The therapists did an amazing job at strengthening my husband’s mental and physical abilities. I could not believe how much he improved during his stay here. What a great place! I would not hesitate to utilize them again, if needed.

I also would like to thank the Dr. Clemmens,Kana, Zeke, who were on my team making sure that I understood the process while I was in their care. Kayla and Miss. Delinde are also nice individuals to work with when it comes to religion or just someone to be there to talk to. The kitchen staff are also nice the food was very good I would recommend this facility to friends and family!!

Experiencia fantástica: My 86 year old mother was in this rehab for 14 days after Femur surgery. The facility was very clean and the staff could not have been nicer. Joyce the case manager and Kirstin the patient experience coordinator both made sure that mom’s stay was as comfortable as can be. They were both always available to answer any questions we may have had. Both the OT staff and PT staff were fantastic as well, very attentive to my mother’s needs and took great care of her. If there was anything negative to say it would be that the food was always delivered cold, but besides that the facility was clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend Honor Health Rehab on Pima

Experiencia positiva: PT and OT were better than 5 stars. Keirstin patient coordinator was above and beyond her call of duty. There were a few amazing people you know who you are. You can’t request who you get to take care of you but as a patient you have to advocate for yourself and speak up if there is an issue. Make other arrangements for food. But if you get something you like stick to it. When it’s all said and done I came for the therapy not the food.

Experiencia fantástica: After fracturing my femur and subsequent surgery, I was in no shape to go home. Thank goodness I found Honor Health Rehabilitation Hospital where I got 3hrs a day of physical therapy. Every PT and RN was cheerful and expertly guided me thru rehab. I would send my Mom here! The food could use a little help, but then again, I wasn't there for the food.

Experiencia fantástica: Had the distinct pleasure of being at this facility with my Mom, who needed rehab for her broken hip at age 91, over Christmas 3 1/2 years ago. Of course, Mom was very apprehensive, as was I, over being in a facility for what was going to be weeks as she is nocturnal and the PT is extensive. So, extremely difficult adjustment, being completely off her normal schedule and having to do physical activity. We arrived and we couldn't have been treated better! They set me up a cot in her room and due to her Rockstar status in P.T., she was able to leave in 12 days! As soon as we arrived they were extremely welcoming and what I saw as them taking extra care with her, was actually their every day actions with all their Patients! I was able to see her during all of her PT and it was so very pleasant to deal with all the therapists and doctors and loving and attentive Staff! They explained everything thoroughly and she flourished under their tender care. The schedule was written on a board for us to view daily in her room which allowed me to get her ready prior to their arrival. The medical staff was very attentive and adjusted medications as necessary. Dr's checked in frequently to monitor her status and their bedside manner was caring, supportive and reassuring. The Physical Therapists do what P.T.'s do, push and prod for daily improvement. There were times when the days were difficult. Mom found it extremely hard to completely change from her nocturnal life to having to perform on a day schedule, but we all felt the effort put forth was worth the ultimate outcome! Her persistence paid off! The reason I am writing this, is due to Mom, age 94 now, had the misfortune of breaking her other hip, so, we requested Honor Health Acute Rehab for another go! Knowing their compassion, her past quick recovery, excellent therapists and hands on gentle, but necessary P.T., pushing her daily for improvement, she has enjoyed the last few years, living independently and fiercely, living without physical limitation. Truthfully, what we all desire as we age, which they provided! So, we are looking forward to our return trip, with no apprehension, knowing it will be tough, but the effort will be allowing her to experience and enjoy many more years of freedom and autonomy!

I had a rough time sleeping, she came round usually just about 5:30AM and offered me toast with honey or jelly and a fresh cup of coffee. I got so I really looked forward to her visits, not that they were particularly long, but just right. She always put a smile on my face. Made a great start for my day.

The therapists are ALL so kind and respectful, yet tough and push you to work hard while doing any rehab exercises. They are very encouraging along the way to point out your progress.and “celebrate” even small steps forward. Keirstin,, while not a therapist is a bright, beautiful, staff member who does everything she can to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. If you’re lucky she might sing for you. (Beautiful Voice).

I love it and the doctors and nurses and PT‘s and the staff really know what they’re doing now I have a physical disability Cp and they did amazing job with my back. I came in here with 60% of my leg strength and I was very very upset to be in rehab. I had a diagnosed anxiety and depression, not diagnosed this time. I actually chose Ppl rehab after I blew out my kneecap.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience/stay here at HonorHealth rehabilitation hospital. I arrived six days ago with extreme vertigo following a spine rebuild surgery. The entire team here is fantastic and I am cured of my vertigo on day two and have my balance and some of my strength back. I look forward to going home, continuing my rehab rehabilitation at the HonorHealth outpatient rehab rehabilitation facility in Gilbert. More importantly, I look forward to resuming life later today. No weird smells. Call light response times I would give a three star rating. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would definitely refer friends and family here!

Experiencia positiva: I'll share both the positive and negative starting with the good. The Therapists, Nurses, Aides and Doctors are all caring and excellent. My family member was in their care for 14 days and improved strength and health in most aspects during the stay. There were some complications which they caught and addressed which indicates they watch over people and try to stay on top of things. There were a couple of mishaps which are bound to occur in complex situations and generally forgivable. One such mishap was application of a type of band-aid on a shin wound that when removed took skin with it. A different type of clear band-aid was applied and left on until discharge, when this came off the wound appeared worse. Now for the not so good. Less than 48 hours after discharge one of these shin wounds expanded into a large 4 plus inch infected skin mess. I re-read the discharge instructions and there were no wound care instructions. So next I called Honor Health Rehab hospital in a bit of a panic and talked to the receptionist about the issue. I actually called about 4-5 times as I kept getting sent to voicemails and was really trying to get access to a live person to speed up help as my loved one was suffering. The assistance was going to be a request get a referral for wound care since that was missing in the discharge. I even tried the Honor Health Wound Care Clinic directly and they stated a referral was needed and to call the Rehab Hospital directly and ask for it. Ultimately, I left messages with both the receptionist and on the voice mail for the Director/Case Manager, who never called me back. I was never unprofessional or unkind in any communication and was just asking for help and a call back. If your loved one is cared for by them, know that they are 99 percent good helpful people. But, If they have any skin wounds or other outstanding issues at discharge, please insist on a wound care clinic (or other) referral before discharge as it appears the Case Management area is either too busy, unable, or unwilling to help and won't return your calls. Update: After they responded to the 3 star review, I called and left a message on the voicemail of the person back east that worked for Honor Health/Select that oversees these locations nationwide. They referred my message to someone at the local office who called me and ran through the issues. They take it seriously and owned that they are less than perfect, made a referral to a wound care clinic (although the delay was unacceptable as it resulted in much difficulty for us scrambling around in the interim trying to deal with wound care and get an antibiotic on our own). They explained the issue with the lack of return call was a workload issue, and that they recognized that the discharge contained no wound care provisions. I'm updating the review from 3 stars to 4. As after learning more they were pretty concerned and wanted to help us. I still think this is a good place with good people, that just needs to work on some areas like we experienced. Would have given 5 starts if not for the lack of initial follow through post discharge.

Most everyone is knowledgeable, personable, friendly and it just helps makes the recovery process that much easier. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy are truly gifted in what they do! There are too many awesome people to personally thank online but I will be sending a separate letter to the facility to do so. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and I am so grateful for everyone. I may be a picky eater, but I do feel the meals and delivery could use some help. Breakfasts were A+ but lunch and dinner weren’t my favorites. This place listens to the patient, accommodates them and family as well. I don’t want to leave so early! They deserve so much more than 5 stars!

Bought me special drinks to make sure I was hydrated and took tile out of her busy day to talk to me and get to know what I liked to eat, she was very considerate. Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Honor Health Rehabilitation Center has been amazing at taking care of my mother after she had surgery to repair her broken hip. The nurses and staff have all been uplifting, filled with joy, and very skill. They treated her with love and even prayed with her. The doctors were great communicators and spent a great deal of time each day with my mother. The Physical and Occupational therapist challenge my mother every day during each session and kept her excited about being there, and gaining back her full mobility. I strongly recommend bringing your loved ones to Honor Health Rehabilitation should you require their services.

The doctors, nurses, physical therapist both OT and PT, patient experience coordinator, case manager, food service were genuinely caring and amazing. I was here for New Years Eve and when I spoke to my family from out of town, I kept on referring to this place as a hotel....I meant hospital. Experiencia fantástica: In January 2023 I spent 14 days in Honor Health inpatient rehab hospital and when I needed to have follow up orthopedic surgery, I decided without any hesitation that I wanted to return to the same rehab hospital. They gave excellent care! Their staff is absolutely incredible… OT, PT, nurses, dietary, Environmental services, and I hope I haven’t left anybody out! If you need Rehab, this is the place to go!

The transfer from Hospital to Rehab was seamless, the staff were all on the same page. They even have a full time nutritionist! The doctors, nurses, ot and pt specialists were nothing short of superlative. I rarely am at a loss for words and throughout, I was simply at a loss of words for how truly fantastic everyone here is, what wonderful humans of the highest degree. The doctors, cardiologist, charge nurses, etc were of the kindest and warmest order, the staff here all have wings that they are unaware of, angels. If it wasn’t for this facility I am unsure as to the speed and probability in which my recovery would have been successful. The mental aspect was also always looked after and every fiber of being displayed wants the patient to get better, it is palpable. As horrible as the injury was I am so grateful, lucky, and happy that I was able to recover and receive help at this gem of a facility. To name but a few of the angels who oversaw my recovery include Dr Victor, Dr Kovan, Ashley, Jasmin, Erick, Evelyn, John, Diana, Brian, Marisa, Maggie, May, Kristen, Phil, Yolanda, Jessica amongst so many others. Even rolling down the hall there were always smiles and positive energy displayed in the highest degree, it gave me the strength to continue in times where I had none. Truly and from the bottom of my being, I adore you all and I am unable to express my wholehearted gratitude for all that you all do here, and all that you have done for me, always with kindness and warmth. Experiencia fantástica: Stunningly wonderful experience here after being hit by a red light runner whilst on my e-bike. Every single aspect of the facility is over and above. The doctors, nurses, ot and pt specialists were nothing short of superlative. I rarely am at a loss for words and throughout, I was simply at a loss of words for how truly fantastic everyone here is, what wonderful humans of the highest degree. Experiencia fantástica: Unbelievable staff who is well trained, kind and caring. The experience here not only improved my condition but gave me a new confidence in rehabilitation medicine.

Experiencia fantástica: David RT gave me accurate information on how the breathing apparatus worked. He was so informative and kind he gave me great reassurance I was blessed to have him. Jennifer Rec therapist knocked my socks off. She was so informative she helped me break life long habits, like insomnia I was flabbergasted. She also tough me the skill of breathing. The entire staff here added to my recovery journey So over all I had a wonderful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for the amazing care I received at HonorHealth Rehab. I could barely move when I arrived and I’m leaving here stronger than before. Kristen, Richard and all the PTs I worked with really know their stuff. Through their guidance and training, I have new tools to maintain my new strength and live more confidently (and happily). Adding to the experience is the recreational therapists, like DeLinda, who nurture the often neglected aspects of life. Thanks for renewing my spirit and inspiring me to find and pursue activities that will bring me joy. Of course, the nurses and CNAs were so caring and helpful. I give a special thanks to Dan who saw me through many tough nights. And Kiersten rounds it out, jumping in, customizing belts, and bringing a bright light wherever she goes. I definitely recommend to anyone who needs it.

Experiencia fantástica: Kristen is wonderful. She was my physical therapist. She was kind, knowledgeable and always encouraging. In turn, she made me try a little harder. She always had a smile. If you need acute rehabilitation this is the place.
