Experiencia fantástica: I have used Spooner Scottsdale 3 times for PT and have been very satisfy with the care I received from Dan.The staff is very helpful and supportive. Once one has finished with PT ordered by their doctor they can then transition to the Wellness program for $25 a month, which is what I did. This allows me to come during the week to continue with the exercises I was taught during PT. If I have a question I can always ask someone. When I needed to go back into PT I was able to pause my Wellness program and then now that I am done with PT, I can restart the Wellness program. Spooner in Scottsdale is not only about helping with PT ordered by a doctor to help one recover. It is also making sure you have options to continue the program on your own once PT is finished.

Experiencia fantástica: Sara and Sidney were my assigned care team and they took the best care of me after my Diep Flap reconstruction surgery. I had a pre-surgery consult with Sara and she helped set expectations and gave me tips that helped me so much mentally and physically. She reassured me and relieved my aches and pains. Sidney pushed me physically with a smile on her face and encouragement in her voice. I would recommend these two for anyone recovering from mastectomy or reconstruction surgery.

As someone who has never had to have PT, they made this a painless and easy process. If I had a questions they took to the time to not only answer but explain it all, which I appreciate! Also they play great music all the time in there!

My particular issues ultimately needed more aggressive treatment, but I was very satisfied with the care I received here. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and I was shown genuine concern over my health along the way, even in ways that didn't concern the therapy itself. A lot of really good people in that place and if I have to get PT again I know where I'm going.

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give this place 5 stars but they never bothered to try even try to work with me! Received a call 40 days ago . The person said they’d call me the next day to schedule . Never did . I called 9 days after that initial call to be told they’d call me by week end . Nothing . I called a third time and told they said they’d call the next day , never did . It has now been 40 days and still nothing . I finally asked my doc for a referral to another provider , very poor customer service. I’ve been in pain a whole month just waiting for zero reason . It is now 50 days and no call back ! Yet they took all my info and insurance on the very first call . Thankfully I got into another PT org .

The professionalism, genuine care, treatment, positive attitudes and doses of humor at just the appropriate time, made what could have been such a chore into such a good experience! Zach and Jullian were such a good team and even though Zach's job was to work my shoulder pretty hard to get the results I needed - he was always so pleasant, upbeat and positive. I never thought I'd say I'd miss going to PT every few days - but I definitely will miss the interactions with Zach, Jullian and all the great Spooner staff! Every person should experience a course of this care. Symptoms attributed as "normal for every woman" or "just an ordinary part of age-related changes" in the pelvic floor indeed are not. My symptoms were gone the first week of care with Krista, Hailey and Page I highly endorse their professionalism and success in service delivery.

When it came time for physical therapy, I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to find a good therapist during this Corona virus disaster. Thank goodness my fears disappeared when my sons therapist Paul at Spooner’s agreed to take me. The place is clean, light and cheerful and the staff is amazing. So encouraging. I tried dry needling for the first time and Charles was very patient and professional. Between the dry needling and the exercises and stretches, I'm now able to use my shoulder without pain. I'll definitely go back to see Charles in the future, as needed.

Recovering from hip replacement surgery and at 76 very anxious about my recovery and return to normal activities like walking and hiking. Torrey is so on top of my treatment…..constantly adjusting exercises to attend to areas of pain and discomfort. He assess my progress each visit and provides me with at home exercises to supplement what we do at PT. I feel cared for and cared about. Torrey is a top therapist and uses his knowledge of anatomy and what causes stress and what relieves it to tailor treatment for his patients. Again… Love this PT group.

I have been working with physical therapist Kayleigh Orozco. Kayleigh is very knowledgable about PT work. She is patient and asks many questions regarding my foot/ankle to help treatment direction. So far things have been going okay after 6 sessions. I think I am on a path to recovery thanks to Kayleigh and the supporting staff at Spooner Scottsdale. The facility is excellent with the latest equipment to support PT work. Would not hesitate to use Spooner again. Use with confidence.

Stephanie was a wealth of knowledge and so comfortable working with babies that she immediately put me at ease.
