Experiencia fantástica: Southland has the best speech therapists! Our kids have worked with Alaina, Lanier, and Patty and love them all. They're so kind and fun. You can see that they love their work and truly care. Our kids have made so much progress in their time with them, and enjoy going to speech every week. We are so thankful for all their help!

Experiencia fantástica: Our family was seen by Southland for quite a while for both OT and PT! Miss Sam for OT is someone that was born to work with children. It was a major hassle to get my son to initially participate in OT but she always got on his level, made him comfortable, and eventually he never wanted to leave. Not only this, but we had our second child during this timeframe while my husband was away on military duties and she was always so kind and supportive and showed me such a personal touch and grace that was deeply appreciated as an exhausted mom with a newborn and a toddler who was doing it on her own while her husband was away. She made such an impact on not only my child, but myself. It’s the beautiful little things and acts of kindness that make such a difference in someone’s life. My son is now thriving and begins Pre-K very soon and I have no worries, thanks to Miss Sam.

Experiencia fantástica: We were fortunate enough to have Ms. Sam as our son’s therapist for several years. I truly can not say enough about how fantastic she is. Although we were happy to see our son excelling to where we no longer needed to continue therapy, we were all very sad to leave her care. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking. She is the BEST Occupational Therapist out there, hands down.

From the very first session, it was clear that she was not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate. She took the time to understand my son's unique needs and crafted a personalized plan that made a significant difference in his life. Mrs. Sam created a warm and engaging environment, making each session something my son looked forward to. She was patient, encouraging, and always took the time to explain the techniques and goals in a way that was easy to understand. From the age of 6 to 18 Mrs. Sam helped prepare my son for the adult world, allowing him (and me) to feel confident in knowing he had all the skills necessary for his next chapter of life. I feel so grateful for her dedication and support. Highly recommend to anyone in need of an exceptional therapist!

Experiencia fantástica: My son started occupational therapy late spring/early summer of 2024 with Ms. Sam. She was so kind and positive that it really helped him be more open to learning the things he was struggling with. In one summer she helped my son be able to be a more self sufficient person and that has helped his self esteem so much. We are truly grateful for her help. We would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of her services.

She is so upbeat and smiling all the time. My son loves her and because of that he loves speech therapy. I would leave 100 stars if I could!

Their skill set, guidance and communication are on point. They even go above and beyond to ensure Cale gets the time he needs to thrive.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had been going to Southland therapy for just a few months. We started seeing a huge change in her speech in just a few visits! We love Ms.Shelley so much. She made my daughter get feel so comfortable(since she is shy) she really knows how to connect with her. Definitely would recommend Southland therapy to anyone! By far the best company!

The OT, PT, and ST are so great with my daughter and are great about updating me about her progress and making sure we are on the same page at home. The staff and owners have been nothing but kind, pleasant, and helpful. When any issue came up with my insurance, they were quick to handle and resolve the situation. I am so pleased with the care we’ve received here and would absolutely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using Southland Therapy for the past 9 years. My 10 year old son is special needs and we have had multiple therapists over the years for feeding, speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Every therapist has been absolutely amazing and we adore the administrative staff. They make you feel like family and only want the best for your child. I noticed things with my other two children and the therapists we had addressed my concerns immediately and they worked with my doctor on getting referrals and processed getting evaluations and therapies scheduled quickly. We had issues with insurance approving weekly visits for one of my sons and Samantha, his OT, worked tirelessly and fought with them for over a year to get visits approved. He is finally getting the occupational therapy that he needed because of everything that she did for him! I can’t recommend this office enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was referred to Speech Therapy at Southland by her ENT due to a lip tie/ tongue tie diagnoses. We had a wonderful experience!

Experiencia negativa: I went to this business because my son needs serious attention with his speech, I paid the $100 deposit for the evaluation, but they we're very unprofessional and extremely impatient with my child. I had to deal with attitude, eyes rolling, and blowing off every time my child didn't cooperate like they wanted or he got distracted. I really had faith in them and they seemed like a good place to take him at first but now I feel really bad and I'm highly disappointed because I let him down. Don't waste your money. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Take my advice and save your $100 .God bless

Experiencia fantástica: Our daughter Preslee has been seeing Ms.Pat for a about a month now for speech and has picked up so much.. Ms.Pat is great with her and we love how wonderful she is with preslee

Experiencia negativa: We used home PT services from Southland for our son and the services were less than stellar... the PT would call and cancel with a few minutes notice then text to come with a few minutes notice. The worse part is she recorded cancelled visits as "family cancelled". When I called to complain Regina stated there was no other therapist available and we had several cancellations therefore services were denied. I informed her Aetna sent me a claim that services were paid and she said well we didn't file it so that is inaccurate or "maybe my boss filed it".

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing, my son has been coming here for 4 years for Speach and occupational therapy and they have always been very kind and professional. Regina and the front staff are always so attentive and always help me with my crazy work schedule. And the therapist are so great my son has come a long way thanks to their help and patience and advice. We have been coming with Megan for almost 3 years for occupational therapy and all I can say is that she is the best. For Speach my son has been working with different girls but I have never had a complaint they have been very good with him to . Now he is working with Alyssa and they getting to know each other and she is always giving us ideas to what to do at home. I love this place and I definitely recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: My son Ridge has been attending therapy services with Southland Pediatric Therapy for about 3 years now. Everyone has always been so kind and courteous. He loves going to see his therapists and the front office staff! He has so much fun with all of them. They really make it a comforting place for the parents and the children. I love watching the progression he has made and so does my family. I am never dissapointed and fir that I'm GREATLY APPRECIATIVE of everyone at Southland! Keep up the great work!

Experiencia negativa: Speech therapy services was awesome they really was help my child well. But however his therapists drop him with no notice leaving him with no services . Now I'm stuck with trying to get him somewhere else..I think this is very poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter receives speech, physical and occupational therapy at Southland. Our therapists are wonderful, and we are treated like family every time we walk in the door. My daughter has come so far since we started to go to Southland. I highly recommend Southland to anyone seeking pediatric therapies.
