Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at this office for over 20 years. My most recent encounter was infuriating. The inter-office communication is poor and the external communication to my pharmacy was in this case deficient. I am also alarmed at the lack of follow-up by the office staff. Some of my calls were transferred to "the back" where they were never answered. I left messages to which there was never response. There needs to be a systematic review of the communication procedures in this office because there does not seem to be a capable on-site administrator. There needs to be some disciplinary actions and I will be contacting Beacon administration with my concerns.
