Experiencia fantástica: I heard good things before booking my appointments for what had become chronic low back pain. I had 4-5 visits and already feel like new! It was a 50 minute drive for me and was worth every minute and mile! Rose is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I have almost no pain at all now, and will continue to use the strategies Rose taught me. If I need PT in the future I will definitely seek her out again.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't recommend Rose and APT more highly. Rose worked with me over 4 months when I was recovering from a very bad ankle fracture. I was really scared of putting weight on it, and I think that getting individual attention made all the difference. At every session, Rose took lots of notes to document where I was at, and then was always ready with tailored exercises that helped me solidify my gains and get me to the next level. I deeply appreciated her patience and her good humor in the face of my fears; she has a remarkable combination of emotional skill and physical therapy expertise.

It was further recommended that I go see Rose Wrona at Active Physical Therapy in Wilbraham, MA. I'm a HNE member and my sessions were covered. I gave 5 stars , I would give more if I could. Rose not only made me pain free and more limber, but she passed on to me the tools and the knowledge to use them, necessary to change my life. There is no doubt in my mind that if you suffer from pain Rose can help you. I recommend Rose. I went for my back, but she is so knowledgeable about the body I'm sure she could help anyone. Experiencia fantástica: I thought my shoulder was permanently frozen so that I could not lift it over shoulder height. Being a dance instructor it was doubly important that I get my range of motion back. Rose was very patient and sure that I would get it back even though I questioned it. At each visit she would manipulate it and gave me an exercise to do at home. I was motivated enough to do any exercise she gave me. I had to get back to normal. She explained how the body worked so that I understood why and what I needed to do. Each time I came back I would excitedly report my small improvement. I continue the exercises to this day because I don't ever want my shoulder to return to painful cement again. Why did I choose Active Physical Therapy & Wellness? Because I had had experience with those fancy gym-type therapy places with all the toys and machines. They put you on them and walk away for 10-15 minutes at a time and sometimes forget you or get involved with someone else. Rose had a stick and a ball and her obvious knowledge of the body. The only time she walked away was after she hooked me up to ultrasound. I try not to have to go back, but if I needed to, I'd go in a heartbeat.
