Experiencia fantástica: I have had on and off upper back problems since 1978. It had become severe in the past few years. It was bad enough that I couldn't read but about 10 -12 minutes at a time. They worked and got the spams to release and showed me how to strengthen it without hurting it. Truly amazing.
