous services provided here, but I can only speak for the Covid shots and same day clinic. Both are run very efficiently, and staffed with caring nurses and doctors.

Experiencia positiva: Have had several procedures done at this hospital. Have always had nice Drs and Nurses. Had my chemo port installed and removed here. They dont do twilight sleep, but there the option for IV anxiety and pain drugs during quick procedures which I was glad to have during chemo port install. I did not use the drugs for its removal and was fine Dr used a local.
Experiencia negativa: Misinformed scheduling staff has left me with an over $500 bill for what I though was a fully covered preventative visit. I was on the phone for over an hour with scheduling while they confirmed that my insurance was within the Sutter network. After taking the woman's recommendation for a new patient visit with one of their doctors I thought all was good. I arrived at the facility for what I thought was a women's health check through the OBGYN department, I was directed to family medicine (a bit odd...). My doctor was not an OB and I was instead having a primary care practitioner appointment, with some women's health included. Dr. Alvarez was very pleasant, but the bill I received in the mail a few weeks later was infuriating. I would not have chosen Sutter WHILE HAVING INSURANCE if I wanted to pay out of network prices and be sent to the wrong department for my needs. Very unprofessional and now I'm stuck with a bill for a doctor I will never see again.
Experiencia fantástica: Nice place , big office lots of parking lots of doctors, only been here a few times but i think its nice.
