Experiencia fantástica: Wow. Definitely one of those times where after leaving my first thought was “wow I struck gold here. This is phenomenal. ..” I went to 360 a few years ago for something and it was good, but I was one of many with many people working at the same time in a giant room a lot of distraction, and it was very cookie cutter. This is absolutely not that Greg is very passionate and knowledgeable and coming from things at a very specific level And it seems like it will be incremental in that we only went through three things once he really diagnosed and came up with something for me far different than what anyone else had I’ve already in one day feeling results so far so great highly recommended takes insurance. My co-pay is only 30 bucks. I think it was 60 bucks when I did it at 360 though lol I’m on a different insurance plan now but if you want Small one on one, this is the way to go for sure. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to see Greg for an elbow injury I got while competing in Jiu Jitsu that kept getting worse and worse (because I held off getting help ‍♀️ ) I had tons of people recommend Greg to me so I reached out and starting seeing him consistently. He trains Jiu Jitsu which helps when explaining what positions caused reactions to the injury and we would do exercises and therapy to reduce stress in those situations. And do pretty much anything that required standing up. I was looking for knee replacements but my insurance required PT first. I am so grateful for this expectation. After five or so weeks, I can walk comfortably and confidently again. And I’ve put knee replacement surgery on indefinite hold. Additionally, I am going to the gym regularly and getting myself back in to shape. My knees had prevented such activity for such a long time. After hearing about Greg's PT by word of mouth I called and the next week I was in the office. After 4 months of PT under Greg I am healing better than projected by my surgeons. Experiencia fantástica: I first tried out a large clinic to rehab my shoulder after a labral surgery. I didn’t enjoy any aspects of the larger clinic- the therapist was not very kind and provided very little patient education or information about the treatment plan. I decided to try out Control PT and was pleasantly surprised- Greg was very personable and attentive. He answered all my questions and helped me better understand my injury. He treated me as an individual and created a personal rehab plan that was based on my abilities and limitations. 10/10 would recommend.

If you have pain, especially chronic pain, Greg is the guy to see to get it down to manageable levels so you can return to living a normal life. When I first started seeing Greg I had debilitating pain in my shoulders, knees, and ankles. Just 3 months later and I can play (some) sports comfortably again and my quality of life has improved GREATLY. Before going to Control PT I was barely able to squat or walk for 5 minutes without pain. Looking forward to what the future holds!

I was very worried I would need surgery and also if I was going to be able to train in Jiu Jitsu again. He is very knowledgeable in functional movement and just only a short 8wks I’m moving so much better. Even after I am back 100% I plan to see Dr. Greg for preventative strengthening and conditioning. Experiencia fantástica: Went to Greg with some upper back problems, I was extremely impressed with his ability to identify the issue but also notice some other shoulder mobility concerns. The exercises prescribed to correct the issues had pretty much immediate effect and I was back to normal in no time. Also loved the fact that nothing is pushed on you, as much or little as you want is what you get, no programs that lock you in to a fixed number of visits or any of bs. Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review about 8 months after I first began physical therapy with Greg. I used to have chronic back pain that would flare up badly several times a year. The pain would last about a week. After working with Greg, I have not had back pain this entire year. In my early 20’s I had a low back injury. I went to seek help from several healthcare professionals over the course of many years, and my back never seemed to get better. The pain was on and off. Being an active person, and always participating in sports, the pain was very debilitating and demoralizing. It was limiting my ability to train jiu-jitsu, rock climb, ski, and workout. I assumed that I would always have pain from doing these sports. Luckily, not all hope was lost. I met Greg through training jiu-jitsu. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the issues that I had. He listened to all the ways that different daily activities and sports cause my pain to flare up. He addressed how to protect my back while I go about these activities. Greg made a physical therapy plan specific to my needs. Over the course of several months, we did dry-needling to reduce the persistent inflammation that had been present. He also did one-on-one jiu-jitsu drills with me, and taught me how to protect my back in training. His knowledge and optimism helped me get back on track. This past year, after consistently doing my physical therapy exercises at home, I was able to get back to sports and train regularly. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone who has had a recent injury, or a chronic injury that just won't go away.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been putting off some really bad knee pain for a few months or so and kept ignoring it best I could. If anything touched it I'd get a sharp pain and if overworked it starts to swell up. It only took Greg a few moments to see the problem and lay out a plan on getting me fixed up. I could immediately tell a difference in mobility and flexibility after the first session which was really cool and reassuring. Confident to say that it he'll have it fixed up in no time and will actually improve overall function too. Another thing to note is that he took me doing jiu-jitsu into account. This isn't only going to help me recover but I can tell it'll help me on the mats too. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I am not a person who leaves reviews but in this case, I just have to. I injured my back. I was contemplating seeing a chiropractor but frankly, a little fearful of doing so. I could barely move and was experiencing debilitating pain. My coworker recommended going to Control Physical Therapy and I decided to take his suggestion. I received a warm greeting from Lynn the office manager. She made the initial paperwork process easy and they take my insurance. The physical therapist Greg is great. He takes the time to explain things in detail and demonstrates what he is looking for you to do. On my first session he taught me how to use my core and not aggravate my back any further. I learned how to get in and out of a car and also how to get in and out of bed properly and without any pain at a time when I could do neither. Over the weeks he continues to ramp up the exercises and the degree of difficulty in a manner that has a comfortable pace. He’s open on Saturdays and even lets you pick what kind of music you’d like to listen to during your session! I seriously can’t say enough good things about Control Physical Therapy. They’re a large corporate type of company and the experience wasn’t that great so I looked elsewhere. Fortunately I found Control Physical Therapy in the same office complex as me! Greg is seriously passionate about what he does and regularly continues our session beyond the allotted time in order to truly give the best treatment possible. He cares about his patients more than a paycheck and has even let me come by for a quick 15 minute session on his lunch break when I’ve had a rough day. I seriously enjoy physical therapy with Greg and have recommended him to not only the staff that I work with, but the patients that I treat. Hands down the best physical therapy office in town.
