Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Foothills since April of '22 following a hip replacement. I absolutely love this physical therapy office and the amazing staff. Every single staff member has been amazing and helpful. I recovered very quickly from my surgery, thanks to my physical therapist, Ashley, as well as Lisa and Megan. Once I recovered, I began strength training at FAST, which is affiliated with the physical therapy office. Taryn and Lisa have been getting me back in shape. I feel like a new person, thanks to them. I'm starting to see my body toning up, and fairly quickly. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in my care and to Christina in the front, as well as Haley (physical therapist), who I haven't worked with, but always greets me with a smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Foothills Sports Medicine for a few weeks now and have seen remarkable benefits!The exercise regimen Is strengthening my core and providing me pain relief. One option available is "needling" which is similar to accupuncture and has helped me hugely.

His assessment and level of care far exceeded my previous experience and expectations. He used a combination of dry needling, tissue work, and corrective exercise to help treat my lower back pain, and designed an exercise program that I continue to follow at home today. I am incredibly happy with my experience and the results I've seen since working with Dr. Adam.

Experiencia fantástica: In the last 10 years I have used Therapy to help me with various pain problems. Three years ago I scheduled a total shoulder replacement surgery, however before surgery I busted 3 therapy locations and decided on the Foothills location in East Scottsdale. I like the feeling of the smaller location, quality of the staff, scheduling to meet with availability. I had therapy in the past and had 15 minutes with the therapist and turned over to the equipment. The assistant would move to the next machine every 10 to 15 minutes. I knew they were watching to make sure I was doing the exercise correctly. I’m a big fan of this Foothill location. This is my third time here in three and one half years.

My sister recommended Jason, DPT at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy in East Scottsdale off 101 at Via Linda because she had had excellent results there after her rotator cuff surgery. It wasn't the closest location to me, but I am sooo glad I went there! What a pleasant comfortable place to rehab! Every staff member I've met is knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Jason spends about 1/2 hour hands on manipulating, then the PTA guides me through simple but effective exercises. At the end comes ice or heat. I have noticed definite improvement after every single session! I'm so grateful and highly recommend this facility!
