They have a wide range of appointment availability and Caitlin, my therapist is always on time. She addresses all of my concerns during each appointment and is very knowledgeable on my injury. She’s incorporating a plan of care that I’ll probably use for the remainder of my career. She genuinely cares about her patients. I definitely recommend Brown PT. Everything I said above is no longer valid. I do not recommend Caitlin or Brown Rogers.

Experiencia negativa: I had physical therapy at the Brown Rogers location at 6723 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 for the first time yesterday. It was not a good experience. When I expressed I was in pain from an exercise I was ignored like it was no big deal and was told "just see if you can do it for 2 minutes". During the session I didn't know was who. I felt like a hot potato being tossed around. I was switched between 2 physical therapist. I have had physical therapy at many places on and off for years and would switch due to what was closest to where I lived at the time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was hard enough to push myself mentally to go physical therapy and when I expressed how I felt about the exercises making me hurt worse and where I was ignored. I went for help, not what seemed like a gym session. After the session was over I was asked how did I feel. I expressed and was told the pain should subside like it was no big deal. I wake up today and I feel like a rusty tin man needing oil. I am in so much pain. I can't explain. During the whole session they put on a 2 minute timer for each exercise and just walk off talking and laughing with each other until the timer went off. Instead of actually listening to how I said each thing made me feel because I was genuinely trying. I won't be back there.

Experiencia fantástica: As I started to write this review, I realized I had so much to say! I had been a daily runner most of my life. Mentally, running helped me through some very tough times. I ran through the isolation of Covid, and I ran through my cancer diagnosis and the treatment that followed. I ran or walked every day. Unfortunately, I had an accident that made running become so painful in my foot I had to stop, and then just walking became as painful. I would need 1st MTP joint replacement surgery, along with 8 weeks of non-weight bearing recovery. I struggled through the 8 weeks, I felt broken mentally and physically. Once my surgeon lifted my restrictions, I was cleared to start physical therapy. It was important for me to choose a clinic that would take the time to get to know me, and how best to help me get moving again. I wanted to do my rehab work in a space I felt comfortable, encouraged, and pushed. That was exactly what I found at Brown Rogers Physical Therapy as soon as you walk through the door. There, I found a staff of people who are kind, helpful, and engaging. The techs in the clinic are professional, focused, and attentive. There are several physical therapists on site, and in my time spent there, I have been able to see all of them help their patients become more independent and able to manage their pain. Meg Morrison is my PT, and I have been impressed with her from my first appointment. She has the warmth of a friend you feel like you’ve known; she is also incredibly knowledgeable and patient. With her support, I have been able to get back to doing what makes me feel better, which helps me to be better at home and at work. I will forever be grateful for her and for the care I have received. If you need to have physical therapy, call Brown Rogers. They have two locations which makes it very convenient. Making an appointment is easy-and as a working mom that is a big deal.

Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this physical therapy clinic (Brown Rogers Physical Therapy, 8801 Bluebonnet Blvd, Baton Rouge. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the entire process frustrating. The service itself was below expectations, leaving me dissatisfied. When I asked for the manager’s name or an email address to express my concerns, they refused to provide this information, showing a complete lack of transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My hand therapist Sarah was terrific. Very professional. From initial evaluation to final assessment, she guided my treatment so that I am free of pain from the tendinitis. She gave me exercises to do at home and recommended the laser therapy which, combined with my therapy sessions, all led to a good outcome for me. I highly recommend the professional staff of Brown Rogers.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Brown Rogers Physical Therapy for a little while now, seeing Eileen, and let me say, they are the best I've ever been to. They work with me on my goals and help find solutions for me when initial options don't work. It is rare a medical professional listens but Eileen does. All of them there seem too. Everyone is easy to take conversation with and makes sure to check in with me and ensure things are comfortable. I've also been given recommendations of Drs to try to get in contact with for other concerns I have. Above and beyond care. They also offer scheduling over text, which for someone with anxiety like myself, is a huge help. Overall it is a comforting and welcoming environment. Definitely would recommend to anyone else who needs PT.

I truly feel that each employee is supporting me and rooting for me at every step of my healing journey. I am constantly amazed by the wide variety of services they have. They offer Lightforce Laser Therapy, massage therapy, hand therapy, and SO much more! Their Jefferson location even offers aquatic therapy. What I love most, though, is the individualized approach my therapist takes to my healing. At Brown Rogers, they truly recognize that every patient is different, that is probably why they have been in business for over 20 years!

They told me l will be charged 50 dollars for no show fee or l can go there in 30 minutes to avoid that fee . If l could l would go on time! I told them this is disrespectful and asked them to discharge me. I will go to different clinic. I am not sure where they got these 5 stars, perhaps from their relatives and friends. Respect and understanding comes first, not charging per policy! I wouldn't recommend here to anyone else.

Sarah and Angelle have worked wonders in helping me heal from scapholunate reconstruction and identified other issues I have with my joints so that I can avoid further injuries. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and responds quickly to my questions. If you need therapy, this is the place to go.

What Jason has done is identify a chronic issue causing acute flares and is working diligently to address and better the underlying chronic problem. My flexibility is very bad and Jason has told me “you need to be stretching every day for the rest of your life”! It is great that Jason has forward thinking about overall health and wellness versus only addressing the acute problem. This has set Jason and Brown Rogers apart from previous PT. Thanks for excellent care to Jason and Brown Rogers!

Started working with Jessica and she was very honest and open about what we are working on and how this will be helping me. At first I was very skeptical on how physical therapy will help me, but ever since I went a month ago I havent had the same pain issue since. Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in, I knew that this facility was different. I immediately felt that I was going to get the help I needed. I say this from my own experience after having spinal fusion surgery. I had worked at another facility, for 2 yrs. after surgery, and I did progress! I followed their instructions, but came to a point, the last 4 mths. there, that I did not. I was told, "well, this may be as far as you can progress", or "just keep working, even if it hurts a bit, just work through it!" I did work hard, but just felt I could do more to acheive the goals I set for myself. Upon my Dr's. advice, I tried Brown Rogers. Here, from the time you check in, to the time you check out, you are received with smiles and positivetivaty! Under the instruction of Ms. Caitlin Lang and all of the therapy techs there, you are made a priority. They want you to achieve your goals. They vary the exercises, offer dry needling (which I highly recommend, don't be scared, it's easy), use of tens units, and even hot pads with manual massage for a difficult area. They work closely with your insurance, and offer advice and exercises that you can do at home, specific to your injury. Let me just say this.. I have progressed much more in just 6 visits there, than I did in months elsewhere. Do yourself a favor, start your therapy at Brown Rogers! You won't be disappointed!
