Experiencia fantástica: Last spring, I started going spinal decompression treatment with Dr Ridgeway . Using a cane , I went in with severe pain from spondylothesis in two areas of my lumbar spine. I also went in with five bulging discs in my low back and horrific sciatica pain radiating down my right leg . After 30 treatments , he was able to shift the vertebrae partway back to the correct position . Some of the pain in the low back has decreased and I no longer use a cane . The sciatica pain has gone from radiating tingling and shooting pain to a dull pain. I am mostly walking upright and can walk for longer periods of time . Wanting to heal completely and improve my overall health, I have started Zerona treatment with Dr Ridgeway to loose weight. ( a major contributing factor to my back pain) I am also getting assistance from his diet plan to modify my diet. I have lost 5 pounds so far after the first week. I have have three more weeks to go and will follow up after treatment is complete!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to see Dr. Ridgeway for quite some time now. First for sciatica that was successfully resolved. Then, when I was afflicted with trigger finger, I began using cold laser treatment which resolved that issue without having surgery that I was hesitant about. I can now bend my finger to my palm and make a fist that I was previously not able to do. Currently, I am using cold laser again to heal the scar on my knee after surgery and heal the underlying tissues and knee structures. It has greatly improved the look of the scar, and I’m sure it helped eliminate the swelling and increase my knees’ mobility. Cold laser is painless and has helped my fractured knees heal.

Experiencia fantástica: A month ago I was hospitalized for excruciating pain in my left hip, leg and lower back. I have degenerative disc disease and 3 bulging discs. I have been told I need surgery, but there is about a 6 week wait to even talk to the surgeon. I had been in a wheel chair, and using a walker and on heavy duty pain meds. Feeling I had nothing to lose, I went to see Dr. Ridgeway. In just under 2 weeks on his decompression table, my pain is about 80% better, and I can walk unaided, and without pain meds! He has told me I won't need surgery. I know I still have a way to go before I'm 100%, but I'm very confident that I'll get there based on my progress thus far. I was very sceptical at first and have always been reluctant to allow surgeries be the main solution to my injuries. But after seeing multiple Spine Surgeons telling me that I need a disk replaced, or a fusion, or another labinectomy for my L4/L5 herniated disc causing me excruciating pain for months impacting not only financially but also work, I hesitantly reached out to Dr. Michael Ridgeway and I am glad that I had the courage to do so. I had two bulging herniated discs in my L4/L5 from a car accident and was dealing with debilitating pain for a year. I tried everything. Spinal injections, PT, lost 30 lbs, etc. Nothing worked until I tried Dr. Mikes decompression bed. Within 8 visits I saw improvements. I do not take prescriptions, so I used Tylenol or Ibuprofen. At a recent physical exam, my height was measured, and I became alarmed because I have lost 3 inches over the past few years. Experiencia positiva: This office was open during the Fourth of July weekend which I appreciated. The dr. called me and got me in the next day. I got there and the music was so loud, the office was really hot. I had a bad migraine, the music was the wolf which is not very relaxing. He put me in a room and did his examination which took about 10 mins at the most. Talked me into X-rays which I thought would have been read during my appointment. They were not. He put me under two heat lamps which was to hot, I felt like vomiting because it was so hot in there anyway. I went back the next Monday at 9:00 to pay my bill and to get a copy of my x-rays, there were two people in the parking lot who had appts at 9:00, the office was not open . The receptionist finally got there about 5 mins after 9. Then after that the dr showed up. I wanted a copy of the x-rays taken to bring to my own chiropractor, the receptionist said it would be another $25. I felt that was wrong. I left there without the x-rays. I told her I would never come back to that office. Really a bad experience.

Dr. Mike suggested that we try doing decompression therapy. Wow is all that I can say. Yes it is uncomfortable at first but I am not in the kind of pain that I was before. I am slowly being able to begin doing the things that I love. I am literally getting my life back.

Experiencia negativa: I didn't read the reviews before I went to Dr Ridgeway. At the first appointment he was very confident that he could help with my nightly headaches. He sold me a 20 visit package. After a few visits, I had buyers remorse. I felt like 20 visits was too many at 3 per week, however, he was very convincing. I then read the reviews on Yelp. So, I can agree that the offices are very dated, not especially clean and the receptionist is definitely hot and cold. Dr Ridgeway does a hard sale and rotates though patience's are warp speed! When I asked him to adjust other joints he told me that he wanted to get my neck stable first. After I completed all 20 visits only working on my neck, he took new x-rays. To hold them side by side there wasn't really any change, however, he called it an 85% improvement. He then said 10 more visits would be his recommendation to achieve 95%. I declined as I still had headaches and wasn't going to throw more money at his efforts. He is a hard man to say no to so I just went away. If you are looking for a Chiropractor that just gets you in and only cracks what you point at, then this is your guy. I need a health partner that works with me not on me.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Dr.Mike with severe neck pain that radiated down my right arm. I was unable to lift a cup of coffee or put on a shirt without extreme discomfort. After just the first treatment, I had almost full use of my right arm again with very little neck pain. I did not expect that level of relief after just one visit. I continued to improve after each consecutive visit. I also began to notice additional benefits from my treatments. I have long had problems standing for extended periods of time without needing to sit down due to lower back pain. This too has greatly improved to my surprise. I look forward to my visits with Dr. Mike. I wake up in the morning thinking, “Oh boy. It’s a Dr. Mike day!”

You have confirmed appointment for your Full Spinal Decompression Consultation and Treatment on Wednesday, Nov 16 2022, 11:00 am.” upon arrival they rudely informed me that it actually doesn’t include a treatment and said sorry it was a typo. This after arranging my day around this appointment. Poor form in my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: The Zerona laser lipo treatment I received, along with the pretty strict detox diet (no dairy, no coffee, limited food list), vitamin supplements and increased water intake, was exactly the jump-start I needed on my quest to losing weight. I was able to lose 22 lbs in 4 weeks, and even with the severely decresed calorie intake (used myfitnesspal app to track intake - averaged under 700 calories per day) I still had a fairly normal amount of energy during the day. As an L&D nurse, there are some long hours and physically demanding situations, but I was able to perform pretty consistently with only an occasional moment now and then of decreased stamina. Dr. Ridgeway is very friendly and knowledgeable, and made the treatment process very do-able. The laser treatment part (20 min each side, front and back) was painless, and the only slightly uncomfortable part was the water-bed type mattress platform you lay on - jacuzzi type jets whooshing the water under you to increase circulation - was cold at first, but Dr. Ridgeway had a heat lamp to put near me which helped a lot. The price of the treatment series package was a chunk ($2,400), but I think that made me stick to the regimen, so I wasn't wasting my money. I had to pee like a racehorse all day and night with the increased water intake, and the niacin supplement gave me uncomfortable flushing and heat rash initially, but all in all, I was very satisfied with the results!

After getting my neck worked on, I walked out as if a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders (or in my case, off of my neck) and this is just after one session! The doctor is very professional, kind and caring- he has a genuine passion and goal to make you feel better. The office is very homey and I feel comfortable when I’m there. At some doctors offices, you just don’t feel comfortable or feel uneasy but I feel relaxed and in good hands whenever I visit with Dr. Ridgeway. The tension headaches started causing terrible vertigo that was impacting my daily routine. Unable to see my primary care in a timely manner I decided to give chiropractic a try. Experiencia fantástica: I was involved in a military training incident 7 years ago. I went years dealing with pain in my back and neck until I couldn't take it anymore. I called and setup an appointment, I was surprised how quickly I was seen and how flexible the schedule can be. It took 2 1/2 months of therapy 3 times a week to get me to where I was feeling great again. During the treatment I had pain traveling through different areas of my back and neck working its way all the way down from the neck then back up, with each week fixing a certain area. My quality of life has improved I did not know how much the pain was bring me down and limiting what I could do. Looking back at it now I wish I started therapy years ago.

I was greeted by a dark haired receptionist who immediately asked me to step outside and not return until I had a mask on . I nicely asked where I can acquire one , hoping she would have one handy, I was told probably my car , or I can walk across the street to the supermarket and purchase one…. Wow. I will not ever give business to a company that treats its customers like third-class passengers on the titanic . I am an executive in the automotive industry and to not exemplify five star customer service, especially with a new client, that is mind boggling. Not to mention, walk across the street?? Experiencia negativa: Granted this was a Groupon discount coupon ($59) that I had and it was my first time and I had my Down Syndrome child with me who left his tablet in the car so I had to go back and get it...and so helped make me 15 minutes late. I walk in and there was a lady ahead of me and so in the end I was 20 minutes late. So instead of telling me they can still give me the rest of the time that I paid for (50 minutes) and a 30 minute massage, they say I forfeit! A real raw deal! They just lost two customers because my daughter will never go back there again either because of my experience with them! Hers went ok...except that they doubled booked her the first time and so she had to come back the following week! Ok for them to make a mistake but NOT THE CUSTOMER! Terrible place!

Experiencia fantástica: After blowing my L5 S1 disc on the job, I tried numerous conservative treatment options such as physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, and PRP injections. I was set for spinal surgery to include a fusion at that join. In desperation to relieve the constant burning in my low back coupled with a Charlie horse that would not go away, I reached out Dr Michael Ridgeway to try and take the edge off. Dr Ridgeway placed me on a daily schedule utilizing a decompression table to help stretch me out. I trusted his treatment plan over the span of 4 - 5 weeks. Amazingly the procedures he used, along with the daily stretching exercises he assigned me, relieved the pain I had experienced for months. In fact, I decided to hold off on surgery and I’m returning to work on light duty while I continue decreasing treatments. Prior to this injury, I was not familiar with chiropractic care. After the results I have seen, I would strongly recommend it to anyone with any spine related issue!

Experiencia fantástica: Cliffnotes: I’ve had chronic pain for over a decade and have tried (and still use) a TENS unit, an inversion table, posture correctors, cyclobenzaprine, a posture pump, trigger point and foam roller devices, among others I’m probably forgetting. However, it wasn’t until being treated by Dr. Ridgeway regularly where I started encountering days where my pain is virtually nonexistent. You have to go 2-3 days a week at first, but they offer competitive pricing and it’s a small price to pay because IT WORKS. Additional details: After I could no longer see my Sutter chiropractor due to changing insurances, I eventually purchased A Groupon for the Neck Pain, Back Pain, and Headache Center. I felt great after my adjustment, so I later booked another appointment with them. At the appointment, Dr. Ridgeway took x-rays of my spine and then went over the details of the results the following visit. From then on, the appointments are just for adjustments and are very timely in that it’s not super inconvenient for me to show up 2-3 times a week. They’ve also been great about accommodating my work schedule and finding times that work for me. Even though they don’t take my insurance, they offer a competitive pricing plan where you prepay for 20 appointments and get 25% off which comes down to about $44 per visit. It sounded like a lot since I’m on a tight budget, but it’s hard to put a price on stopping your debilitating chronic pain from ruining your day every single day year after year. 10/10 would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Have had a two year spell of back pain with very little relief. Yoga, stretching, heat/ice...nothing gives me more than a short lived respite from lumbar pain. Since starting with Dr Ridgeway, I have had longer periods of more tolerable pain and have even started to feel as though I will get to a place in life where pain is appropriately managed and no longer rules my life. Spinal decompression has made a world of difference and has allowed me to ease back into some of my former activities.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I found Dr. Mike (Michael Ridgeway). I have gone to Chiropractors off and on for the last 20 years. Recently I had an issue on the lower left side of my back that wouldn't resolve. The pain was easily 7 or 8 out of 10 constantly. I saw the Chiropractor I normally would see and it didn't help. I thought maybe since it didn't help that it wasn't a spine issue so then I saw a deep tissue massage therapist. That didn't help. I kept feeling like I must have an issue with my spine. After being in pain for almost 6 weeks I searched for a new Chiropractor. I sent an email through Dr. Mike's website because I saw they offered massage and Chiropractic and figured I had a better chance of getting to the root of the problem, whether spinal or muscular, because of this. Within 5 minutes after sending a message through Dr. Mike's website on a Saturday I got a call. Dr. Mike discussed my issue with me and I set up an appointment for the coming Monday. Monday when I saw Dr. Mike he talked to me, performed an x-ray, identified the issue, prepped me for adjustment through various methods, adjusted me and I walked away about 95% improved, virtually pain free. I knew I would need multiple adjustments for it to hold and subsequently saw him. I am now 100% better and working with Dr. Mike to keep my spine in line and hopefully prevent future issues. My left leg was 2" shorter than it should be. Did I mention there was a lot of pain? Yes. A lot. Dr. Mike. Dr. Mike. Dr. Mike. He put me on the LCD program. This uses a disc decompression table to straighten your spine. There are not many of these tables around. I'm about halfway thru my treatment and my PAIN is greatly reduced, I can stand, sit and almost walk unassisted. I'm taller. I highly recommend Dr. Mike. Try it.
