Experiencia negativa: Dear Ashley, (Speech scheduler) I hope you enjoyed your vacation. Your job must be pretty difficult because while you were gone apparently nobody else could do it for you. When I called for the second time this week I was told you were on vacation, your flight got delayed and I'd have to leave another voice message. I'm guessing you'll return to a million messages on top of your daily duties. I'm so sorry the people you work with/for are too incompetent and unprofessional to cover your position. My 90 year old father had a swallow study in August. (The lady who administered it was amazing by the way.) We've been trying to get him in for therapy since then. I've called multiple times over the last 2+ months with none of my messages returned. I'm trying to keep my father from getting aspiration pneumonia because then I will surely lose him. Could you PLEASE call me back?? His name is David Foster. It's easier understand me on the phone so call my number please. I'm really worried about him. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: My husband had a stroke over a month ago. We have been trying for 2 weeks to get my husband set up for OT and Speech therapy. The one and only person that schedules is never there. I would think they would have more than one person able to do the scheduling.

Experiencia negativa: The office staff at this location is TERRIBLE! After waiting for weeks to get a call to schedule an appointment, they finally called but I missed the call. When I called back, the lady who answered was super rude and adamant that I was not in their system for a referral. Really? Then how did I get a call to begin with? I finally ended up calling the referral department myself and asking them to refer me to another office because I was not about to deal with that lady’s bad attitude every time I went in for an appointment. If you hate your job that bad then just quit! They are rude, super unprofessional, and have no sense of customer service whatsoever!

Experiencia negativa: Super lousy customer service! I was referred in late March of 2021, the referral never got processed by the incompetent people there. I had to scan and send it via e-mail. Meanwhile, more waiting, one week or more! Then the evaluation is finally scheduled, the insurance was not authorized for more sessions, I wait over a week for that to happen. Finally, the physical therapist is not returning my voicemails about scheduling the physical therapy and it's now May 14th?!? I started one month ago on April 14th, this clinic is messed up and I'm not impatient, they are super slow, I have my facts to back it up too, I do NOT recommend them to anyone!!
