Jason was thorough and Nick was patient when guided me through a series of active stretches and exercises. Jason introduced me to scraping. The first and last of my treatments were the most uncomfortable. When I commented on this Jason explained how each time he had worked deeper. Nick set me up with the app, StriveHub which allowed me to continue the therapy at home. I am very happy with the physical therapy I received at Endurance Rehabilitation!

Experiencia fantástica: Ian Chapple has helped me recovery from a running-related injury. I had done numerous things on my own and wasn't making significant progress. As soon as I started seeing him, my progress has taken off. I'm under a bit of a time crunch as I've qualified for the Boston Marathon and need to resume training soon if I'm going to be ready for the marathon. I'm on a path to getting there, now that I'm seeing him. His knowledge of running related injuries is extensive, as are his skills in helping patients recover from them.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Endurance Rehab with a partially torn rotator cuff. In a few weeks of therapy, my constant shoulder pain subsided and I regained virtually all of the use of my left arm, pain free. I was given some exercises to use at the gym to continue my rehab, and have done so. Shout out to to Dan, Kailey, Lex, and Hayden for showing me how to work through this tough time, and a special thanks to Kiki and Samantha for their welcoming greetings. There is nowhere else in the Valley to go for physical therapy in my opinion.

Jason in particular is professional and kind, but does not kid about the work that needs to be done. The PT assistants helped me to get through that work. They have become another form of family and I am grateful.

I’ve had two injuries that Ian helped me through. One was an Achilles tendon issue and the second a pinched nerve in my hip / lower back. Ian got me back to feeling better and doing my sports activity fast. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Really capable Physical Therapists who maintain a friendly and collaborative atmosphere...helping each other and the patients in such a positive "can do" space worked wonders for me! I came in with a ruptured lumbar disc, only able to walk on crutches, and after a few visits with Karen S. I was able to ditch the crutches. Now it's been a few weeks, I'm almost back to normal...avoiding back surgery! I highly recommend doing your PT work at Endurance Rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: I had been healing a torn ligament in my right foot for nine months when I was sent here for PT. My foot had been in such pain for so long I was very anxious about anyone touching it. Dan was patient but firm with me and I was even able to let him do the scrapping. The time I spent in PT here did my foot a world of good. I have nothing but high praise for Dan and all the staff who worked with me.

I played golf and many other sports at a high level for many years and have now turned to half and full distance triathlons. With golf being a one sided sport I was left with some imbalances leading to some aches and pains. The folks at Endurance Rehab were wonderful to work with and even picked up on some issues I hadn't mentioned on my eval paperwork. Ian was my PT and his knowledge and expertise is 2nd to none. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent physical therapy facility with a terrific group of therapists. I’ve had my family going here when we’re “broken” for the past 10 years! I’ve also gone to other facilities due to doctor referrals but have always come back to Endurance as I have found too many PT’s not being aggressive enough to help you through the necessary recovery process. I’m a trail runner and have been having Dan work on me for the last 3 weeks with exercises, scraping, and dry needling. 3 weeks in and I’m back to trail running. Thanks Dan!! Awesome.

Was recommended this place by my doctor to begin physical therapy on my hip, lower back, and other surrounding areas, and after 1 week of working with Ian, he got me back to walking without holding my side in agony. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very personable to make for very productive sessions.

We aren't done yet as I plan on coming out of this treatment from Dan with both shoulders ready for another 60 years. The videos provided online are a plus for working on my own.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very satisfying evaluation by Ian and he gave me hope that I would recover after more than 6 months of forced inactivity. He thoroughly evaluated me and my condition and set me up with a set of exercises targeted to improve my muscles. His team members helped me go through all the exercises before I left. And I received a set of videos that will guide me through them at home with personalized notes. Definitely worthwhile!

Each visit has become more physically challenging, with increasing workouts, but the trade-off has been more enjoyment on the bike with less pain as we continue treatment. Experiencia fantástica: After having tried different physical therapists over the past couple of years, I was hesitant to see anyone again about my back pain. Though Endurance Rehab came highly recommended, I was nervous and felt I was possibly wasting my time. However, I could not have been happier with the service I received. The facility was very bright and clean. The people working the front desk were knowledgeable about my insurance and friendly. The techs were a lot of fun to work with. Additionally, I was incredibly impressed by Ian Chapple, my physical therapist. He was knowledgeable and compassionate. He always listened to me. And overall, I received the most aggressive and comprehensive treatment I have ever had for my lower back. Though we have a PT on site at work, I have recommended Endurance Rehab to everyone I know. I don't know that I would still be running and training without the team at Endurance. I didn’t think a life without back pain was possible.
