Experiencia positiva: I really do like this place they do get down to what's going on they have a all in one here chiropractor here they do and then message as well and electric shock for ur back is nice the only thing I did not like is that when the Dr came in to crack my back he did not really crack it it's like the table made the noise not my back and he did it in like 3 places but when very lil pressure ya u can't crack or fix a back or realine a back like that at all so I feel the back chiro needs to do a lot more then what he did my insurance would not pay for that if they went in there a felt what he did to me to them it was disappointing for shore

Experiencia fantástica: After moving heavy furniture from my house we sold in 2024 to an apartment and then moved again into a new home 2024, I started experiencing sciatic nerve pain and stiffness in my legs from sitting for long periods of time and soreness in my lower back. I didn't notice it for a few months and then as it started getting worse, I needed to see someone. I was referred to Active Health and Wellness Center and glad I came here. I have seen improvement over the last few weeks including the sciatic nerve on both legs is now gone. This was my first time ever seeing a Chiropractor and I was a bit nervous at first but was immediately put at ease. Dr Myers has relieved me of this pain that could have been more severe. She combines Chiropractic adjustments, message therapy and PT exercises to help improve symptoms. The staff here has been nothing but kind, professional and showing concern for my wellbeing. I am pleased with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone who needs relief of pain....don't wait till you are in worst condition - this team will help you!

Experiencia negativa: My back didnt hurt at all when i came in. Now, after the "dr" adjusted me it hurts so bad its hard to get to sleep - thanks. Wish I'd never gone. Staff was super friendly. In response to your reply. No i did not make any prior complaint about back pain, and no i have no intention to call: your office has already done a fine job of helping me here. South bend orthopedics has me on prednisone and im using an ice pack so i can get through a work day without needing to put my head through a wall. Im not interested in having it made any worse thank you for the offer though.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a little ehhh about the place at the beginning. However, I was recommended this place by a coworker, and I figured I would give it a try. From the moment I walked in... to the moment I walked out; it was such a friendly and very welcoming place. I arrived and the lady at the front desk was attending someone else, so I took a seat and waited my turn. After a minute or two, they were done and she immediately asked, "how may I help you?" I smiled and got up and informed her that I had an appointment. She did her computer magic and handed me paperwork to fill out. She was extremely nice and so friendly! Once I was done filling out the paperwork, I handed her everything she needed, and she took me back to a room and spoke to me. Doctor Matt spoke to me, and he was very attentive and made me feel like I had no worries in the world. He was very patient, understanding and very professional. I was then escorted to one of their message chairs and another lady there adjusted my seat and checked on me twice for my 15 minutes on the chair. Once I was finished, another gentlemen arrived and escorted me to a different room and spoke to me and I received my (what I would call it...) deep tissue massage on where I was hurting. He asked me twice if he was doing it firm enough or needed to go light. After that was complete, he went over some exercises I could do at home to help with my issues! Once this was complete, Doctor Matt walked in and spoke to me again and asked if I had any questions or concerns and spoke to me about how many more times, he believes he needs to see me so I can resolve my issue. Once our conversation was over, he escorted me to the front desk, and I was back at the lady (from the beginning). She asked me, "How did it go?" and was very friendly and nice. We then scheduled a couple more appointments to further resolve my issue. I can truly say I am very excited to come back for my future appointments due to their staff and the doctor being very friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this place! Don't take my word for it, have your own experience. You won't be disappointed, at least I wasn't! Oh, and overall, I was probably there... an hour and a half. Just because it was my first time and had to fill out paperwork. but they did inform me that my appointments will typically be 45 minutes to an hour!
