Experiencia negativa: It's weird to me that they make you pay the out of pocket cost for your first appointment, and if insurance covers it they give you a credit instead of a refund. So even if you don't like the practice you either have to go back to get your money's worth or just deal with the loss.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole office and staff is amazing! I send everyone I can here. I've been seen here for about 4 years, maybe more. I've done everything from chiropractic adjustments, to PT after a car accident, to massage with cupping. Every experience I've had has been amazing every step of the way. The staff is so kind, even when they have to work around a crazy schedule and I've had to reschedule appointments, they have remained friendly and caring. They are so much more than a doctors office or a treatment center and they genuinely care about their patients. I would never go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a long-time patient of American Chiropractic Center, American Physical Therapy and American Physical Medicine. My whole life, I have been physically active and now, as an aging senior adult, I have found it difficult to move the way I use to. Over the years, I have used all of the services that are offered at the centers listed above to keep me moving. Recently, I was introduced to the New Wave Weight Loss System being offered by APM. Having hypothyroidism and being obesely overweight, I was skeptical that I could loose any weight on this program, but saw that many of the staff members who had tried New Wave had been successful in taking off the pounds. Additionally, I was told that the success rate on this weight loss system is very high. Since I trust and respect the healthcare management team at APM and knew that the loss of weight would help my knees, back and hips ... and I was hoping to reset my Endocrine system, I signed up for the New Wave program. WHAT A SURPRISE. Now just three months later, I am down 30 pounds and fitting in clothes that I haven't fit in for over a decade! The program was easy to stay on and I was NEVER hungry. You choose and make your own food based on an approved food list you are given. It's an all natural program. There is no exercise regimen that you must adhere to. For me, this was a no-brainer and I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight ... diabetics, those with hypothyroidism, etc. I am living proof that the New Wave program works! The healthcare staff at APM was awesome and was with me the whole way on my weight loss journey and I especially want to give a shout out to Dr Genet, Dr Dan, and Angelica.

Experiencia fantástica: I have only good things to say about American Physical Medicine (APM). My husband, Bob, went to them for gel shots in his knee. Dr. Dan and Leslie were critical factors in his improvement. He was so happy with the results, he recommended APM for my knee. I can also report excellent results from the gel shots, but I am very excited to report remarkable results from the weight-loss (detox) program. I was able to lose 21 pounds and Bob was able to lose 30 pounds. The real challenge we faced was the holidays. We went through Thanksgiving and Christmas and still lost weight. The support I found in the program itself, as well as the encouragement and information Dr. Genet and Angelica provided, were key to the success we experienced. APM is staffed with exceptional professionals who make whatever service you are receiving feel like the care you would receive from your family or trusted friends.

They are very professional, friendly, caring, and just great people! I look forward to going there. They have made an incredible impression on me by how caring they are, to my needs. Very welcoming and warm. They listen to what you gave to say, really listen. They know what they are doing, yet their number 1 concern is your comfort because we are in pain. I had to give a huge shout out to this wonderful Family Owned, Physical Therapy / chiropractic / weight loss clinic (and even more) that I was blessed to have discovered after I really hurt my neck over a year ago. This is one of those places that the entire staff from front desk, to Dr’s, to talented Therapists ALL treated me like family from day one. Very nice people with very clean facilities. I look forward to my chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy here every week. They have ALL the tech equipment from rolling tables, Stem, Decompression, X-rays, Hyperbaric and much more. My point is you get the full treatment here (which includes a little gun massage during physical therapy stretching). It’s important to mention my injury has healed greatly since being treated here. They know what they are doing. These employees have treated me with love, respect, and kindness and I must shout recognition to such a powerful group of people- Liz, Troy, Bri, Maddie, Cassidy; Dr’s: Dan-Sipes-Genet-Amoia!! Very thankful for you all.

Experiencia negativa: Their GAINSWave treatment does not work. They charge $3000 to $6000 for the treatment and the service does not work! Your condition will not improve! It’s a ripoff and a scam, please go elsewhere.

The level of care here for physical improvement is the highest caliber. I would highly recommend this facility for rehab and continuing care.

Experiencia fantástica: I initially came to American Physical Medicine for my degenerative disc disease in my spine.Dr. Amoia was patient and explained my spine anatomy and how the degenerative disc disease in my spine affected my pain levels. Dr. Amoia began spine adjustment and now I have no pain in my spine. I played football in college and developed chronic arthritis in both knees. Dr. Amoia colleague Lynn Genet x rayed my knees and suggested a knee treatment that did'nt require surgery.'and now I'm walking now with a brace and both my knees are regenerating bone and soft tissue, I would recommend American Physical Medicine for all of ones physical medical needs.The entire staff is courteous,patient,and professional.Thank you everyone and keep up the GREAT WORK

They had everything ready for my initial visit including any approvals I would need from my insurance company. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

She was told by her doctor that she needed an expensive surgery but thanks to the shots and physical therapy she had at American Physical, she recovered and now she is able to walk without her walking stick and inflammation is gone. Thanks a lot

Experiencia fantástica: I went to them to be treated for a shoulder impingement and my experience so far has been nothing short of amazing! The consult was very informative and they answered all of my questions when it came to living with scoliosis and what we can do to manage that while also helping my shoulder to heal. Dr Amoia is the best chiropractor - I won’t see anyone else! Liz, my PT, is awesome, knowledgeable, and always cracking jokes with me. I’m only halfway through the treatment plan and my shoulder pain with overhead movement is gone and I’m noticing more and more strength and mobility overall in my entire body AND shoulder. Healing injuries takes time and dedication to the rehab and I’m really glad I came here to get the guidance and support to help me continue to do all the physical activities and performances I do!

I walked in with a great deal of pain , level 10 and now feeling much better at a level 2. In addition to sleeping better. K tape is a real remarkable thing! Experiencia negativa: I had a stem cell treatment in my left knee after attending one of there seminars in March of 2021. $6000 out of pocket and no improvement after one year. They offered a 2nd plasma treatment at an additional cost in which I declined. Save your money…

Experiencia negativa: They are trying to charge me $1400 for 2 months of service and for not returning their calls. Their employees didn’t want to be there, and most quit, they pushed me aside and I felt like I was never seen so why would I continue to go? Paying $220 a month for 1-2 adjustments and to stretch in a corner is insane! You people are ridiculous. I am in udder shock they would do this to someone during a pandemic, I serve tables, I’m not one of these rich people in Scottsdale. Leave me alone and take someone else’s money.

Experiencia negativa: I would not be leaving this review if I wasn't so disappointed with the response I received today after calling this morning to let the office know I have a very bad reaction to a knee injection which was done on Friday. that evening my lips swelled up and I broke out in hive and felt very ill. Saturday I still had swelling in my lips and then my tongue started to swell so off the ER I go. they gave me some meds and still not feeling great. So here we are Monday and as I said I called to let the doctor know what has happened and I receive a call back saying it couldnt be from the injection. well I pulled up the product they used and here is what it says SYNVISC® (3-injection regimen) post-marketing experience has identified the following systemic events to occur rarely with administration: rash, hives, itching, fever, nausea, headache, dizziness, chills, muscle cramps, paresthesia, peripheral edema, malaise, respiratory difficulties, flushing and facial swelling. There have been rare reports of thrombocytopenia coincident with SYNVISC (3-injection regimen) injection. Hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylactic reaction, anaphylactoid reaction, anaphylactic shock and angioedema have been reported. Ok so it is not the doctors fault However to tell me this is something that couldnt happen was wrong. I would also ad that I should have been informed that this was possible. I guess if the doctor would have just said Yes this is something that can happen instead of saying it had to be something else I would have been fine LESSON always read up on what is being put in your body do not trust anyone to give you all the facts.

Experiencia fantástica: Chiropractic + Physical therapy + Medical professional in one building. Neighbor recommended this place when I hurt my back. I walked in, and explained I’m in great pain, they took me right away that moment and started helping me. From medical side, they gave me injection in my back to help right away, also prescription for pain reliever and muscle relaxer. Then they started physical therapy on me to help the back followed by chiropractic adjustments. My problem didn’t go away that day, but 4 days later (visiting them every day), my back was 70% better. And 10 days later all pain was gone with help from meds. It has been 2 weeks since my first visit and I would certainly recommend them. They took my Aetna insurance and are working with them to cover the treatments.
