Experiencia fantástica: Andrew Knight,  my physical therapist, was very knowledgeable, professional, and very informative of the steps I needed to take in my 1st ever at Physical Therapy facility after rupturing my Achilles tendon.  My ortho doctor was very pleased that my Achilles attached in eight weeks after wearing the walking boot.  Andrew kept a close eye during my exercises making sure my form was perfect every time. I’m extremely pleased in the care Andrew and his assistants provided. I would highly recommend the facility. Andrew & his staff treated me with kindness ,  respect and  encouraged me to strive to be the best in recouping.  I felt like it was a home away from home. Thank you for giving me new tools to use and I’m able to get back  to my everyday fitness life in hiking and sports activities.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to rehab plus because of a partial tear on my ATL. Brandon is the best PT I could’ve ever worked with. He was more knowledgeable than some of my orthopedic doctors and gave me reassurance and guidance along the entire way. He healed me back to full mobility, and only three months later I am now back to training for a marathon.

Experiencia fantástica: I went consistently to Rehab Plus for a year due to knee issues + surgery. Everyone there is so attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. I never felt unwelcome anytime I was there. The physical therapists personally pick your exercises to helpful with your situation and needs. It is very personalized to you. I fully recovered from ACL replacement surgery, a torn meniscus, and a sprained MCL. Not only did i fully recover, i went back to my sport stronger than before. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy!

Experiencia negativa: AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!!! I've been to a few PT facilities in Scottsdale. This one was a horrible experience. My first visit was basically worthless. 4 elementary shoulder exercises that I already knew from a quick Google. Had to ask for Stim/Ice afterwards. Worst issue was I stated I wanted "SelfPay" and as I knew I wouldn't hit my insurance deductible. They put it through my insurance and sent me additional bills! Brandon (Mgr) told me on the phone "we screwed up" and then added "but since it went through insurance there is nothing we can do". They fall back on the pages of paperwork I signed on first visit. So I get to pay for their mistake! This just isn't a place that cares about patients first. Are you serious to tell a patient we screwed up but you have to pay for our screw up. And the amount is only $105 - but Rehab Plus doesn't care...

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished 8 months here working to rehab after Achilles repair surgery. Everyone I worked with was great, including the residency students that came in. They let me work at a pace I was comfortable with, which I really appreciated. Andrew helped me so much - he got me back to jumping, hopping, leaping and jogging! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Brandon is great! Katie is polite and efficient. This is my 2nd time at the facility and I would recommend the team. Brandon is knowledgeable, kind and patient plus he adds humor and connects with his clients!

Experiencia negativa: Front Office Customer Service is terrible. Incompetent billing practices. Double Billing! Katie was unwilling to review payments and produce receipts of payment. Katie said "theres nothing i can do for the bad experience you are having". i expected more. i will NOT return. Dont go here, choose a professional instead!

Experiencia fantástica: Brandon Andrews did an excellent job with helping get my knee back where I functioned before my knee arthroscopy procedure for a complex meniscus tear. He was patient and listened well to my concerns after each session, following up with exercises that would improve the problem. All the facility staff was pleasant and helpful. Also, the place was always clean and fairly organized for how busy they could be at times.

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed 18 sessions with a goal of building muscle to equalize my left and right sides due to a fall several years ago that atrophied my left leg from being in a wheel chair for three months. My right side was stronger than the left making me prone to balance issues and fear of falling again. I had trouble walking turning corners and getting in and out of the bathtub. Brandon and his wonderful crew at Rehab Plus were amazing to work with thru this journey. I am happy to say I am leaving today with much stronger legs! I am much stronger walking with no balance issues. My entry in and out of the tub is very easy and comfortable now. They have truly given me a new lease on life:)!! I am grateful they were so willing to take on the task of a 68 year old! Thank you from the bottom of my grateful heart!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to rehab centers all over the country. There is not any facility that compares to Rehab+ in Scottsdale. Not only are the therapists top-notch but I need to point out how important your "wellness" program is with Herman Fazz taking over after graduating from therapy. I am 75 years old and have had my share of knees, shoulders and foot issues, including surgeries. I can't express how great your model works for me and what I see and hear from other patients who graduate to this Wellness program...Not only does it keep me continuing to stay on the right path after therapy but Herman's knowledge and guidance is so critical...He strengthens around my issues with all the proper techniques and avoids any types of exercises that could take me back to a place I do not want to revisit with my body... In other words Herman is invaluable and as I have never seen this anywhere else I need to encourage an ongoing Wellness program at Scottsdale Rehab Plus with Herman at its helm...Thank You Craig Janoff

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying that I love Rehab Plus on Bell Road in Scottsdale. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m sure they are sometimes busy, but I never felt abandoned and always received the attention and care I needed to help get my strength back. My Dr. recommended a few visits to learn some exercises for my lower back, but it was so helpful (and I really liked going) that I continued to go for as long as I could; beyond the 2 or 3 visits initially recommended by my family Dr. PT is not new to me, I've been to other facilities that were small, super busy, overcrowded and felt more like factories.I never felt that way at Rehab Plus. There is plenty of equpment and space and as an added bonus there are big windows with views of the McDowel mountains. I would definitely recommend Rehab Plus for your Physical Therapy needs.

Experiencia positiva: My foot was killing me after trail running and wouldn't go away. My podiatrist recommended physical therapy and Rehab Plus is close. Jeff put me on the treadmill and looked at my running style and recommended some New Balance trail shoes which feel great. He help me get over my foot pain by doing some laser treatment and some excruciating friction massage :). Good place but can be very busy at times, Jeff seems to be highly sought out. Easy to find at Bashas Shopping Plaza.

Experiencia fantástica: I was certain I was going to need surgery on my shoulder when I went in to see Jeff as a last resort, he suggested we do a few sessions and see if I feel better before an MRI. I went ahead with it and within the first 1-2 visits my shoulder was feeling significantly better. I've since been going here for the last 2-3 months and can confidently say Jeff and his offices personalized attention to my injury is the reason I didn't have to have surgery and am able to still perform athletically day to day. I've been to several physical therapists around the state and couldn't recommend someone higher!

Experiencia fantástica: After dislocating my shoulder in a mountain biking accident and having surgery to repair it I used "Rehab Plus Physical Therapy" to regain my ROM and strength. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the team that Jeff has assembled there. My primary therapist, Lauren, was at both of my surgeries and knew exactly what the doctor did and how to treat it. Jeff was in routine contact with my surgeon and tailored my treatment accordingly. Caleb and Jordan were there every day, as soon as I walked in the door, to start my e-stim and ultrasound and Herman and Trevor made sure that I did (and continue to do) the work necessary to get me back in the condition necessary to ride my bike again. Thanks to the Rehab Plus Physical Therapy team in Scottsdale. You are the best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My tennis friend recommended rehab plus Scottsdale to me and so glad ! I had a full knee replacement and my goal was to return to tennis and get full range in my knee for yoga and pilates and other gym workouts . Jeff, Herman, and staff worked on a great program for me and listened to my concerns for range of motion and helped me get really close to full range. I was able to stay in PT close to 4 months and transition to a health and wellness program with Herman after to continue to get stronger . I started at the gym at 3 months and was able to start tennis with pro at 4 months and continue to improve each week on the tennis court. I am also hiking now. The staff here specializes on knees, shoulders, back, and it is nice to have that expertise for any questions post surgery as often Doctors do surgery and do not follow thru on the PT recovery. They have a great gym and PT space and the place is immaculate. Thanks again to the wonderful staff here!

Experiencia fantástica: Rehab was not something I was looking forward to… but after trying to ignore the pain of a torn rotator cuff and tennis elbow for about six months my gp convinced me to take action. Dr. Todd Ellenbecker is THE expert on elbows and shoulders and has been a pleasure to work with. His PT Assistant Bri is upbeat and supportive but still holds me accountable. The admin team is responsive and works to accommodate my busy schedule. I enjoy being in the company of other patients enduring their rehab too because it has made the process much less isolating and lonely than rehab usually is. A huge thank you to everyone at Rehab Plus for making rehabilitation an outstanding experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is extremely confident and are consistently monitoring, observing and making the necessary corrections to one's alignment during the pt session The facility is spotlessly clean.

Experiencia positiva: I have spent time here with 2 of the experienced PTs there and 3 different student PTs in the two injuries I've had over the last year and a half. They were excellent! Why the missing star in my review? That is for the manager for subjecting his therapists to the same non-stop Rock station that plays an endless repeat of CCR and similar all day long, every day. When I have asked the PTs, including the student PTs there training, what they think about the music, all have described to me how much they hate it. One of the experienced PTs told me it is a mental hurdle for him and he tries to tune it out. Imagine how hard this job is mentally and physically all day long and yet you would also have to treat the sound environment like a Navy Seals training exercise. Really? Can you really not afford to buy other music so that there is variety? It is groundhog day in there. Change the music. It is concerning that you are insensitive to them. They deserve better. So do the clients. It's loud, and bad. You've got all ages coming in there for PT and many of them have no idea who CCR is, and leave wishing they'd never been exposed to hair band 70s and 80s. Whew. Awful! Except for the PTs, they earned the stars, not you!

Experiencia fantástica: This place changed my life. They picked me up and put me back together after a low time in my life due to physical trauma. I’ve continued to go there to stay strong since 2019!! The team of physical Therapists are outstanding!! Herman aka the Hermanator—he is like no other!! In the wellness program, he has adjusted my workouts to compensate for my past or current injuries, enabling me to meet fitness and health goals. I will never work out anywhere else as long as Herman is there! Thanks for keeping me strong RP!!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Rehab Plus for all post op. and recovery care. PT has been great-Tad and team have been extremely professional, attentive and plan exercises for full recovery (previous multiple surgeries and injuries) relating to current PT plan. Communication concerning scheduling and paperwork is also 5 stars! Great facility and location- I've never had so much fun sweating while listening to 80's rock music. Highly recommend Rehab Plus above all other area PT providers. They really go above and beyond!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for PT on a torn bicep and broken elbow, for about 2 months, great experience so far. When I walked into the office and saw a poster with a few hacks such as Pete Sampras, Boris Becker, Stefan Edberg and a bunch of other elite players in the world - I figured they could treat my arm :). Specifically, Todd Ellenbecker is AWESOME!!! He's recognized as one of the premier PT guys, especially for Tennis players. Todd regularly works some of the biggest tournaments on the tour, and is player himself, so he knows the challenges of coming back from an injury and how a Tennis player can resume playing. He has a great "way about him", aside from his technical abilities - he is great! I give Todd and the facility the highest recommendation. About the only critique I have, is they still require the face diaper, not happy about that, but for their top notch treatment, I will deal with it. Steve Weinberg Scottsdale, AZ

Experiencia fantástica: I'm not big on reviews ...but in this case ....so very warranted. Todd and Tad and their staffs have done an amazing job getting my quality of life back to normal. I had been to 2 other places with little to no positive results. The knowledge they have is second to none. I wasn't sure if I would ever get back to the things I love to do after 3 years of pain. Now I am enjoying life again. The entire staff there is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to each individual problem ....and committed to helping you achieve your health goals. I love the Physical Therapists and have had excellent experiences with both Tommy and Tad. All of the interns are very knowledgeable, working closely with the therapists and provide full attention to your needs throughout your appointment. I would not go anywhere else for rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Rehab Plus and Todd Ellenbecker specifically from my surgeon leading up to a shoulder joint replacement. We met prior to the operation and did a baseline study of my range of motion. I was greeted immediately upon entering their facility and felt very welcome by the staff. Having completed 5 weeks of PT I can give five stars to all the staff at Rehab Plus. Todd, Bri, Ted, Dennis, Rob and their interns provide a warm atmosphere and constant vigilance of my rehab routine to assure I am making headway and I get new and more challenging exercises weekly. Compared to previous PT facilities I give Rehab Plus highest marks.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for about 2 months since a knee surgery and couldn't be happier! All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. The office ladies are always welcoming, informative and quick to get you checked in (shout out to Kristi for always being able to make me laugh!). My therapist is Tad but I've also worked with Tommy. I don't have anything negative to say about either of them or any of their interns! I really appreciate the information Tad had provided on the exercises I'm doing, the encouragement he and his interns provide everyday to all the patients and their willingness to be flexible with my schedule. Overall, this is a wonderful facility with knowledgeable staff and a positive atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!
